Staff are great, food tasty and great atmosphere… unfortunately the seating in theater #12 is quite outdated, must invest and get better seats…

We had coupons that had just expired, so I went to inquire if we could still use them. Not only they accepted them, but they did so without a moment of hesitation. Seats were comfortable, one of the kids was not heavy enough to keep the seat open so it kept closing on them. Offering some booster seats for featherweight kids would be highly appreciated.

The cineplex at South Keys is a good place to watch a movie. The prices are cheaper than Silver City for both the movie and food. I had the chillidog and it tasted good.

Old style seating and viewing. It brings you back to the early movie days in a actull theater. It's nice to see a new movie in old seating. If that's what you are into this location brings you back in time.

The sound was really loud, very uncomfortable, had to plug my ears, plus lots of people talking during the movie!

We have been to this place many times. It is an average Cineplex. They do not have recliner seats.

No complaints with the staff. Just hate the small, cramped up screen and the seats. The seats are very uncomfortable. All other Cineplex have comfortable seats but this Cineplex doesnt. Please if the Management can do something about the seats it would be great

I went to Auditorium 03 for 007 no time to die and the sound system is definitely outdated. There was barely any bass. My car speaker is better than that.

Saw Spider Man! So much fun! Great movie. The theatre was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful

A terrific reintroduction to movie theatres! Clean, very friendly staff, good selection of concessions.came for one movie and stayed for two. Will definitely be back soon.

What a great place to watch a movie. Went to watch Shang-Chi and the theater was massive. They are also following covid-19 regulations by leaving a space between everyone.

Not a bad movie theater. Its limited, but nevertheless, it shows all the good and latest films. ITs not a bad movie theater, since its close by to the South Keys area. Just don't expect too much.

Finally I could return to a movie theater. I was missing it. The movie theater has a good structure with many options of entertainment and several rooms. All the time I've been there the staff were friendly and helpful.
Snacks are a bit costly but every movie theater they are.
I recommend it.

If you're buying a regular movie ticket, make sure you get the furthest seat available from the screen.

After the 3rd row you'll have to bend your head upwards to see what's on the screen. Very painful and not enjoyable at all. Kind of surprised they even have the seats right next to the screen.

Even though there was a long lineup for popcorn, it went quickly. Lots of staff, friendly and accomodating!

Good place to watch movies. Very close to the shopping mall. Easy and fast access to public transport!

Allowed a baby under 1 into the Terminator movie without signing a hearing waiver infants under the age of one can lose their hearing in a movie theatre if the waiver isn't signed they are liable for hearing loss improper signage for wet floor a simple liability waiver form would solve the problem for the infant

Audio went out on opening night of a movie. They could not fix it and took their time to give me a refund. Waste of time.

It doesn't deserve even a single star. Worst seats ever. Their seats' style, I'm pretty sure, is couple of decades old. Uncomfortable in every way. Their seating arrangement is almost flat (like in a church). My college classroom has better elevation than this. I'm completely disappointed with the projection and surround sound quality of the theatre as well. Avoid watching your favorite movies at this location. You can opt for this only when you don't require a complete movie experience or you enjoy watching movies on your TV (Netflix and A prime) at home.

Only issue is with the VIP chairs. They lean back but they don't actually stay leaned back so really theres no actual point to having them.

Movie theatre is nice, other people there are nice. But there was puke on the floor that smelt for 3 hrs. Which was kind of gross.

Has anyone ever told you about these moving picture things? They charge you 12 buck - except on Tuesdays - to go see them dance in the light. Plus they are newer than the ones you get at home.

It is not the best cinema in town.personally I find the seating rather uncomfortable. However, the movie selection is better here than some others and the staff are friendly.

Great value. Purchased tickets for the last show five minutes before movie started. Cheapest tickets ever. Don't know why though.

Great food and great entertainment. Family friendly place to relax away and take in a great movie and don't forget to stop by the snack stand for some goodies.

