The staff were helpful. Experienced no audio, visual or technical issues during the screening.

Great theater. I've never had a bad experience here. The one negative is that the bathrooms can get dirty and need more attention.

My favorite cinema, nearest to my house. Tried other ones too but seats here are the best especially VIP's. Great service, staff always helpful. Really never had any complaints.

So I always love going to the VIP theater which has the reclining chairs.has really awesome 3D.the last movie we went to see here was Avatar, the new one and with the 3D it just made you feel like you're right there. I still have a problem with them charging $8 for popcorn that cost them $0.30 but I know that's how they make their money.

Update: a small bag of popcorn is now $13.50! Prices are too high! We don't go as much anymore because of this.

Their Ultra AVX hall is my best choice for any movies I want to enjoy in regular seats. The best part is, their regular seats in that hall recline with a press of a button. The seats are comfortable and arranged in a couple seating arrangement. The divider can be raised if you want extra comfort with your partner. But, you will not feel uncomfortable next to a stranger as well. The hand rest divider is cleverly designed. Every time I went their, never disappointed, even with long running movies. Bathrooms are well maintained and clean. But I always found one specific urinal in men's room always about to spill. Not sure if they are aware about it. There are some down sides as well, but they are not out of ordinary compared to their nearby competitors.

VIP theatre is the best for adults looking for a great date night. The delivered food and drink is special. Use your scene points to save a few bucks on your tickets

Good sits, great sound, too bad some people can't keep their phone off and their shoes on. I guess it is a cultural thing.

Me and my partner went to see Fast 10 in a relatively empty theatre. This one couple were watching videos, calling, and flashing lights during the film and at me and my partner. I went to address the situation with management but they didn’t do anything about it and they continued this behaviour through the entire film. Nobody was there to help or address the situation or see them out when we told them again the behaviour was proceeding to happen after staff left the theatre. The theatre gets point for comfy seats but after that… idk if I can rely on staff.

Love the convenience of this theatre location. Food is good although they took away pretzel bites which used to be a go-to before COVID. Service is good especially in VIP. A major complaint I have with this theatre is I don’t find it loud enough. I have been in Ultra AVX, VIP, and regular screenings and have not found them loud at all in comparison to other movie theatres. I am not hard of hearing but I don’t want to be able to hear other people talking during the movie. I called Cineplex as the Kitchener location phone number is only automated and doesn’t give you an option to make suggestions or speak with a manager. They said they would pass it on to the theatre but I doubt anything will be done about it. When I pay good money to see a movie in theatres, I want it to be loud! If it’s not loud, I may as well stay home and watch a movie there instead.

Bought VIP tickets as we always do and the staff are always friendly. Beautiful lounge and good food.

My experience was good at cineplex cinema Kitchener and VIP. Seats are supper comfortable in VIP section.

Went to the non-VIP after going to the VIP. It's night and day. The VIP has reclining seats with foot rests and a large amount of arm space. Food and drink are ordered from and delivered right to your seat. Definitely worth the extra cost for a nice comfy night out.

People are always on their phones, talking during the movie (everytime we go) popcorn food all over the floors, dirty. Somehow this cinema has more of that than others we've been too. Staff are friendly but a good experience is hit or miss here.

I am so disgusted by the condition of the theatre when going to a late movie. Food and garbage everywhere, nothing sanitary, and theatre rooms not cleaned out before the start of a movie. Also, the AC was up so high, I was so cold, I was shivering and the popcorn bag sizes got smaller. Defenitely not worth the price paid!

Love this place. We always visit the VIP to watch movies. We love the seat service and, because we have cineclub memberships, we get 20% off concessions. Highly recommended!

VIP - The pop corn is horrible, my lips got blistered, and my mouth as well. I can just imagine what it's doing to my insides.invest in better pop corn. I was very disappointed with the chicken tacos (it was trash). Jeez, I am appalled at this.

Fact movies is amazing new not fan of say your here for arcade you have funds have show ticket be here hypocrite like staff member was maybe instead of hire guard post staff member there.get things get damaged so is kicking someone ya could be in wrong some day.tickets or on phone.if there was actually prizes worth tickets would have these poor invites been ongoing have to hire someone

They have a terrible website that forces you to use 2FA. Cost 20$ for a movie ticket and popcorn is 30$, no longer worth it.

Awesome experience, and very helpful staff.the food it's quality and the movies are always great staff leaves you alone and don't bother you. Prices decent and washrooms are mint vip, which is my favorite is top-notch highly recommend.

Great theatre experience. One curious thing, I had purchased popcorn outside of the VIP entrance. When I sat down in VIP I was never approached by the wait staff to see if there was anything I would like from the bar or restaurant. The people behind me were asked, beside me were asked.

How come every time I go to this theatre they burn something and set off the fire alarm lmao they don’t even rewind the movie when this happens anymore

Been here twice and both times the fire alarm went off, disrupting the movie and there was no clear guidance on what to do. Staff seemed very confused about what to tell the audience and if we can continue watching the movie or not. During the second incident, there wasn't any explanation, the movie just kept going while alarms were going off for over 5 minutes. No apologies from any staff member whatsoever and this time they didn't even bother rewinding the parts people missed when they had to get up from their seats and exit. Terrible service and overpriced food; overall, can't recommend this location and will make sure never to come back ever again.

Update: Just saw another review regarding the fire alarms going off for the same movie (different auditorium) and they had their movie rewound for them but not ours. Also other movie goers got compensation while our group didn't. Extremely frustrating experience, and will now consider unsubscribing from cineclub altogether.

Today I was watching guardians of the galaxy volume 3 and the fire alarm went off, so we left the cinema then went back in and the staff rewinded the movie for us, after the movie finished they gave us tickets for free for any movie we want in the future. Definitely 5 stars
