Same old cinema. Always a good time.

I know theater's make money off of concessions but $40 for two popcorn and two drinks is a lot.

Barbie movie Great message. The sears were fantastic. The sound was very clear but not too loud to blow your eardrums off. The snacks, popcorn and pop hit the spot. Great experience and the cosplay amazing.

My kids enjoy every time we visit. The weekdays are much less crowded. In general I find this place a good indoor activity. The indoor games are a bit ripoff as the coin slots were eating our coins for no reason.

Took a couple kids for a late afternoon movie. Only wish they had an ATM, though I'm sure I would have spent more money for arcades (only take cash)

Why would you ever go to the movies when you can just watch new films at home? It’s literally a rip off I’m never going to movie theatres ever again. And you literally have to sit down for like 3 hours.

Very rude service in the snack bar area. The seats were dirty and stuff all over the place. Butter was old. Totally disappointed. Square one, Oakville, Winston Churchill and Courtney Park are far better than this location.

Absolutely terrible. DUMP. Screen seemed out dated, seats uncomfortable.

Throughout the ENTIRE movie a large group would NOT shut up. Talking, yelling, rattling around in their seats. Slimy, scumy, little brats continued even after being asked SEVERAL TIMES to knock it off. All
of them most likely sharing the same 3 brain cells. Theatre management came in removed one of them and let the rest stay. Solving absolutely nothing.

Cineplex in Milton was not crowded at all. Fast service on pop corn counter. Movie started on time. Perfect!

Recommend buy tickets online.
Waited about 10 minutes in concession line, could be quicker if people knew what they wanted to order before they got to cashier.

Too expensive not worth going cause you have to spend so much for what makes the movies the movies. The food and arcade etc but now your lucky to go on cheap nightstand still spent an additional 3mg treats

Excellent theater! Huge AVX screen, reclining seats with cup holders, seats & rows arranged so that it's virtually impossible for someone's head to obstruct your viewing, sound was excellent! However, snack bar prices are through the roof.price for 2 medium popcorns & 2 medium soft drinks = $30. Ouch!

Recently been to Cineplex for a movie. They were very much short staffed. The lights were on even after the movie started. The lights were turned off only after 15 mins from when the movie started. The popcorn felt old and did not have that Cineplex popcorn experience. The sound effects in the theatre was not that good.

My recent experience at the Cineplex movie theater deserves a three-star rating. While the customer treatment was decent, there were some areas that fell short of expectations. The staff was polite, but their level of engagement and attentiveness could have been better. Cleanliness was a notable issue. The snack area was not well-maintained, with visible untidiness and inadequate cleaning. Lastly, the quality of the food fell short of expectations. The snacks lacked freshness and flavor, leaving much to be desired Regarding the movie experience, the AVX screens provided a satisfactory viewing experience with excellent picture and sound quality. However, it's worth mentioning that the other screens did not meet the same standards, lacking in terms of audio immersion. Overall, while the customer treatment was okay, the movie experience varied depending on the screen type. Cineplex has room for improvement in maintaining consistency across all their screens to ensure a more enjoyable moviegoing experience.

Worse cineplex I've been to. Expect to wait in line for 30 mins to buy snacks on a Sunday

Took my niece out to watch a movie on a Friday. Theatre wasn’t busy so the lines were good

This cineplex is small with limited choices for movies. However, it is clean and organized.

Update: After telling a family member how much I had enjoyed coming to this theater in previous years, this was a terrible experience. On reading week, the box office was closed and 4 of the 5 ticketing machines wouldn't work. There was only one concession open and the line was through the entrance. We ended up missing the show we wanted to see because of the delay and purchased tickets to a completely different movie. To avoid the insanely long line, we decided to get a beverage from the vending machine instead.only for the bottled pop to be room temperature for the price of $5.25. All around terrible experience and it looks like this is a reflection of the poor management.

Previous Review: Concessions are expensive (like all Cineplex Cinemas). I don't usually see many staff working there so I'm not sure how they handle any customer service issues. Parking is limited. Nowhere near as busy as theatres in nearby cities. One major note: This theatre needs to get TimePlay to keep up with all the theatres in Mississauga and surrounding areas!

Easily one of the worse Cineplex theatres I've been to. Seats are uncomfortable, place is dingy. There's no competition in town and the place reflects that. Wish there was a Landmark closer. Those recliners are worth the drive though.
