CIBC Branch with ATM

Staffs in this location are welcoming and nice. Especially Cathy was very helpful to assist me with all kinds of my banking issues. I really appreciate it.

Asked about foreign currency and where the closest location would be to find what I needed, staff told me to Google search. Other banks are about to tell you which locations have the currency you're looking for, not sure why this one couldn't. Staff seemed not willing to help in any way. Completely useless.

This bank is unbelievably useless. From our assigned account manager hitting on my business partner, to issuing cheques for a savings account when we asked for the chequing account, to the fact that no one EVER answers the phone or calls you back, I will switch away from them as soon as I can.

As a new comer to this country, we opened our accounts in this bank and particularly in this branch the staff is super supportive and friendly. Ms. Sekhavat specially, is very friendly and guided us with incredible service and available all time with quick response on emails with all the positivity. I recommend people this branch for their banking services.

How are do you expect clients to trust you with their money when you can't even have proper spaces for confidential conversations? ! I spent my appointment whispering and trying to tune out the neighboring room's conversation about their mutual funds, life savings, and money troubles. How is this ok?

Surprised about how much they don't want new clients.

Tried to apply for a credit card at this branch here and a clueless dude just straight up told me I was not eligible. I walked and went to another branch and eventually got a credit card.

Staff are nice and friendly but I feel like I'm about to be mugged whenever I take out cash after hours at the ATM.

If cibc is conquering all over our hearts its only and only because of Jennifer, monica, Michael, nhan tran, harleen, and keith cai they are the only one I trust with my money I have been collecting money since childhood since I had my penny jar I have been coming here and they never disappoint me

I have lots of good memory here at this branch people like monica, Michael, nhan tran, Jennifer, keith cai and harleen make this branch a memorable one what will happen to this place without them

My wife and I have banked here for many years and always found the staff helpful, friendly, and polite. When we had to do some more complicated financial transactions Mr. Sonny Wong who is a Financial Service Representative was enormously helpful and walked us through the whole process in a very professional and supportive manner. We were very happy with his friendly service. We will certainly continue to bank at this branch.
