CIBC Branch with ATM

Worst bank to use for a morgage. Won't help customers in a difficult time. My morgage representative was unprofessional and did a bad job helping port a morgage suddenly we had no life insurance after porting and they forgot to apprise the house 3 days before we were scheduled to sign papers almost cost me a house. It was a very difficult process in an already stressful time last thing you want is extra stress getting a morgage. Hope they do better.

I do financial business at this branch. There are 4 ATM inside and there is a drive through also. Good bank, friendly staff.

Wanted to move an RSP, Made an appointment with Biannca, she seemed like she couldn't get off the phone fast enough, was going to call back with a new appointment time, she never did, nonetheless, went domewhere else even though I have been dealing with CIBC since I was 17 not impressed! Plus you can't use the ATMs on Sunday worst service ever!

Every review saying teller’s are ‘amazingly patient, ’ in fairness, they have to be. Everyone has waited in line for 30+ mins so they’re likely a bit edgy when they get to the front. No value placed on people’s time. Only thing stopping a full one star is that most of the staff are actually nice, just don’t seem to care about the customer’s time.

Worst bank / branch we have dealt with. When our mortgage renews or we sell going to different bank 100%. Multiple errors & missed deadlines. No communication. Bad customer service and not professional. Dont trust them with your mortgage or investments. People at call centre are ok though.

They wouldn't give me a business account
For my legal cannabis business.not with the times, I'm a 22 year customer and done dealing with them and now going to td financial.

I was served by Taimoor Ali to open our account and he really went out of his way to help us out. We received very good service. If you need to open an account ask for him at this location.

Had a wonderful experience with the lady (sorry I don't know her name) at the welcome/information desk. I had a few silly questions but she didn't bat an eye, she was really friendly and helpful! Great customer service! I also see a financial advisor here who is also wonderful!

Good clean bank setting. Machines are usually always available and in working order. The cash always vends out properly also. 10/10 would bank again

I honestly dont know how to not sound rude when I make this review. I am SO tired of coming to this branch for "help". Twice now I've been given the wrong information or straight up just stumped people. I feel like with the advancing technology the people working here are left in the past. I've had to actually phone the number on my card to get the simplest information. For instance my last visit: To accept payment from family in the states I needed a routing number. So I thought of easily get this information with a quick stop! The older lady helping me had NO CLUE what I was asking for! The other older lady she asked next to her looked just as puzzled and she quickly jotted down the institution number.when I said I knew it wasnt it the lady first dealing with me made a face that clearly said "I'm sorry I dont know". The lady on the phone however was so shocked and apologized more than 3 times about me having to call!

CIBC BANK RATHER BLAME THE CUSTOMER FOR THEIR EMPLOYEES MISTAKES AND NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR EMPLOYEES MISTAKES!
IF YOU WORK AT A BANK AND MAKE MISTAKES IN SOMEONES BANKING, YOU SHOULD BE FIRED!
WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND CIBC TO ANYBODY!
Save yourself the trouble before they screw something and blame YOU for THEIR MISTAKE!

Nadia calls from the Beaches in Toronto branch to leave me Vm to call back. I called back and she yelled at me a bit. Fun times. Just need my bank draft processed.
