No complaints. Watched a movie here recently. Bought popcorn and drinks. Theatre was quiet overall.

The movie experience was great but food is a bit expensive- I really did not enjoy the popcorn

It's really nice cinema. Clean and well done. Not impressed that butter/topping on popcorn is now $2 - on a small $7 popcorn. Is that really necessary.

Really impressed with the customer service! The manager corrected a problem quickly and without any issue. I was very impressed with the excellent service.

Nice clean theatres with lots of free parking. The lineups for snacks can be kinda confusing, but otherwise no complaints!

Amazing experience ottawa needs more options for bollywood movies willing to go back to cinemas.

Really missing this theater during this awful pandemic. This place is hands down the best cineplex in the region. Really looking forward to visiting again.

In December, this location was offering private viewings of a select number of holiday movies; one party/family could buy out the entire theatre for a private screening. Only two parties were allowed in the building at any one time (staggered entry times) in order for the theatre to stay below the 50 person Covid capacity limit. The experience was wonderful.the two people working that shift opened the front doors to let us in (everyone wore masks), served us concessions, had a friendly (distanced) chat with our party. Once in the actual room, our party was able to spread out throughout the huge theatre so that we could maintain social distancing. It was one of the only ways that we were able to have a visit as a (larger) extended family in an indoor setting, but feel safe because we were still physically separated. If this option comes back again in the new year, I would highly recommend! Thank you to the staff, who were absolutely delightful!

Was amazing im a big boy and the seats were very comfortable and very friendly staff but you have to remember that covid affecting lots of business and by supporting them is excellent and we had Elf movie for x-mas i want to do this again soon!

It was a fun watching a movie, Tenet, during COVID-19. The seating arrangement is done very nicely in cooperating all the precautions and safety measures.

Screens are good so the sound system. Recliners were clear and working very fine.

I was not very impressed with the food service though: (. Most of the things were out of stock. Pop corns were not great, there was no flavors available. This ruins movie experience a bit!

Taking the cleanliness seriously. My first experience during COVID-19 and thank you for making it safe, easy and comfortable.

First movie back since reopening after covid.the social distancing measures seem to be working.it's nice to have no one sit next to me and nudge me the whole time

Great seats, but seems to be the only good thing about this place.
- Expensive food
- Have EXTREMELY too loud volume during the films and it even hurt my ears after!

Always a great place to watch good movies! YAY! Finally they opened up after a very long closure due to the pandemic. Very pleased movies are back in town!

Staff are always kind and helpful. The movie theater has come along way since the early 200 and it is finally a safe movie theater to go to. The management have done a great job. The theater is always clean as well, and the popcorn is amazing

The Sound was a but too loud for me but I guess amazing for people who like it that way.

The hall was clean and welcoming and I enjoyed my time there.

Best Cineplex cinemas in Ottawa hands down! You can’t go wrong with recliner seats at the cost of normal price!

Excellent theater, lots of room, never feels too crowded. Seats are comfortable. Lots of parking. Easy to recommend.

The lady working at the counter was disrespectful, the lady was using attitude when we were trying to review our seats. She was unorganized and was giving us disrespectful looks. Not to proud with the serivice.

Commercials before the movie suck.volume just way too loud. Didn't turn down the lights during the movie. The whole experience just sucked. It will be a long time before I ever go to the theater again.

This is my most visited theater, mostly for convenience. The place is clean, the staff friendly, and the seats comfy. The food prices are almost criminal, but that's standard for theaters. Luckily there's a Shoppers in the same parking lot that sells food and drink at normal prices. Sorry, not sorry, Cineplex.

I watched bumble bee and its a must see they where good and helpful with online ticket issues and i give them 2 thumbs up

This is the best theatre in Ottawa. Every auditorium has reclining chairs, you'd be best served buying your tickets before hand though if you want your pick. They also serve beer and wine, and have timeplay games before the show!
