Cineplex Odeon Barrhaven Cinemas

They have the worst manager I've ever seen, no customer service, Disrespect, It is impossible for me to go to this location anymore.

Should be mentioned that the door locks at 11: 30 and there is no re-entry, 3 hour long movie I got to watch 1 hour of.

Been three years since I've been to a cinema.

Sticky seats and floors, uncomfortable chairs, stale popcorn.

What's not to like?

Great seats, excellent with their accommodation, and access. Unfortunately there was not a great food selection and limited number of staff so lines and service took longer.

Hard to describe the situation. The movie theater was very good, it has games outside and great movies inside.
But I wanna talk about the teens that being extremely loud in the theater.
There're some teens just could not stay slinent during the movie, and the management group was not doing a very good job either. I understand that 11 dollars ticket means nothing to a company like Cineplex, but as a customer I really want to enjoy the movie with full understanding of script.
This is my very first 1 star review, I hope this would not destroy the hard work of Cineplex emplyees, but I really wish you could do better on control the over-loud teens.
And please remember, we spend more money than anyone else, thank you!

A pleasant friendly spot with multiple cinemas lots of parking and the popcorn is pretty good too! Earn and/or use Scene points.

There was two people sitting behind me, they started kicking my chair and when I asked them to stop they started being rasist to my friend.

One the best Cineplex in town. It has over 10 different movie salon. The seats were comfortable, the staff were very kind and friendly

For starters, there was a significant amount of water damage to the ceiling. The chairs were so close to each other that if I sneezed, I would've had a concussion. I couldnt even walk by without stepping on someone's feet, and no one wanted to get up to let us by. The doors kept opening and randoms groups kept coming in and out with lights? Why? Idk. The seat squeaked louder than the actual movie and half the ceiling was gone. I would recommend bayshore theater or literally a shack.

Does any know the contact number of this barrhaven location, I dropped my spectacular on the theatre. I need to speak to someone to know, if they found it. The number mentions is automated. Thanks

The theater was clean, the customer service staff were friendly and helpful. Not sure what else to say.

Parking can be difficult during the peak periods as there are a number of stores around that location.

My biggest complaint isn't so much about the theater, but more about the fact the movies started 25 minutes late due to being forced to watch 17 minutes of advertising and then 8 minutes of previews.

Aside from that, it's a good place to see a movie.

The theatre is a little tired and the seats are not near as nice as other theatre's. But still a good place to watch a movie.

Visited long time ago to watch Frozen 2 with my daughter, pre Covid 19. It was nice and clear, fair prices and friendly staff. Anxious to get back, since was avoiding closed places.

Everything was great except concessions seemed disorganized compared to other theatre locations.

They jacked up the prices, don’t offer refills and the chairs have not been updated. No wonder it was empty.

Only thing letting this theatre down is the fact that it has not Updated its seating, very tight.

Its old needs updating, it had no recliners even in the prebooked seats in 3D etc.until its updated we will not be going back.

I will never go to this location again. We had a stomach problem after we ate the popcorn their. Also the screen was dark.

Wonderful and clean movie theater. Also the Manager was very helpful to accept my ticket purchase that I was unable to print or find on my email.

Hi, I'm the guy with the basketball. Good little theater in Barrhaven. Don't know when we are able to watch movies at theaters again. Hope there is a covid resolution soon

First time I've been back to a theater since the pandemic started. The experience was different but still nice. They've done a good job of making it so you don't feel the enhanced safety measures/ precautions due to covid too much.

They need to renovate especially since they are building luxury apartments and a retirement place minutes away. Overall I love this cinema

Regular D showtimes always seem to be at weird times. 3D screenings take the prime start times.

Nice Place. Wish they had recliner seats here. Love going here as there is ample parking space and convenient for shopping, dining.

In comparison to Landmark's renovated theatre in Kanata, this feels old and tired. Would pay more money for comfier seats and the fancy self-ser Coke machines. Even the popcorn tastes better at Landmark. And paper straws? Ugh.

This place is getting pretty tired and is in serious need of a make-over. In a world where most theatres are offering large reclining seats and some even offer alcoholic beverages, this place is lagging far behind the norm. On top of that, the theatre was not very clean and looked shabby in general. I will think twice before going to a movie here again.

Great theatre. We don't go very often and just discovered they also sell beer! The facilities are very clean and staff was friendly.

Staff are friendly and courteous and the areas are well cleaned. Seating is packed in and not very comfortable but with assigned seating at least there is less likelyhood of difficulties. Prices are high for concession as would be expected and the popcorn seems pretty bland.

We had a great time watching an affordable family movie as part of the Saturday morning movie series.

A pretty good place to watch a movie been there many times. The food is good to eat with popcorn, candy, hot dogs and much more. Arcade games if there were more it would be fun to enjoy and play.

It's a good theatre with great sound. You can reserve seats in advance but they are traditional seats. They are not the more comfortable recliners that are available at the bigger theaters.

Not as fancy as some of the other theatres in the area, but always a good experience. The staff are helpful and friendly.
