CIBC Branch with ATM

This is absolutely the worst CIBC branch location I have ever been to. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 15 years and the way I was treated by THE MANAGER of this branch was absolutely disgusting. I made an appointment due to problems with depositing my pay and the manager was brought in to see what he could do. He looks at my account and to my surprise starts getting angry and YELLING IN MY FACE about my credit score. Like it’s any of his business in the first place I was so belittled and embarrassed because not only did he yell at me but he yelled at me in front of another consultant. After he finally calmed down he escorted me out of the branch and never dealt with my banking issue. I’m genuinely appalled that they would hire such a disrespectful man with little to no regard for the customer’s feelings or problems. I have never in my life been so mortified and upset. I will NEVER be going to this branch again and I’ll be switching banks immediately.

Service is slow and pretty un-informative the majority of the time.
Also did a replacement card wrong, made it more difficult than necessary.

Absolute worst bank ever. I got charged a NSF fee 9 times because of 3 dollar transaction and I was in the negative.they took 400 dollars out of my account and they are very rude. Very disrespectful and they didn't help me solve my problem.the Indian ladies that work there are RACIST! They refused to help me and they made fun of me

If this wasn’t my home branch I would never come here. It’s the absolute worst.
I have only ever seen a max.of 3 tellers at a time (2 is their usual) so expect to wait in line for at least 30-40 minutes any time you come here.

Not sure what ppls issue is. I've been coming for years and love the staff. They all say hi when they see me and are alwaYs good with a quick chat

These people were so sweet. I opened my account in a few minutes and I was out of there. I wish I joined CIBC sooner.

Ohh my goodness this location is under staffed long line up.
Very poor management.
I have been to other locations they are fast and convenient.
Totally wast of customers and people time.

The staff here are very rude, incompetent and slow. Regina Ermida-Costa is THE WORST bank professional I have ever met. She has a major attitude problem and clearly does not know her job or how to speak with customers. I've never been so disgusted with customer service. I would give Regina a zero if I could.

If I could, I would rate 0 stars! The employees are control/ power happy and even when there are 4 people behind the desk they will all claim to be counting money or doing paper work. They allow long line ups and are rude and condesending. Usually this comes from the leadership of the branch or even above somewhere in the organization. Sadly, this is the closest branch to us - wish they would get new leadership and improve customer service!

Absolutely horrible experience dealing with this branch, would give 0 stars if that was an option. Save yourself a headache and go anywhere but here if you want to have any type of quick/comfortable banking experience. Completely unorganized incompetent staff and branch manager, branch also has a ridiculous turnover rate. Dealing with this branch makes me wish we didn’t have anything to do with CIBC at all.
