Cineplex Cinemas Hamilton Mountain

Good amenities, a little arcade and quite a few food items available. We went to a movie on a Friday afternoon and everything went as expected. The only thing I would point out is the theater we were in was very messy and looked as if it hasn't been cleaned in weeks.

All in all a good experience we were just taken back by the amount of garbage, stains and food all over the floors in the theater (and the garbages were all over flowing)

The theatre is clean and well maintained. It's my family's favorite place to go see the movies.

What is happening with your corporation? ! No associate to be found in your theaters to get some information about the movies you play.like what is 4DX movies.or can we still buy the tickets for a movie that started 10 minutes ago? Instead.the only humans to greet us in your movie theater are 2 security guards and 2 police officers. What the heck is going on with your company's image? It is like entering a penitentiary and not a place of entertainment.shame on your company and shame on all of us for the disgusting society we all create here.

It seems like when we got into the theatre there was zero Covid protocols in place, with the numbers rising this is a careless act & honestly they should limit the tickets being sold ONLINE.

Maybe a phone call to public health or the by-law office. Will have this theatre be spread out more. In pods!

Regardless if a large group bought tickets!

Because there was a LARGE group of young brats, who were obnoxious, loud and threw things around the movie theatre.

No masks on!

I reported what I saw to a worker working at the front, she stated someone will come around and will be doing a count?
And no one came. Only to grab a paper off the wall, peered around and said nothing!
To the large group of teenagers sitting together! There is a by-law put in place for a reason, so why is this theatre exempted.
And it isn’t even essential service.

Visited here the other night. Julia did a wonderful job at making sure everything was clean and sanitary. Very polite girl.

Went here recently with Covid going on. Theater is very clean and socially distanced. They only allow a set amount of people in the theater. Would recommend going. No risk of infection or getting sick in my opinion.

Ruined the 730pm AVX 05 viewing of Tenet by showing a corrupt version of the movie for 5 minutes till we brought in a supervisor.

The measures put in place for Covid19 made the return experience feel safe. The staff were friendly and everything seemed to be cleaned regularly.

It was nice to go back to the theater after so many months even seeing a old movie Bloodshot with Vin Diesel

You get what you pay for. Curtious helpful staff. Over priced food combos and good movies. If you collect scene points you 100 percent get way more then you pay for.

Paid to see a move in 4DX- that I had seen the same way earlier that week. Went out of the theatre to complain twice the 4DX wasn't working. 3rd time got told "4DX wasn't available for foreign language films in subtitle" despite that being how I saw it in the same theatre a week before- a well as multiple friends had seen it in 4DX with subtitles the same way. A supervisor told me that screening 'must have been a mistake', and that all my friends who saw it with subtitles must have been 'mistake and saw it dubbed'. Had to literally contact head office to prove these people wrong. Including multiple staff who tried to refuse my refund because it was 'more than 20 minutes into the film' despite none of the promised 4DX working and no signs claiming there was no 4DX for this viewing.

The people who work at this theatre are as dumb as a rock. I'd rather spend an extra 10 minutes driving to Landmark Cinemas in Jackson than go to this place run by people hired yesterday.

This establishment has no regards for human life. We are currently in the middle of a world wide epidemic, our government is telling people not to go to gatherings and yet Cineplex here in Stoney creek has its doors wide open and the parking is absolutely jammed packed. Step up, be responsible and do the right thing for our community and SHUT IT DOWN to help contain the spread of this deadly virus! Unbelievable Cineplex!

The movie was good but the popcorn which comes with artificial butter was almost the cost of the ticket.just not worth it.

They really need to expand the parking area or move to a place that has more parking and more permit parking.

Is there better theatres? Yes.but all the times going to see a movie at that Cineplex location, for the average price of a ticket I've never been disappointed.

The UltraAVX theater is AWESOME! I've never had 1 bad experience here. Actually, Spies In Disguise broke down on Christmas Day. But, that's nothing to complain about becuz I was satisfied getting 2 free premium tickets to any 2 movies in any format & they never expire. Surprisingly enough, there was more people goin' to see that movie than I expected. But besides that, I actually have alot of good memories going to this theater. Sometimes it's been my escape & other times, there would be something I wanna see & this theater would be my 1st choice. (Mainly becuz it's closer to me)

Who doesn't like the movies. Other than parking there's not much bad to say about a fun family place

Great theatre. Good sized theaters with large reclining seats. Cup holders on the armrests. Bathrooms are always clean. The only thing I think is bad is the concession stand. Their prices are disgusting! For 2 medium popcorns and 2 soda's it costs $27! You could buy a case of popcorn and a case of pop for that! It's pretty sad that it costs $50 to go to the show now a days!

Staff are always available and fast to assist and take orders.there's always employees within sight in case customers need assistance.the theatres are well maintained and clean.the bathrooms are clean and always well stocked.been going to this theatre for three years never had any issues.

First hour of the movie was too dark and fuzzy. Had to walk out and complain mid-movie to have the projector brightness corrected. Heard other patrons complaining about it on the way out. No compensation offered.

Prices way to high 15.and change for 1 large popcorn and one regular pop. 99cents for butter senior rates are too high not impressed then on the way out my wife who walks with a cane allmost bowled over a young worker pushing a garbage dolly

Came to watch Sonic with kids. Everything was fine except the place looked dirty like it hadn't been swept or vacuumed for few days. I've been to other Cineplex locations and this place so far is not very clean. No excuses guys but step it up management. It's not very pleasant coming in a place when it's dirty.

Amazing cinema i love coming here from all the snacks to all the foods and drinks and great movies and 4d to atmos theater definitely lots of options

I've never had a bad experience at this theater. Generally very clean, and helpful staff. Never too busy (except for holidays when the movies are the only thing open)

They recently replaced many of their 'in person' cashiers with machines. I believe this helped speed things up, and allows people to purchase tickets more efficiently.

However, if you are a person that NEEDS to speak to a cashier when buying your tickets, you may find purchasing tickets to be a little flow.

Nice clean theatre, not the most comfortable seats but not at all bad. Food is crazy expensive, the nachos are cheaper then popcorn!

Although I do enjoy going to the show, I must say the declining seats.are useless if someone is behind you or in front of you.makes for an uncomfortable viewing. Food is always great though!

Horrible seats.prices for pop and popcorn are ridiculous. Ill stick to jackson square movie theater

Who would of thought. Went to early showing of rocketman at 715 pm on holiday Monday got front row parking no lineup to purchase tickets and sat where we wanted. Theater was at a comfortable temperature. The movie was entertaining and seen several clips of future screenings of interest. In and out in 2.5 hours entertained and relaxed with no crowds pushing or shoving or no chaos in parking lot. Very good night.

The movies on a Tuesday night used to be a nightmare walked in got my tickets and snacks and was seated all in 10 minutes. Very impressed

Comfortable seats. Rediculous pricing on food and drink! Two med pop, one small popcorn and small bag of licorice was over $25.
