CIBC Branch with ATM

We wanted to come here just because it was near our place. Even though the female staff we met was helpful, the main male staff who met us was disrespectful (he even showed attitude when returning back our passport). With the same situation and condition, we got free account opening and credit card from other banks while he rejected us. My friends whose have same background got nicer support and granted with cards and good deals; which made me doubt about what he said. Not recommend this branch to anyone. It was such a waste of time.

This bank need more people to work there, usually you need to wait a long time.

People who work there had a bad attitude to clients. I am a students and I need to change to students account. I showed them my timetable and tuition that I paid. One teller said, it doesn’t look like it. What else could I do? Even I went to U of T website directly to pull those information up to her.

Girl at front desk (brunette or red head can't remember)

Gave me a new card, and instructed me to follow the instructions on my APP to activate the card.

Wasted 5 minutes and another 5 minutes from the call centre to tell me to go back to the branch.

Can't wait till these people are replaced by A. I.

This is the slowest bank I've ever been too. Absolutely ridiculous. Going to take my money out of CIBC if it keeps happening and move elsewhere.

The last three times I've come here there has only been one teller and a huge line up of people. The lady in front of me went up to the teller and asked if he was the only one there. He looked her square in the eye and said yes. No apology for the wait. There's people sitting in desks behind computers and walking back and forth doing other tasks. They need to hire more tellers and prioritize their customers experience when visiting this branch.

Visited due to card lock. A very young lady told me she cannot do this as she has to call Mastercard customer service and wait for 30 minutes. Asked me to go to another branches for help. I will and never come to this branch as it is useless

1 or 2 clerks only working here! The line up is crazy! Takes you 3 business days to reach the front desk!

Rude, Arrogant and disrespectful tellers. Both young and old. I will never ever go here. If there is something less than 1 star I will pick that to rate this 19th century fellows. Shame to CIBC group.

Looks more like a hospital then the bank only one lady teller working with gloves and mask other ones disinfecting when i ask for service thay said i have to wait

Extremely poor service I received from the teller today. I was at the branch trying to take out some USD and I've been a loyal CIBC client for 14 years. Supposedly, I'm a VIP (according to my financial advisor and all the telephone banking folks), but today I felt anything but that. Not only did I have to wait forever for my turn at the teller, when it was finally my turn, my husband called me during my encounter with the teller, as I was talking to my husband on the phone, I signed my name slightly crooked, and the teller actually said to me "if you weren't on the phone in front of me, this wouldn't have happened" in a really rude tone. Excuse me? You're going to lecture your clients as if they are your child? What kind of condescending thing is this? I didn't even know what to say to her and there was a huge lineup, so I just left in disbelief. This is the 2nd CIBC branch I visited in Mississauga, just as bad as the 1st branch on Latimer.

The Asian lady teller whose name May behaves very badly. Extremely unfriendly and uneducated. How come CIBC hired such a rude staff?

Neither helpful nor friendly. I have been there twice, two different person were really rude to me. Not recommand.

The worst branch for Cibc customer service, especially the financial services representative, dont wanna post her business card, she is soooooooooooooo mean&rude

This is by far THE WORST branch I've ever being to in my life! If I could give less than zero stars, I would. First of all, the staff is always so slow, not so helpful and unfriendly. Last time that I was there to make a deposit into a family member's account (which I've being doing for the past 10 years). I was under a very special situation because I had just lost my phone and wallet but still needed to make that deposit before the branch closes. The teller showed very little empathy towards my situation and wouldn't let me do it because I didn't have the account number but I did have all the rest of the info they would need to look it up. She then said that she would ask her manager. I explain my situation once again, and she in the most cold and rude way showed no empathy or ounce of remorse of leaving me hanging like that in that situation. I walked out of there so disappointed and upset like I've never have in my life. I've being going there since a child (because of my family) and have seen many many staff people come and go but this current one is the most disgusting, useless and nasty I've ever encounter ever. I'm never going there again!

The employees is really racism and rude. Make you feel they don’t want talk to you even one second

Quick and courteous service. Pleasant staff that have been there for years, unlike some other branches where there isn't a familiar face any more.
