Cineplex Cinemas Courtney Park

Went there for the first time in 13 years. It was nice with a big parking lot.

But Hindi movie (animal) was a waste of time.

Dirtiest place i have ever been to! I never knew such dirty movie theaters existed in Canada. Carpets in the hall ways smell like pee. Even their seats are terrible

Seating is not the most comfortable but cineplex is clean and staff is very friendly.
Recommended to people without large groups or families.

My boyfriend and I went today to watch Spiderverse at this location. Mind you I’ve watched this movie before and it was a first time for him. 40 mins into the movie after 3 separate attempts to fix the audio issue which meant watching the movie while 0 dialogue is heard. I was assured each time they would fix the issue, on my third attempt the manager said this is how the movie comes from the studio and there’s nothing that can be done. I said no, I’ve watched this movie at other locations and never encountered this problem before on top, you should not advertise a movie who’s audio is not compatible for viewing. Very very disappointed by this experience, will not be returning.
I had gotten a refund and I want to say Thank you to Miriam who was so kind and understanding during the whole process, while the old man manager was so unhelpful and inconsiderate.

We came to Mission Impossible Dead Reckoning (IMAX) on 16th July 11: 30AM show.

We waited till 12 for the movie to be played, but finally, they mentioned that they had trouble with IMAX and no one is reachable from the IMAX side and hence asked us to get either a refund or a free non IMAX viewing which is unfair.

I love this place! I take my son here to watch movies for family favorites and new kids movies. This therator is very big and clean. I highly Recommend this therator for families.

Clean theatre.
Bunch of options for grabbing a bit in same plaza.
Very friendly staff.
Parking is a big issue.
I recommend to go 30 minutes before movie time.

Omg soooooo dirty not for family or seniors this movie theatre I feel is for students and young bc that’s exactly who goes there and they don’t clean washroom carpet seats inside theatre foods everywhere. Needs a lot a lot a lot of cleaning this location

Clean location with many screens for different movie options. Shares a plaza with a large amount of food/drink choices for befor or after your movie.

When we arrived I noticed that the cinema looked a lot larger than the one at square one. When we entered the building there was a huge line up. However it went reasonably fast. They have mainly automated places and only two cash places. The cinema inside is much more open when compared to the one at square one also the seats seems to be more comfy

Enjoy the Indian person took off the shoe and stick the toe beside my seat.the bare feet on hand rest with no self respect create perfect hygiene environment to enjoy movie.

This is by far the cleanest cineplex cinema in peel and halton region. Hats off to the Cineplex Courtney team.

Cleaner than Silver city in Brampton.under seats are dirty and filled with fruit flies.but what can you expect with hiring teens

My favourite movie theater growing up. Recently I experience some unpredictable audience members (loud babies, talking families, etc.) But the staff is usually good about refunding tickets in situations like that. I go to the movies a lot and hate when people talk. We're paying over 20 dollars to be here let's not spoil it for others you know?

Great place and complex as well to spend your day noon or evening

We visited this place today noon and spend the whole evening and night there

1st starting with a movie - about the seats in auditorium number 16 wasn’t that good few seats were damaged its cover was ripped

Unfortunately I have got 1st row today as compare to other cineplex I have been in same condition I find screen really really close

Besides this the place is really amazing with smooth transition of buying tickets to getting snacks and quick tickets checking

However couple of this noticed are:
Tables were not tidy
Butter popcorn seasoning was empty

All the Cineplex are same. The plus point here is the food joints near by and park area. I prefer going to this location.

This is one of the largest Cineplex locations in GTA. They have really comfortable semi-reclining seats. They screen both Hollywood and International movies. Their food area needs a bit more attention to be kept neat and tidy. This location also has a nice variety of restaurants surrounding it.

Seats are very old style. In the dark I fell in between the chairs and next aisle, big gaping space, do be careful. Rest all good.

Curved and a big screen.average seating facility. Horible waiting area infront of food court. Good parking space.but the worst part was children were playing in the space between seats and screens. I mean seriously.that was the too bad experience for me personally.

I have been at other Cineplex but this Cineplex has the smallest seats ever so please if you're looking for a relaxing place where you can enjoy your movies please don't go to Courtney Park cinemas you should go to Cineplex in Vaughan opposite side of Costco at 400 and hey 7.

This remains my go to Cineplex of choice. The top movies always go here. The times are workable. The food service isn't bad. Sometimes it does take a while however. The people here are usually courteous and polite. I watch a vast majority of my movies here, usually in IMAX but the other normal theaters are good as well.

Big screens, lots if restaurants and fast food places close to the theatre for a quick bite before or after the show, lots of parking. Great place for a night out.

Went to watch the new Halloween movie with my wife last month, felt like I was at the airport for a bit, security in uniform were checking patrons tickets while we were lined up waiting to go into the theater. I felt that was not the right public image to portray, policing your patrons. I would have preferred an actual Cineplex employee to be doing that if it was so much needed.
The staff are generally good, and the theaters are decent most of the time, but there is a definite decline compared to 3 or 4 years ago. All aspects need to be addressed before further decline occurs.

Best place to watch IMAX movies. Should choose row G and H for best 3D movie experience.

The movies starts after 20 minutes from the given starting time. First 20 minutes are trailers and other stuff. If you wanna skip to the movie arrive after 20 minutes of the listed time.

To watch first come first service seat movies, should come about 30 minutes before the starting time of movie to get a good seat. I have watched about 20 movies here.

McDonald’s, Turtle Jack and LA fitness are nearby. Inside food quality is good.

This has been one of my go-to movie theaters for more than a decade (since when it was an AMC theater).
Of course, the place is more crowded nowadays. Still it is often easier to find last minute seats and parking spots even on weekends.

I often find the location short-staffed. They have limited number of ticketing machines for the size, too. However, they now scan electronic tickets on the phone, so no need to wait in line anymore.

Generally speaking, the space between rows of seats are wider.
There is an IMAX screen, too.

It was nice to go to the earlier show at 4 pm so the theatre was pretty quiet. I do find it to be expensive to get in and mostly for popcorn. For 1 med popcorn and 1 med drink it was almost 15$ when I can buy a box of it at the store for around 5$. I found the staff to be initially unhelpful when trying to buy tickets. I had to use the machine. Then when i couldn't find my movie time the lady helped me out and was nicer. I also liked how I got to pick my seats for IMAX. Overall I had a great Date night <3 I will definitely go again!
