I would like to appreciate and commend Haig for his subject matter knowledge and professionalism. I had an issue where a currency exchange request was wrongly executed and I called the customer service line for resolution. I was lucky to get Haig to speak with me. He competently explained the wrong execution of the currency exchange request and more importantly proffered solution options. I had a great customer experience based on how Haig handled my issue.

Dealing with the stress of a new banking card necessitated because of a compromised transaction is difficult. CIBC promptly sent a new replacement CIBC Visa card. CIBC IE was very helpful assisting me to link the IE investment account with my new CIBC Online account. Thank you.

I called Investor's Edge for support, the call was received right away by an active agent, AFAZ; we went through security check questions, the conversation was professional and polite. He helped me with the request I had which was a 'Pending order' that needed to be pushed through and he helped me with that after verifying and confirming it with me.

Over all the CIBC customer support (Banking & Investor's Edge) is beyond expectation. They even check how I'm doing for the day, if it's ok to call me by my first name, if I have any other request beside the current call and mainly they recognize how long I have been with them as a CIBC client.so on.
So, I feel comfortable every time I call CIBC and speak to an agent. Cheers & Thank you!

CIBC Investor Edge has proven to be an excellent asset for me. They offer a user-friendly interface, advanced research and charting tools, responsive customer service, and competitive fees. All of this has made this platform an excellent choice for me. Here is a little more detail why this was such a positive experience for me and why I would recommend to others.

Firstly, the platform's user interface is sleek and user-friendly, making it easy for me to navigate through the various tools and features. What I appreciate is how the platform offers charting and research tools, as well as access to real-time quotes and news updates, which can help investors make informed investment decisions. I find that the interface makes it easy to access different stocks, bonds, and ETFs.

Another feature that separates CIBC Investor Edge from many of their competitors is the quality of their customer service. Their team of customer service representatives are knowledgeable and responsive. They have made themselves available to assist me with any questions or concerns they may have. A special shoutout to Tomas who was a huge help for me last time.

Lastly, I also found that the fees and commissions are also competitive compared to other Canadian online brokerage firms.

I have always relied on the expertise of the Representatives at CIBC Investors Edge and today was no exception. I was given excellent courteous and thorough help today with a GIC reinvestment by Representative Liam. My family and myself have been with CIBC for over 60 years and Investors Edge for over 25 years. I will continue to be a loyal and fully satisfied customer. Liam- you were very kind and explained things very clearly to me. I am an elderly investor and had my questions answered in detail. Good job Liam! Thank you so much. CIBC is lucky to have you!

Customer service is top notch - not sure I’ve received anything better in Canada. They are always very polite and straight to the point. They also have the shortest wait time - literally takes a minute to get someone on the line.

I have experienced little waiting time on the phone. Staff very knowledgeable and helpful in both official languages. I really like being able to manage my own accounts - so easy it's almost a bit scary. My one criticism is that my transfer in of funds from another institution took somewhat longer than expected. Overall, a very positive experience.
