CIBC Branch with ATM

? Terrible customer service. Making you feel like a nuisance at the counter.
I will be taking all my business to my other bank down the street, after 26 years with them.

CIBC does not recognize a Canadian passport as an identity document. What is CIBC doing in Canada without recognizing the main Canadian document? I have had multiple problems with this.

Went in to withdraw some cash from my account the teller asked me WHY I was withdrawing my money, excuse Me its None of your business why. STOP ASKING ITS RUDE AND NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS.not happy with this branch

The teller and manager didn't know how to pull money out from my account which I have done this 3 times this month before they had no problem but this guy didn't even know what to do and the person he asked for help didn't know what to do and tried to refuse me and not give me my money I told them they have done this before this month and they looked at me like I didn't know what I was talking about so Ive stood there at the teller for about 15 minutes waiting for this guy to push buttons to try and figure it out when the other times it took them 2 minutes to do

I was not satisfied with the relationship with this CIBC Branch. So I closed my account. For the account closure also was difficult. They make me to come twice for account closure.

The manager in this bank is clearly racist. I was being helped by a minority regarding a cheque that was put on hold. We had no issues and she explained to me why it was put on hold. Right before I was about to leave the manager comes out of nowhere shoves the employee out of her chair and starts talking to me. We did not ask for help at all. She started talking down to the employee and starts talking to me saying we can't take the hold out. I was such in shocked with the way she treated the employee. CIBC needs to look into this woman's behaviour as you can tell by the reviews below I'm not the only one who had a bad experience in this branch. This is the 2nd time I had issues in this branch and will never return there again. Makes you not want to bank with CIBC at all.

The manager of this branch is very very rude. She has no manners and lack communication skills. I feel for people who have to works with her.

No wonder this branch got the lowest rating. The manager of this branch is rude and condescending. No wonder this bank is always empty. Who would want to deal with incompetent and arrogant Manager.

Just horrible horrible manager. The way she deals with people, i think someone should look into it. So rude and hostile. I am still in shock to see the way she dealt with me and another family with baby in her hand.

I am loyal customer of cibc from 5 years.and normally do all my banking online. Today I visited bank for my status approval and they made me sit 1 hour misguiding me and then sent me to there official Mary who was very rude and dint even listen to me after such a long wait. Worst experience

The disrespect the manager gave me while I was trying to get money out of my account. The manager as I was being helped out trying to take out American yelled saying “we can’t do that for you” when clearly I’ve done it before. And rudely told me to go and either do it in the atm or don’t come here

Horrible branch. Stuff have descriminative attitude towards people especially new comer, they always doubt about their transactions.

Will never go to this branch again.went in today to do a withdraw and was treated with no respect was told that I stole someone's debit card which I didn't it was mine.even though I told her everything about the account. She still called me a liar
Please have your workers educate themself with the lgbtq community. Queen Street branch will be the only branch that I will ever deal with again at least they have respect.

Horrible "service". After waiting over 15 minutes (10 minutes in the lobby, over 5 minutes for a teller) I asked the teller (who used to work at Queen Street CIBC) if I could get 2 rolls of loonies. She flatly stated "We don't have any loonies, No one does! " Really, the main CIBC in Niagara Falls doesn't have any rolled coins? She never checked her drawer for any, or even asked a colleague if they had any.
Needless to say, I drove over to the CIBC on Huggins Street in Niagara Falls, where I was greeted by a very cheery teller, who gave me 2 rolls of loonies with no problems.

Not very interested in customer service. Emailed a question to Jocelyn.took a month for a reply. Mortgage renewal time.no personal word from the branch. Filled out the renewal form and sent it in.they didn't read it properly and renewed with incorrect terms.hassle to straighten out

Very rude staff.closed branch early. I came at 5.59 and it was already closed.staff saw me and didn’t open the door. I showed them the time 5.59 and they did nothing.just smile.amazing bank and experience with CIBC

I try to avoid this location because it's ALWAYS BUSY. They usually have 2-4 tellers working and have bank machines at the front entrance. Today it wasn't too bad, the staff is ok. Not overly friendly, but they have never been rude to me. My big complaint is that they don't have more people working. CIBC posts billion dollar profits, so I don't understand why they can't have a couple of extra employees.

Always an extremely positive experience, with some incredible representatives on-hand willing to help with whatever they can.

Dana, Kendal and Jocelyn went above and beyond to help me, they resolved my ongoing issue an sorted out my account issues, wonderful ladies, I always come here and especially after how helpful and empathetic they were I will honestly do all my banking at this location.
