I left a message on their main line 4 business days ago and no call back. My elderly father had to go into the back 3 times due to all their mistakes. Only giving them one because no other way to leave a post otherwise they deserve ZERO stars

Horrible branch. Show up for an appointment, was late, and then told they would keep in touch with us for documents. Not a word was said, and I follow up a month later for them to say some docs are missing.

Worst branch of all times.
They know weekends are the busiest. They still choose to not bring more staff.
Always busy and wait times are hours.
Don't come here if you value your time.

Horrendous!
No one answers the phone or returns messages.
Phone messages are ignored.
I had a matter that should have been cleared up in 1-2 days, 2.5 weeks later I am no farther ahead. We will be changing banks.

It was really good experience in banking with Mr. Sandeep Kumar. He is excellent advisor and helped us a lot to settle account oriented problems. No waiting in appointment with him and spent almost an hour to explain everything in detail. I recommend him for any banking oriented troubles and problems.

You can do better add more staff to the cash counter and stop creating a Que.
Imagine a bank with only two staff attending to customers and you are the 35th person on the line.

Worst branch, they don’t know what they are doing. No social distancing.allowing people to enter with no mask on. I was there on August 6,2020 11: 00 AM. Wont come back again.

Average experience, staff needs to be more vigilant about customer needs, less people on the cash counters, most of the time staff will ignore or try to argue with customers for ungiven reasons, but bank is a bank it’s your choice but I personally don’t recommend CIBC at all try RBC

Worst branch to deal. They don’t know the meaning what the customer service is. I want the employees of this branch to read this slogan of Mr. Gandhi, “ A customer is the most important visitor on our premises. He is not dependent on us. We are dependent on him. He is not an interruption in our work – he is the purpose of it”. Sorry I have to give you one star by default.

I am not negative to all employees, rather Ms. Poonam Kaur is very co-operative employee and very nice in nature.

Very bad customer service at this location
I've been waiting 30 minutes just to speak to someone.
Slow team and people attempted to ignore the customer.
So disappointed and today will be the last day I'll be dealing with this bank

Amazing customer service. We just entered there she greet us very well and ask us how she can help and when we explain her our question she gave us proper and accurate solution. On top of that, she also helped us in mobile banking queries and other few stuffs. Really very good service. Highly recommended

The lines are extremely long and frustrating.at least half and hour wait time to get to any counter.the staff couldn't care less.they work at a pace slower than snails.the managers have no interest in making the situation better by increasing staff or the pace at which people work!

Worst of all was the front desk lady who had the worst attitude and just did not want to help!

The worst branch I visited was one who helped me and when one of his relatives came, he left
I waited for twenty minutes. When I finished I said to him: Thank you very much, he did not answer me and went to talk with his relatives.

I have to agree with the other reviewers that this is a bad location to do banking. Poor customer service culture. Stick with BMO.

My funds from an online organization got deposited into the wrong account due to my error entering the wrong banking information on the site. It was a large sum of money. The online organization was not able to retract the funds and forward it back to me, my only option was that my CIBC branch could help me. Sandeep Kumar (Senior Financial Services Representative) worked with me with this matter for many days trying to retrieve the funds for me. He kept updating me with calls and finally was able to move the money into my account from the incorrect account. The money was for a funeral expense so I am very grateful for for Sandeep's help. Thank you very much Sandeep!
