We go there for playtime games only the hokey table and the motorcycle race. They don't have a shooting game. Only for kids they have one.

Good movies and lots to do in the mall + food court. The mall has been renovated with more chic brands. If you are looking for clothes from everyday dressing to winter jackets and boots you will find it here. Also if you looking for accessories like jewelry you will find good brands. There's a few hangout spots, restaurants and bars. Great variety of shops and activities.

Avx theaters was a bit loud and too cold. Other than that everything was clean and presentable.

So basically today I went here in Yorkdale cinema and we already booked our tickets so we just need popcorns and stuff and there was a girl name “ FAIT” was so rude and was shouting at us, I don’t know y Becoz we r Indians that’s y but that girl is don’t know how to treat your customer. We are not coming back here…

Nice staff friendly clean movie theater I like going is close to home just surprised there is no vip theater.

Loved the food options BUT considering they had meal options (chicken fingers and fries etc) it would have been nice if they had tables and chairs in the main lobby. My plan would have been to have that food outside and then take snacks into the theatre. Although I went on Labour Day and they may have not had said out cause it was a holiday? Overall not a big deal and the theatre was great.

Staff did their best. Movie was good. 6 seats filled out of 200+ auditorium. Now closed for who knows how long

Typical movie theater, food always overpriced. Lines have always been quick since I've been there, popcorn is usually fresh and good variety of movies.

One of the better locations seat wise. Clean, well staffed & had movies that weren’t anywhere else anymore.

They need to have a system in place that allows for seats to be unoccupied next to large bookings. Went and saw Birds of Prey and there was about 30 empty seats towards the front and the back ten rows were filled to capacity. I don't like sitting within a half inch of a total stranger. This needs to be rectified

Convenient location and big underground parking lot, accessible after latest movie (I was there at 12.30 am)

Always enjoy taking my boys or girlfriend to movies but why you take out Tim Hortons and put Starbucks can the average family of four coffees over $3 dollars. This Tim Hortons drinker not happy costomer.

Small Cineplex, but it's easy to get to and literally inside a mall, so you have places to go before and after your movie. I find that the wait times are no problem whether buying a ticket or buying food. Overall, classic spot to watch movies.

Nice place, really convenient for spending time with family. Definitely will visit it again. One thing, kids play machines don't have slots for XScape cards.

Eglinton & Yonge Cineplex needs to upgrade all theater seating for health & safety reasons of customer safety & comfort level. Not all movie customer attendees notice the dangers of older seats breaking down from wear and tear of every day use.

Cineplex theaters across the GTA needs to post signs announcement to audience to honor with respect public space with care. Also go report Cineplex staff if any damage to the seat they were sitting in had damage done to it.

Little disappointed in Yorkdale Cineplex. Went to see Invisible Man (was great!). But first encounter at popcorn counter was a teenaged girl more interested in her music than being attentive to the customers. She actually rolled her eyes at me. And the ladies washroom is an old mess. Shocking for Yorkdale Mall!

This is my go to theatre. Experiences there have been hit and miss. Sometimes the machines don’t work. Staff can be challenged to keep up to cleaning demands during busy movies times. Otherwise, staff are always friendly and helpful. There are plenty of movies to choose from and multiple food options.

Same cineplex experience as any other but the lines are super long, the screen much smaller, and the price a bit higher. You're paying for location, location, location.

Nice place but please snacks way over priced popcorn really water down drinks come on it cost more than the movie

The movie theatre is okay; but the location is highly disappointing. Expect a 30 minutes delay during parking, it will aslo take you at least 20 minutes to leave the mall premises

Efficient with assistance and usually they pretty much have all the movies that come out playing unlike some other cinemas where its only specific films playing.

People that are working here are very nice and I've never had an issue with any of the employees. In fact, when I did go see a movie here and I had trouble with people excessively talking during the movie I was given a free pass movie ticket.

This is the main reason I have docked two stars. I love a good horror movie but there is just too many young petulant and spoiled teenagers that go here. In what world is it funny to talk throughout the entirety of a movie and yell and scream to make your friends laugh (not during the scary parts). This literally happens whenever I see a scary movie here.

I've spoken to management about having staff that monitors the young adults in these theaters but I doubt this improves.

Overall, good theater, good staff, good management. DO NOT see a horror movie here.

Clean and fun are 2 words that come to mind. Great snacks with no long waits and an awesome arcade for killing time before the show. Seats are clean and the theater floor was spotless.

Movie never start on time. No value of people timing.too much advertisement.do not waste your time. At cineplex yorkdale. 4: 15PM movie start at 4: 40pm.

If I was able to rate 0 I would. The service was awful. I was looking for something and the only answer I got was ask the front desk. And when I did I got no answer. The cinema was filthy and the seats were crusty. Very disgusting. If you are in the area I advise to go to a different theatre.

You try to relax and watch a movie but constantly have to tolerate hood rat fights. I can't believe I had to break up two women fighting over a weave appointment

I honestly think kids under twelve should be accompanied by a parent or someone over 18. Took my daughter to see wreck it Ralph and some kids kept kicking our seats n won't stop talking and guessing what's gonna happen in the movie. We didn't even get to enjoy the movie. One of them kicked my daughter's seat really hard n I told him to stop but I suppose it was funny to him. Parent if u can't train ur children don't have them come to public places by themselves. They ruin ppls day.
