Mf driver blocked my way enterance to the company in vaughn. He refused to move when i requested.
He want me to wait 30 min for him to finish.
He should park his truck on side rather than blocking and harassing people.

This site for work is ridiculous their management and HR ANA COSTA And ROBIN JANKIE is so rude I gave them my 3-day trial and lots of round of interviews and then they selected me first they told me the wrong pay rate. After that, I accepted their pay rate for almost more than 1 week they told me that they didn't want to work with me without any reason on the very first day I completed my documentation and paperwork and the next day they just told me that you are not fitting in our culture this is not the reason I work very well there but they just give me this silly reason and very next day they hired somebody else so this is just their game plan because of this company im unemployed right now because I accept there offer rather than another company.never waste your time.

Our Cintas rep, Ryan M.provides amazing service week after week. Always addresses any concerns we have with a friendly/positive attitude and provides us the support that we need to operate efficiently.

Went for an interview, everyone was nice, if not above and beyond. The reception area is tricky though.

Terrible. One of their drivers backed into my vehicle and did not notify me. The incident was reported by my neighbour and caught on video. My bumper is falling off and customer service has done nothing to help me despite communicating back and forth for months. Mistakes happen but this is ridiculous.

I'm their business customer for long-time. This year i got a new person who is doing my service. This guy was good and helpful at beginning. Last Few times i got billed for 120 dollars for almost nothing. No soap, No chemical, No. That guy Only changed one mop head for me. I contacted their customer care 3 times. No one reply for 3 weeks. What kind of customer service is that. They are such a big company but lack of management and service. Never Use them again after my contact over.

Administration ormanagent is bad.prices change so often. Bills are always late.to charge you a not " earning discount". Usually phone never got answer.

Always blocking laneways to make a delivery when they can legally park 15 steps away from the door they are delivering to.

Very inconsiderate, when asked to move the delivery guy proceed to complete his delivery I stead of moving his illegally parked truck.

Waited 30 minutes for someone to interview me and the recruiter was late for the appointment. Unacceptable, you dont treat people like they dont matter. Learn some common courtesy. Go look at the 200+ glass door reviews about this company and how they treat their employees.

One of the worst experiences I have had trying to cancel a service. I have been using cintas for 2 years and wanted to cancel my service due to downsizing - was given the complete runaround by people in sales department. After MONTHS of requesting service be stopped, I was forced to simply stop paying them in order to get anyone to listen to me. Now they are stating that my account is being cancelled for 'failure to remit payment' and threatening to send the account to collections. I have no problem paying for services I have received, and I will pay the blance owing, but the fact that I had to go to this extent to get anyone to listen to me is ridiculous. Buyer beware.