They judge you by ur looks I couldn’t watch because I was short after raising my arm the worker saw my hair and let me in stop judging by looks

Everything is good but not the sitting.it's still too old.none of the theatre has recliner seats.only good thing is most of the international movies comes to this theatre.not that happy going there always.cineplex at carling is much better than this one.hopefully they have recliner seats in future shortly

Quite possibly the worst main stream theatre in Ottawa. In need of a massive renovation, the space just is not on par with other theatres. Short backed seats, with little leg room, and often many seats that are broken. We live in this area and happily drive further to avoid this theatre. Too bad.use to be nice 20 years ago.

This place needs a facelift, games are in terrible shape, bathrooms are gross, floors are slimey and slippery with grime. Yummy

I went to watch the movie Yesterday. As per usual the theatre is very clean as are the washrooms the staff is always friendly and helpful. Lots and lots of free parking. It's also right next door to a couple of restaurants so if you want to grab a bite to eat before the movie you can park the car walk to Montana's and then over to the theatre.

Small. The last show I went to wasn't properly aligned to the screen and the time before that I got dripped on by an AC leak.

My tickets I bought in advance never loaded properly on my phone, so took awhile to convince management I had actually bought tickets. Make sure your tickets load properly on your phone if you buy in advance. Real pain otherwise.

Showed up with some passes and had no problem processing them. We even had a staff member walk us to the concession and then to the entrance of the theaters. The theater was cozy but the floors were very slippery, almost slimy. But the seats were comfortable, picture was good and the sound was great. Will be back again soon.

The seats are worn down and so uncomfortable. My butt went numb several times during the movie. The popcorn was stale and the pop was flat

Descent movie theater, clean theaters the most part (Gatineau smells like pee) ultra uvx and reclining seats are our favorite

My experience was exciting because we saw The Lion King in theater number two. Always great to see classics from a woman who is born in the 1990s my kids loved it so did their dad.

Employees are kind. Only positive point though. Annoying sound during the whole movie and could not watch the movie since the sound was so low. I could hear people chewing on the other side of the row. People were on their cellphone also.

I used to come here weekly because its never packed but i was just told they changed their rules and you can only use scene points to save 15$ off. Thats ridiculous when you have thousands of points, why would i come to this run down theatre instead of VIP then?

I've been coming to this theatre since the week it opened, and can honestly find no fault with it.

You almost have to wonder, with some of the negative reviews about things like seating, how on earth we'd all managed to enjoy ourselves before.
I recognize that I may be in the minority here, but I'm not particularly interested in spending extra money for larger reclining seats; the older ones suit me just fine, and I appreciate having somewhere smaller & less busy to go.

As for complaints about the lower number of staff, as well, we need to take a moment to consider that this is the reality of the world we live in, now; it's the same everywhere we go, and we did it ourselves.we shop online & watch nearly all of our movies from home, too.of course theatres can no longer justify employing the same number of people they once did. Let's all just make the most of our old world while we still can ‍️

Here is the most luxury movie theatre in the Ottawa region. VIP theatres are wonderful including comfortable double seats which are perfect for couples and the food they serve before moves are amazing. Think you don’t need to bring your popcorn and drink in to the show room since they are going to bring it right to your seat. Not only that, you have much more options than only hotdog. If you get there earlier no worries there are some entertainment stuff.

Was visiting from out of town and made an error with booking the movie. Jenna S went above and beyond to help us with rebooking a new movie. She was super sweet and very lovely. Thank you very much.

Decent theater, friendly staff. My only complaint is I reserved two seats for a movie online and selected the seats myself, upon arriving in the theater room I found out one of the seats I reserved wasn't even there, I ordered for C1 and C2. C1 was no where to be found, I mentioned this to the staff and they told me to take the back seats for the wheelchairs, when I go to take the seats those ones are being used. Was forced to sit in the front row in the corner, had a hard time watching the movie. Makes no sense to have a seat on the site that isn't even in the room itself.

Went to the Prodigy. Staff was nice and helped us out with a game-machine which was malfunctioning. Rather expensive food though.

They had help me get what I needed by going beyond the call of duty so they earned this rating at least this time

Went on the 13th and the place was working on a skeletal crew. Love going to the movies and having theater popcorn. Hugely annoyed because the popcorn was all kernels and largely burnt. When the movie was over the stand was closed so I couldn't return it. What a waste of money. Little careless and disappointing.
