Cineplex Odeon Eglinton Town Centre Cinemas

Great place to catch a flick.
Though I think its time they updated the seats. As the ones we were in at theater 12, are DEFINITELY are worn down.
No cushioning and felt like we were reclining, even though the seats were meant too.

This is our go to cinema! Staff and management are great! Had my son's birthday party here!

Great place and always changing up to give customers the best experience possible. I wish they would bring back old movies for screening sometimes. That would make this place perfect!

This is a nice sized theatre, clean and spacious. But Cineplex in general needs to improve their seats. They've done nothing, IMO, to improve them unless you're willing to pay extra for 3D or IMAX. Landmark seats are way better.

A horrible place. The theatre had a foul oodour, and when the movie started we had to go out and ask for the house lights to be turned off. The bathroom was very unkempt. No TP and there was a leak somewhere so the sink area was blocked off. I most certainly never return.

Ok theatre but now been trying to call to ask a question on and off for 2 hours and no one picks up. Disappointing.

We walked out on Christmas Day. The self serve machines all were out of order. There was one live cashier and an airport waiting line.and then you get the idiots who spend the same amount of time with the cashier as putting a mortgage on their houses. The movie was over booked so there was no place to sit unless you opt for the front row. The air in the auditorium stank and was fetid even before the movie started. That was enough. We left before the lights went down. The place is managed incompetently. Absolutely ridiculous.

There's ample parking usually in the shopping area. The facility is usually clean and neat. The ticket sales area is a bit confusing however. The popcorn and service area is also slightly chaotic. The experience is pleasant overall

I watched an Indian movie "zero" here, in Audi 16 I believe. The audio system wasn't good at all. I didn't like the movie and poor audio system just made it worse.

Good place for Hollywood and International movies. Many Indian movies are also shown there. Ample parking. Good staff. They accept scene points.

Theatre was disgusting. Was not cleaned after previous viewing. Seats were wet from spilled drinks. Floor was covered in popcorn and spilled pop.

The popcorn did not tast fresh dispite i just watch them made a fresh batch, and also gave my nephew diarrhea who was the birthday boy. Landmark theater is way better u have leather reclining chairs make ur movie experience more exciting and comfortable Landmark is where it at.

Good for the most part. Would have been nice on Sunday the 23rd for an usher to pop into the Spider-Verse 630 showing at least once. Had a screaming baby and a ambivilant mom that was there too long disrupting the film.

The line up for tickets went out the door. 4 of 6 kiosks were out of order. There was no one around to assist those who needed help buying tickets. Total chaos. If you can't purchase your tickets at home go to another Cineplex.

Some of the seats in the non-AVX theatres are old an uncomfortable and the concession lines are pretty slow moving but it's one of my favourite theatres.

Not sure if its the the gloomy future of cinemas finally happening. The introduction of machines to purchase tickets instead of humans. The lack of anyone above the age of 20. The place actually looks the same as what you would find after a 2 day rave when the lights turn on. There seems to be zero leadership in this building in regards to customer service and professionalism.very sad but I guess we are witnessing the crumble happen right before our eyes

2. Filthy.not the cinema staffing but clients.when movie over aisles full of food and popcorn we had to stand it.would be great if Cineplex in the midst of their many adverts said.there are bags for rubbish at the door please take rubbish.
3. This place is our cinema of choice for parking. And quick line ups cannot be beaten.

Now that the front end staff are replaced by terminals, best bet is to line up and buy ur tickets from the concession stand. There is NO confirmation for scanning ur Scene card as before with ur receipt. I made the mistake of asking AFTER purchasing tix. While purchasing goodies at concessions stand, it was there that I learned that once u get the tix from the self serve u need to verify by signing on ur own account. What a bother. Thx young man at the concession for explaining this to me and ur trainee that didn’t seem to understand the question or have a clue about my concern-instead she wanted to answer my question with a question

Previously posted -Went to see Annihilation with my gift pass and the auto scanner and I had disagreement.went by the Concession stand to explain and the young man went out of his way to get his Manager to "fix" the problem. At the end of it all, I received a replacement movie pass without being treated like a criminal.
The clean up crew is awesome too. Merci beaucoup.

Nice staff, kept clean, lots of food options nearby. Only thing is that it's a little inconvenient unless you have a car.

