CIK Telecom was established in Toronto, Canada in 2003, and evolved from Onet System Inc, an advanced telecommunications technology company. To be honest, I watched CIK step by step from small to large. It is true that this process is not easy, but the growth history of this company can also be regarded as a history of struggle. Now that CIK can take a share in the industry, it is worth cherishing. Shark's fin and bear's paw can't have both. Among the many communication providers, whether it is cost-effective or service, I still choose this one. Counting this year is the twentieth year of CIK's growth, I believe the company should celebrate it!

I used their Fiber To The Home (FTTH) for 6 years in my previous condo as they had their own fibre lines. I had no issues in the 6 years using it. Never dropped once speed test was consistent no matter what time I ran it. I used this as the pricing was better than with Bell and Rogers

I paid for 500M download speed, and I did not get the service I paid for. For the last whole week, my internet is running at 20M download speed. Those technical support guys cannot get it fixed. Really upset and feel like trapped!

Worst experience ever do not even know "c" of customer services do not waste ur money and time by joining them. They are never gonna meet your expectations as per they claim. I wish i could go for negative marking.

Great service, the price is not too high and it does not go up monthly without notice and no explanation. The internet is really good, but there are times of the day it is very spotty. They need more plans with more affordable prices though.

Most terrible ISP ever. Made a phone call to initiate a cancellation, got cut off twice while waiting over an hour. Got transferred a few times and still trying to transfer me to “customer relations”.

Sent an email to their care email, and was told they can’t do cancellations. Back to the phone call again. I am sure the press and go to public would love to hear about how these guys use time consuming / deterring tactics to prevent customers from initiating cancellations.

I went from Bell to CIK Telecom, I remember that Bell would always do work on Sunday afternoons when I would watch football. It was so frustrating. Why wouldn't they do upgrades or fixes on the weekdays when people are at work. Also, the bill was extremely high. Say no to high bills.

CIK service is awful! Nobody should use it. My internet was up and down many times in the past two months, we spent hours on the phone but nothing was fixed. Our family did not have internet for the past fews days, every time they just told us they opened a ticket with Rogers and waiting for their reply. With frustration towards the online customer service, we went directly to their head office in Markham, asked them to give us a timeline when the issue will be fixed. Still got the same answer, they are waiting for Rogers to solve this issue. We asked the technical support manager to call Rogers in front of us so we can know the progress, shockingly they said he can’t call Rogers directly because they can only communicate with Rogers via emails! This is INSANE, as a telcom company, they can’t call Rogers? ! What kind of company is this? Either he was lying to us or their business model sucks. Without phone call, how can you trust the company can fix the issue fast? In addition, the customer service is also very bad, when my husband answered phone call from their Chinese technician and asked if the technician can speak English, the technician just hang up the phone immediately, not even bother to respond to him with a simple answer Yes or No. If you can’t speak Chinese, don’t expect any good communication with them. So don’t ever use CIK service because is cheaper than some other companies, you will regret like and end up with unstable internet, which would your work and life so much. It is wasting money to use CIK service.

20 days of service. Billed me early then threatened to cutoff service. Force 2 month's payment on first month billing time. Then when I get angry for the six calls I made they put me on hold for 30: 45 minutes that's when I wrote you this.

I order the fiber internet line, and when the technician went to my unit he looked onto the cooper line not on the Bell fiber line which is ready to use and unfortunately the cooper line is no good to my unit and I'm just wondering why cooper line and its very clear that I ordered fiber line. It's a false advertisement for the customer and they will still charge you even you don't even got service of internet. Don't go here if you don't want to experience I got with them. This is just a warning.

Disappointed with the lack of clear information and respect to customers. My home Internet stopped working 10am and no technical support was provided to explain what had happened. It is 9pm right now and the problem remains the same. I do not recommend CIK at all!

Trash service. Charge me $150 for a modem I have returned two months ago. Blaming me for not keeping the tracking receipt. Who on earth keeps a receipt for 2 months?

We love CIK’s bundle prices and would never go back to anything else. Very reliable, reasonable and never had a problem. We rely on the internet for many things personal and business related so it is very important to us.

This company may offer a good price for internet svc but when there is network issue good luck getting through customer service, finally we had to drive to their office to talk to them face to face.so funny that they told us our internet was down and Rogers has to fix the issue but they can pay us $3 per day to refund for those days that we did not have the service.i never heard this kind of resolution from any businesses that have dealt before.so my advice is deal with a reputable company and this one would not be suitable at all if you work from home our need internet for any important use.

Awesome service and fantastic customer service. Never had too many issues with service quality. I would definitely recommend CIK to others. I had other competitive service and they cannot compare to CIK’s rates.

Bad internet services, no customer service, every weekend I had problems and nobody answered my calls after 8pm and customer service is off after 12am
Worst company, its much better to learn how to manage and then create a company, I'm going to cancel my services and find a reliable company
