CIBC Branch with ATM

I had an excellent experience at CIBC location! Thanks to the outstanding service provided by the lady in the front.incredibly helpful. She took the time to assist me and even found me a dedicated advisor. I am genuinely satisfied with the level of service she provided. (I believe her name was Yasmine)

I’m very upset with the customer service I got at this cibc location. I didn’t catch the lady name but she has black hair, black glasses, pale skin, black nails, in her 20s to 30s and was working on a friday. The whole interaction was difficult and her attitude is disgusting, she was rushing me through the whole process and saying little side remarks. I couldn’t get a word in without being rushed the whole interaction was her being passive aggressive. I will not be coming to this location again. That worker deserves to be fired. If you don’t like your job quit stop trying to make everyone around you miserable.

Anil, the AFA helped me a lot and I really recommend him going if you have any banking problems. He is talented and has a calm demeaner. 5/5 stars.

Great experience at this CIBC location. As the information desk was struggling to find someone who could help us with our accounts and queries, Jasurbek stepped out of his office and offered to take on all the work. Jas was awesome, he helped us with our accounts. He was thoughful and quick with all the information that he had to share/input into system. We were done in less than 30 minutes with all the tasks. We are thinking of bringing business back to CIBC. It's amazing how much difference one employee can make to an organization.

Fire the blonde karen that sits in the corner, she was rude and deliberately coughed on my debit card. I just needed to set my pin for my card and i have my drivers license, she gave so much attitude and didnt even do the job. I will just do everything online or by phone going forward. This teller is an idiot, I didnt get her name. This teller is useless!

RUDE RUDE RUDE customer service. From the blonde lady with curly hair that sits in the corner. I needed help to figure out what happened to MY money within my account & I was told to go to the branch directly to get it sorted out. This teller was VERY RUDE, threw my card back at me & continued to work on previous work she had before me. I am confused why someone would have an attitude when it isn’t their money that has gone missing. I want my money back or an actual answer on when I will get an answer.

Very poor customer service. When ever comes here only one teller is serving the whole line of people other are just sitting or walking here and there. It is a big waste of time I always try to avoid visit here