I know they are trying to drive people to online or kiosk sales but they should still have more than one cashier selling tickets especially since there are four cash registers and the lines are long. Also been here once when the sound wasn't playing with the movie - I had to go find someone and they eventually fixed it but no compensation offered. Concession stand workers have spilled and messed up my orders more than I care to remember and considering the long wait times and prices it's more than frustrating. I do like that the audio isn't cranked to 10 in the theatres. Going to see a movie here is hardly a fluid, smooth experience. Their kids birthday party packages are reasonably priced however.

It was not that busy on the plus side, and the staff are all so nice. The bathrooms are pretty clean. But the problem is they are understaffed I think, all the condiments were out, the butter dispenser was empty. Nbd except my bf bought a hot dog, small fries and small pop for $26 and there wasn't some ketchup even. Like come on that's just lame.

In all my years going to the movie theatre had I never imagined that a group of kids WHOM BY THE WAY WERE SUPERVISED BY AN ADULT BUT HE STEPPED AWAY FOR A MOMENT TO GRAB SOMETHING WHILE THE ADS WERE SHOWING ON THE SCREEN, would be kicked out.

The manager is a complete nightmare.

Instead of waiting for the adult to come back and sit beside the kids again before the movie began, the manager used his power hungry authority to not even do that.

Instead of waiting for the adult to come back and ensure that he would be staying with the kids through the entire movie, he kicked them out.

Instead of thinking “hmmm maybe I can get someone to check on this group to ensure that indeed the adult stays with the kids for this movie”, he kicks them out while the ads are rolling.

What is the point in adult supervision IF THE KIDS GOT KICKED OUT OF THE MOVIE BEFORE IT EVEN STARTED AND BEFORE THE ADULT WAS SPOKEN TO?

the movie was Halloween and the kids had been talking about it for weeks. Was it a discrimination issue? Why Not allow the kids and the adult stay to watch the movie?

Yes the money was refunded but unfortunately for that manager, his lack of people skills and intelligence won’t give those kids back their, what was supposed to be, fun Halloween night.

Perhaps the conclusion of their terrible experience was maybe the manager just wanted to enjoy Halloween and not work. If that’s the case, he’s got the wrong job and should probably not work in customer service because he lacks the correct skills all around.

I’ll make sure that when I go back to that theatre that I don’t have to get up to use the washroom and leave my kids because they might just get kicked out.

Or

I’ll just ask him to babysit my kids while I use the facilities.

Nice clean place. The food was good and movie experience was great! It's honestly only worth going here on a Tuesday as its discount day. I find the whole movie-going experience has gotten quite expensive in recent years.

Went to see Teen Titans Go to the Movies. Its been out a while now so thought it would be an empty theatre. Wrong. Got front row seats. The theatre complex itself is quite big and very clean. The theatre we were in is quite small. Seats maybe 150 people.just an estimate. Was a great environment. The only fault here was the snack bar. Was upsold butter only to find it free at the condiments counter. No assistance to combo suggestions and only having 1 person serving with long line ups.poor service. The attendant was slow too. All in all movie was great. Too bad they dont do something about the concession pricing or better knowledge to their servers.

Spacious movie theater with latest releases.
Has staff and self-serve machines to buy tickets.
Lots of food options and arcades to kill time before or after movie.
Lots of parking.
Wheelchair parking available.
Can't recall seeing wheelchair entrance but most likely available.

A place where you can feel Indian culture although on foreign soil. One of the rare cinemas which screens Indian movies within Toronto. Huge parking available as well. Time hortons, pizza pizza and many other food chains nearby.

Sound system seems louder than it used to be. Advertisements are longer than before. Perhaps they would have more movie showings scheduled if there were fewer ads.

Nice cinema, simple enough to get your ticket as there are self-service machines. Good food, I just find that the nachos finish quicker than other nachos I've bought at other cinemas. Decent amount of snacks at the concession and games in the arcade. Fun games to play in the theatres while waiting against other persons who are watching the same movie as you, you just need to download the app which is either Timeplay or Timezone, I can't remember.

This is the most convenient cinema near by. I like this place as it has all different types of international movies. Cinema has big parking lot. The seats in some auditorium are really dirty. Overall good place to enjoy.

If u luv movies and luv to collect scene points to watch more free movies.go here. Also, great shops and restaurants near by. So u can do dinner and the movie instead of Netflix and chill u will score MORE points

Standard Cineplex location. Automated ticket machines now with staff to assist using them. Quite a few theatres inside this one.

Games area off to the side. Usual concession areas including the yogurt place which is my go to now.

Lots of free parking on site. A number of food choices nearby. Just park and walk over.
