You're better off buying your media from the big retailers like best buy or amazon. They have more selection and lower prices. Most of all the big stores will actually work with you when you have an issue with a disc your purchased from. Customer service sucks. People with attitude and poor people skills. If they say they will order something for you, they can't even tell you when it will come in. They have no idea what they're doing.

Very good selection of movies, and T. V shows. If they don't have it I'm pretty sure if they can they will order it for you. I went there for season 1 of Frasier, and they had every season at the time on DVD. There is also a nostalgic aspect to this store. Kind feels like being in block buster.

Coming from a big movie collector, Its hard to find stores that sell a wide variety of hardcopy movies that are new. I do appreciate this store and its efforts to still provide this service. But you do have to be careful with prices. Alot of the movies are over priced, but some you can get amazing deals. The sales are where you save money compared to amazon. If you know your prices and are willing to pick through and wait for sales then its a good place. I do enjoy the wide selection of horror films and Noir films they have on location (my biggest weakness). My biggest complant would be the staff. Some are fantastic others not so much. I once asked for them to look up a few movies for me in their system but the woman kept forgeting and seemed not interested in helping. Other times they often loudly gossip amongst themselves for a good hour or two while I look through the store. Some of the stories are not the most professional or customer friendly to listen to.

Great selection. It’s getting harder to buy physical media these days and this is a great place to find what you want.

Gotta say that Customer Service was not impressive today. I had a dvd set I bought last week that I did not realize I previously purchased. I checked the receipt and saw that there is 7 day exchange so I grabbed the set and came to the store today. (40 minutes away for me) Unfortunately the staff was not accommodating, turns out I grabbed the wrong copy of the item so it had a different sticker on it. The DVD however was exactly the same.it was still wrapped in the packaging and was the EXACT same upc code that was on the receipt. Sooooo, instead of the staff doing the right thing and taking care of me. (it was a bloody sticker) they refused my item and I left the store empty handed and flabbergasted at what just happened. To be clear, your staff let me walk over a $14.99 DVD that I was simply wanting to exchange. Know what else I walked out with? NOTHING. I had my wife put the 3 blurays she wanted back on the shelf and we left without spending the $100 we were going to spend in your store today. Not only that, we won't come back again. EVER. Amazon was happy to take my money and will deliver my blurays right to my door tomorrow. So, you lost todays sales from me and have lost all future sales from me as well.all over $14.99. Hope it was worth it. DO BETTER!

Love having a local place with a broad selection of films so I don't need to Amazon when I have a craving. Their prices are also often quite competitive. Gotta support local businesses if we want to keep them, and this one's worth keeping.

Awesome selection, a little hard to find specific things I was looking for, but with staff's help we eventually found it

Staff are very friendly and helpful. They were out of stock on a Bluray I was in search for that was temporarily on sale and they ordered the Bluray for me and locked it in at the sale price even if the sale was over when I went to pick it up (which the sale had ended). Very pleased! Great selection.

Prices are nuts for some blu-rays. How can a disk in a plastic case be 65 bucks? Surprised this place is still open. They do however have some hard to find stuff that will never be on streaming platforms, shaw bros Human Lanterns as an example.:) They need free popcorn or something at the door.

Big enough selection that i normally have a few backup picks incase they dont have what hunting for that exact day

Great place for people who still like picking up DVD's. Selection is very good. Price are reasonable. If you want hard-to-find cult movies you will pay more though. Especially for blu ray.
