Charu helped solve all of my banking problems. I’ve been having issues with my credit card and multiple people that I went to said they fixed my issue but it was never fixed, so I made an appointment and Charu sat with me and made sure it was really fixed! And it’s easier to get an appointment here than other CIBC locations in the area.
