Lorie and I dropped in for a drink and app we got espresso martinis and the artichoke dish. The bartender Kaya was so sweet! She suggested a touch of cinnamon in our drinks and it took it to the next level. Food was good but a bit pricey for a plate.

We had a great time otherwise! Kaya you're a star.

The food was incredibly tasty. The prices are extremely high. Probably almost double what you'll pay at another quality italian restaurant. They charged me extra for something that is so small and free in every single restaurant around the world, which was laughable. You're already overpaying for the food and then you still charge extra for something that is free everywhere else. If you don't mind grossly overpaying, the food is fantastic.

We ordered the pasta balls for the table as well as 4 different pizzas. The food was quite delicious, but took so long to come out that unfortunately it just couldn’t live up to the expectations such a long wait gave. The pizzas took well over an hour to come out, so I wouldn’t come here for dinner if you’re already hungry.

Another thing that was quite annoying is that we clearly noted we were ordering the pasta ball appetizer for the table, which was 4 people, and the server did not note that this plate only includes 3 pieces, so we had to chop them up ourselves into small pieces to try to evenly distribute.

This was surprising because our server knew the menu very well and had opinions on all the items we ordered. Clearly she knew the food and was not new.

The food is good, but this restaurant really needs to work on its customer focus.

I was there very recently for a celebratory family dinner. The service and the food were excellent. Every dish was lovingly prepared. The appetizers and the contorni were superb. Our server was very attentive and charming. I found the ambiance good but it was a little too dark for my taste. I know that this is the current trend but I am used to more cheerful lighting. The fact that it was full on a Monday night clearly illustrates that a lot of people are enjoying what this restaurant has to offer.

The only reason I would rate our dining experience as a 4, as opposed to a 5, is that the music (or perhaps the noise level generally) made it difficult to have a conversation. That said, our waitress didn’t hesitate to turn down the music, which did help to a degree. Perhaps something in the way of noise dampening would help. It’s unfortunately a bit of an echo chamber here when things get busy.
The service was excellent. The food …really, just as good. The pasta was cooked perfectly and the flavours, very good!

Pros: Great food, great service, and fantastic atmosphere.

Cons: Parking is difficult to find. The pizza's crust was slightly burnt and half my table was covered in the charred pieces. The knives to cut the pizza were not sharp so it made it difficult to cut slices. The table was wobbly, and the chairs are uncomfortable for bigger people, they dig into you because the back curves inward.

We have been to Cima many times for dinner and loved every single menu item. Yesterday, we threw my son’s baptism there and the experience from start to finish was flawless. The restaurant not only met but exceeded our expectations. All of our guests were talking about how beautiful the restaurant was and how incredible the food tasted. Every single dish was beautifully presented and extremely flavourful. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our guests were taken care of. Thank you Cima for your attentiveness and hospitality! We highly reccomend this restaurant and venue for all events.

Food was amazing; I couldn't stop eating what was on my plate. Great atmosphere and staff was super helpful and attentive. It made for a fantastic evening. Thank you!

Our first time at Cima. Beautiful experience! Food was exquisite. The kitchen staff and Erica, our server were accommodating and so pleasant.

I was fortunate enough to visit during their soft opening and we were blown away by the atmosphere, service, and of course, the food. Started with Calamari, which was lightly dusted and fried to perfection. The gnocchi with fried eggplant was deadly. The pizza was amazing.charred on top, quality toppings, and IG worthy. For all the ppl complaining that the 'pizza is burnt', this is Neapolitan-style pizza, there is charring/blistering on the crust from being in a wood-burning oven. I didn't get to try the desserts, but they looked great. Cima is worth the wait, go now!

Call me quirky but I like to be able to read the menus in places I go to to have meals. Decor looks fairly typical of these sort of places. I give them bonus points for not closing ridiculously early. Food looks good from what I can tell in the dim lighting. I did not bother to order a meal but did try what my friends ordered. They had Fungi pizza and Margherita w/ Fennel sausage. Overall food consensus was we would have the food again. For me - I found the pizza soggy because the crust was super thin (hoped this meant crispy) but not so. The taste was good.

Food and atmosphere are good, but the manager is quite rude and appears disinterested in customer service. Take your business elsewhere.

Ordered multiple items for our daughter’s 10 friends for her 16th bday in the afternoon for dinner and as it approached dinner our order was cancelled without reasons. We had to scramble and order pizza from another restaurant. Not a good experience at all!

The young woman hostess who seated us seemed confused and unaware and made it a priority to tell us what time we needed to be out of the restaurant rather than welcome us. She was displeased, impatient and rude with us when we requested to be moved from the table by the door to something further inside and more protected from the cold every time the front door was opened. At the time the restaurant only had one other party and all tables were vacant.

The Pizza was good but the Caesar salad was wilted. Menus were legal sized blurry photocopies supported by an old leather like folder. The wine was off and sent back (we found it had been opened several days before). Our waiter was a pleasure, very helpful and accommodating of all requests regarding food and menu. He made the experience enjoyable with his attentive service.

Food was great, style/decor was very nice but for ambience they could use some lighting improvements. Worth a visit!

Enjoyed dinner of fresh pasta, Arancini, salad and a few other dishes. Amazing service, great ambiance. Loved the music, great conversation. Food was incredibly fresh, and service was friendly, fast and efficient. Will definitely return in the warmer months to try out the patio. Loved seeing the exposed kitchen, chefs clearly work hard and efficient. Honestly no complaints, can’t wait to go back and try some other dishes.

TLDR: Go for the pizza and cocktails! You won't be dissapointed.

We ordered a Margherita pizza, branzino special, the truffle cream pasta, Tiramisu, cocktails and espresso. It came to $200 after tip (waitress was great).

The pizza was phenomenal! Everything else was good, given the price. The espresso was burnt, like stove top Moka pot burnt. A Nespresso would have made a much better espresso (sacrilegious, I know). My cocktail was perfect though.

We will definitely return for the specialty pizzas and drinks.
