Cineplex Cinemas Queensway & VIP

Great place to catch a flick but getting dated and some places remain closed. Have seen the icecream place open for a while and the last several movies had broken seats. Not sure if my luck or just old and used….

Concession stand prices provide zero value to the customer I understand you may not make a lot of money off the admission for the but you cannot be gouging your customer for popcorn pop and candy$100 for 5 people is excessive for your concession stand

Haven't been to a movie since the pandemic. We finally took our 5 year daughter to her first movie theater experience. She was so scared of the seats since they folded up when she leaned back.

Always super busy, parking capacity is not sufficient for a large theater. Not much leg room either when people are passing by through the seating aisles. I always that find during the movie, there are youngsters interrupting, talking amongst each other, taking their phones out lighting up the whole place. The younger generation have no manners or movie theatre decorum. Worse are those that bring their babies and are very annoying when they cry. Just stay at home ppl

The vouchers you get when you purchase a gift card are difficult to use. It's hard to know when one has been used if you have several and lots of the staff don't know how to use them.

My go to place for my VIP movie experience.

Overall good experience. The screen X feature was really good but seat placement is kinda awkward with not enough space for seats to recline. A lady was literally lying on my legs.

Twice I have arrived to see a movie at the time listed on the internet and had to wait at least another hour for the movie I wanted to see because the time listed turned out to be VIP$$. Online listings should include VIP as well as 'regular' movie times

Tim Hortons on site, yay. Lots of parking and theatres. Montana's and Milestone's are right there as well.

So many ads. It really ruins the movie experience. I guess they rather me watch the film at home. Especially for the money spent here I should be spared the 30mins of commercials.

Quite the bustling theatre but a bit too much audience participation here. Not too fond of people overreacting loudly to scenes during the movie, as if their reactions to the film should be the center of attention.

The VIP experience could be better for the price you pay. Server forgot to bring parts of the order. Washrooms are nice, but not worth the lineups.

Found it little messy during my recent visits. It was extremely difficult to find parking close to entrance. It could be better managed in my opinion.

What can I say. VIP I'd the only way to go for the right BIG movie.and go early and treat yourself.

Prepurchasing tickets and reserving seats online makes it a whole lot easier and less stressful. Making the experience much more enjoyable. I miss being able to get burgers from Burger King though in various cinemas. At least Pizza Pizza is still available.

Very large theatre with many choices of screen experiences, including the VIP option. Very large parking lot also accessible by TTC 110 from Islington or the 80 bus from the East or West. More than popcorn and soft drinks available

I like this theater. Easy to access if coming from the East (Kipling). A little harder if coming from Islington.

Just watched bumblebee yesterday. This Cineplex has a Tim Hortons inside which suits my cravings. All other concessions are as overpriced as usual but hey, that's how theaters make their money.

Knocking one star off for the arcade inside, many units are out of order and the one game I really wanted to play, the ball rolling game up the ramp. Both are not in service.

Fix your arcade guys! Bring in some classic games too!

Good place, staff needs to be trained better. Everyone seems like they dont want to be there and they act like they r doing u a favour. But location is great and the place is super clean.

You can't buy a movie ticket with cash, what a waste of time I didn't come with cards. Cash is LEGAL TENDER.

Awesome theatre love there VIP section and especially love there new 270° panoramic view theatre it's a must do to have a different experience

Great cinema with great movies, high quality chairs and big screen, all of the new movies with an excellent image, I would recommend this cinema for anyone who want to watch a movie with high quality

I go there a lot, but also agree that like any movie theatre, the food is very pricey. But I mean, that is part of the movie theatre experience.you go, you eat $20 popcorn, you watch a movie. Keep it up!:)

This was my first time at VIP. Staff was friendly. The seats are comfy. Not sure it was worth the ticket price though.

It wasn't a good experience for me at all. I went to watch a movie, which suppose to be a general admission movie for a 1000 point and I had over 5000 points, in which I had use some of my point which suppose to be a 1000 points to see a movie.instead of a 1000 points get taken off my scene card 2000 was taken off instead.

Friendly staff and a good number of auditoriums. Rooms are always clean before session starts and the amount of ATM for tickets means that you rarely have to wait (except during peak times).

One of my favorite cinema. Seats are nice and comfortable and spacious.
Great size theater screens and good quality sound base.

After going to a VIP Cinemas I can not go back to a regular theater, I have come to the Queensway location a lot because that's the closet one for me, I hope they are planning to build more of these VIP for adults. I love it I don't have to hear these teenage make up lots of noise! And I don't have to get up when someone has to pass by. And of course the bonus I get to order food & drink from my seat what more can I ask for just like a business class trip and I can't for get the comfortable seats and very roomie!

One of the better run Cineplex's in Toronto. They have a great selection of food other than popcorn too.

The theater was dirty. It was not clean from the last film shown. Popcorn on the ground, cups and very sticky

The seats and theatre experience is great, but the greed at the concession stand is what drives me to watch movies at home. Bringing a family of 4 when a large popcorn costs $7.50 makes the experience way too costly.

Every things good, very crowded on the weekend so have to be there at least 40 minutes before movie begin to find a good seat on general admissions

Standard movie theatre experience. Dont like that if you go to Tim Hortons, you then have to line up at the pop corn/candy counter as they ste notvsllowed to serve bottled drinks. Wastes my time.
