The worst CIBC branch, there's a lady named Zoya she is so rude to customers, when I come to bank with an email sent by Cibc, I want the bank teller me help understanding email I'm having issues with, she asked me to call CIBC, and ask their help, when I'm already in the bank, in short she doesn't bother assisting customers, even one old lady was standing in line ahead of me, she said she didn't want to talk to Zoya about her query, She is so unprofessional, I'm shocked who gave her bank job. I had to stand in the line again for my query to be addressed by any other teller, another teller solved my issue within few minutes.

Hello CIBC, You guys really need to talk with Mr. Naveen at this location. I just came here wait 20 mins in front queue & get nothing but a advice from him come back next morning. Like No apologies at all. Shockingly, It’s not only myself but he also make two other customers leave the place as they are closing in 15 mins just in front of me Seriously? If you are closing in 15 mins means you can’t help them doesn’t matter if they are inside the building 25 mins before the closing. As a CIBC client from 8 years I never saw any of their employee just like him getting rid of people in queue by throwing new timing standards at them. And I confirm everything next day from employees at front & realize how he use the false info.

It was a privilege working with Goldie Sharma during the new mortgage application process. He answered all of my concerns and left me with no hesitations. He guided me for all necessary documents and there was no difficulty getting through the process in a timely manner.

I've had the pleasure to work with Mr. Goldie Sharma for the past few months on a new mortgage application. He has made the whole application process very easy, clear and concise. One of the best experience to work on mortgage with Goldi Sharma and his team. Year ago we were in process of building our dream home and we contacted to CIBC Goldi Sharma team. He understood truly our need. There was lot of learning on our end, but Goldi has explained us process on each steps very well. One of the amazing experience was he had planned so well in this dynamic ever changing real estate market. Out entire team were very amaze with Goldi's fast interaction and got very positive review from them as well. We are very thankful to Goldi Sharma's team with our complex mortgage process to make it truly very smooth experience.

Akhil Kumar BLOCKED my account and I want this branch to close my account, and I need an explanation from the branch of this action as I am blocked since 2 weeks and my credit got impacted and family suffered because of this.

I will leave no chance to give him an option to get away from this and I will be forced to reach out to any level in the CIBC management hierarchy (including Twitter handles) to get this answer if I didn't hear back from the branch.

Very poorly organized and unwelcoming branch. I went to take my business to them and was front most on the welcome desk. For 10 minutes no one asked me or attended me. Then Interrupted a lady behind the counters to ask if anyone was going to attend or should I line up to teller, she says line up to teller only. I left my spot and lined up there to find later someone started attending at welcome desk. When I mentioned my distaste regarding it I was asked to join line which had increased 10 folds by that time. I left saying “thanks I would take my business somewhere else”.

I just wonder where these people come from. I guess common sense is not a criteria anymore to get hired at this location.

PS: I saw one other gentleman complaining about payment issues and I witnessed how he was being given run-around. Avoid this location as much as you can

If you ever visit this Branch, DO NOT let the guy name Aamad Baig even remotely touch your business account. Ask for a different manager or go to a different branch. We let this guy open a business account for us and it has been such a worst experience that is hard to describe.

Whenever we needed and help or advise on our account this guy is either not available or after 4-5 follow ups his answer was NO to everything. Eventually we closed our account and moved to a different bank.

Slowest bank I’ve ever been to. There’s always only less then 2 tellers. When you get to the teller they are very rude they don’t complete half of the things you’ve asked for. Waste or time coming to this branch. Very inexperienced people working here

Worst CIBC employees I have ever encountered. From the owner/manager to the front desk. Every time I ask a question they respond with "I don't know". They have been bugging me about my accounts for over a year and asking for a document which they cannot even confirm which document they want/need to keep my account open. I have complied and asked them many times for which document they want but every time their response is "I don't know". Now they just shut my account down which had money in it that I don't have access to anymore and cannot even see online. This branch needs to be shut up asap.

Neha Jain (an FSR in this branch) was really helpful. Though a little busy with her hectic schedule but got my work done. She guided me throughout the whole process of lending and also introduced me to new banking products. Very knowledgeable person. She speaks English, Hindi and Punjabi which may help a lot of South Asian people. Direct line with ext. 462.

I had a great experience working with Goldie Sharma for my mortgage. I was looking at an investment property out of province and didn’t know where to begin. He is very knowledgeable, professional, highly responsive and guided me through the entire process making it seamless. I am surprise to see how come this branch has even 2 star. I went there today for my small business banking. Had pathetic experience with this branch.
1) In the busy hours, there were only 2 tellers (out of that 1 is fairly new and nobody was with her to support/guide). She had to reached out to her colleague for small things
2) For 1 minute transaction, i had to wait for almost 1 hour and still my purpose was not completed.
3) i had to visit all the tellers and nobody was able to help.at the end their system gets stuck and had to walkout
4) The team lead/supervisor lady had lots of attitude and were not even willing to help customer (s).

I would never go to this branch for any purpose

I had the pleasure of doing my mortgage with Mr. Goldie Sharma.

I was a first time homebuyer and I had a 30 day closing. Honestly, Mr Sharma is such a genuine and kind and knowledgeable person.

He gave the best interest rate and also was very proactive and I didn't have to worry about anything!

He made sure all the work was completed on time. He explained everything very well and gave me very good advice on my mortgage and finances.

He also answered all of my questions over the phone and through email. He never made me wait for a response!

Would recommend!

There must be negative stars for this branch.had appointment for 11 am waited there for 30 mins the advisor Parminder Dhiman didn't show up. If you guys can't keep the appointment why you make it. I was not there for walkin meeting its a appointment. Dn't use this branch.

I don’t know why you have a teller name Manpreet, who doesn’t even know how to use a keyboard and doesn’t have patience to listen to a customer. And Mr. Harpreet you need to know that Brampton is part of Canada, not back home. Be polite next time when you give advice to a customer instead of inquiring like a police officer that where Did you used your overdraft. Why should I tell you? Seriously?

Upset. So upset with this location. More than once have I questioned the security of this location. That's another problem in itself. I recently withdrew cash from my account via an ATM, however accidentally withdrew the wrong bills. Went to a teller to kindly ask I make an exchange. Was flatly refused service of the exchange of my $20 bills for bigger bills due to God knows why. ATTENTION CIBC MANAGEMENT, what is your issue? !? !? !

One of the worst customer services. Usually only one counter open while other employees gather up in a corner craking jokes or standing outside smoking. Wait time in the line up are usually 20-30 mins. Couldnt give it less thn a star otherwise i would've.

Cibc doesn't focus on customer experience at all. Tellers just want to send the customer away. And there is no chance of courtesy or being nice to the customers. They just know how to say ' NO '. Worst bank ever dealt with. Teller said i can't help you as i don't wanna lose my job. O really! Huh

One of the worst branches i have ever dealt with. Can never get an appointment or get a hold of anyone when i need to. It's literally been over 2 months now trying to have my mortgage and line of credit consolidated and i'm still where i started. I think its time for me to look at other banks and never look back
