Manager "Grace" always very clearly intoxicated on the job. Not sure why there is a teenager running a franchise.

Surprised by such a high rating. Store employs people that ignore you while they use their phones in front of you. Can't even be bothered to wear a uniform. Zero customer service. Tastes fine though.

Shout out to Grace who was super charming and kind! I almost always make a pit stop before leaving the mall at Cinnabon and I was glad I did after the lovely interaction I had with her.
Must try the lemonade! Super delicious

This place is such a genuine place, specifically the worker Juan. He is such a sweetheart & was the most understanding worker I’ve talked to. Genuinely made my day, and I hope everyone has a Juan in their life. Give him a raise!

Went to get some cinnabon while doing Christmas shopping, and was pleasantly delighted at how fast their service was and how kind all the employees were amidst the crazy busy Christmas crowds. A very well managed store!

Went here after hearing so much about how great the cinnamon buns are. Was severely disappointed as my cinnamon bun was cold and hard. The inside was raw and uncooked. I can cook much better cinnamon buns myself at home.

Got the classic cinnamon bun.it was stale.none of the tables were clean so i ate on a bench nearby.
