My recent experience with Ciot Vaughan has been exceptional. I had some leftover tiles I bought from the same location over a year ago and wanted to get the same ones. The sales rep helped me find the same tiles and processed the order quickly.
The amazing customer service answered all my inquiries and they went beyond my expectations to ensure I was assisted in the best way possible.
Picked up the tiles and appreciated the assistance of the warehouse crew. The tiles look amazing. It was a wonderful experience that started with the helpful assistance of the sales rep, the customer service agent, the warehouse loading staff. Definitely will order tiles again in the future from Ciot. Thankyou to all the staff for an extraordinary buying experience.

We had a fantastic experience shopping for tiles from CIOT for our bathroom reno. After thoroughly exploring options and prices at various places, we were nearly ready to give up. However, we decided to give CIOT a chance late afternoon Saturday. The showroom manager dedicated his time to us, presenting a wide range of options and providing detailed explanations of the pricing for tiles. The personalized attention and knowledge made our experience smoother.

Unwelcoming, cold and useless customer service. Products are poorly displayed. Impossible to understand the sizes and cost of the various products. Poor labeling. Displays are random and incoherent. Sales people.not existent, at least for prospect customers. Unlikely to shop here myself.

We have been working with CIOT for more than 11 years now! We were struggling the last few years when our clients were getting the same discount as we are but continued working with them where we could in this very competitive industry.
We recently had a problem however with a heating cable that was given to us in error. Once we found the mistake, we had hoped that CIOT would support us in making it right. We were very disappointed when they did not come to the table to help!

We were doing a whole house reno and Alex-Karlee was the rep who helped us. She is fantastic. Understood our style and guided us effortlessly. Answered all our questions. Was patient and always responsive. She helped us get the stone we wanted and helped us layout rooms. The end result is beautiful. She is a gem and CIOT is lucky to have her!

Great tile store. Good tile selection with reasonable price. The sale representative Caelyn is very patient and helped me a lot.

I really like this store. Especially the sales named Nicole, she helps me a lot of choosing tiles and offering excellent suggestions. She is very straight forward. I feel very comfortable when I talk to her.

Weird set up where you have to walk through people's offices to see tile, uncomfortable. Staff is not helpful either.

Our experience with Ciot was terrible. Lack of communication with the sales rep. Don't trust Ciot very unreliable. They do not take responsibility for their errors. Usually when you are in the process of purchasing, the rep should let you know all the different delivery options and all extra charges. They just want your money. Please beware that if the slab cracks prior to delivery or while off loading they will not take accountability without more payment. Do not recommend.

I had a negative experience while attempting to return a product that was unopened and in perfect condition. I was informed that it was non-refundable. I was not informed of this policy at the time of purchase and it was not clearly stated on the receipt. The sales associate was unhelpful, saying that he does not make the rules and walked away. This was particularly disappointing as I had spent over a thousand dollars on the original purchase. Due to this experience, I do not intend to shop at this store again. As a paying customer, it is essential for me to be informed of the return and exchange policy at the time of purchase, whether it be verbal or clearly stated on the receipt, like most other retailers do.

If you are looking for a right place for buying tiles and stone, Ciot is the best in Toronto and I do recommend to work with Alyssa one of the best salesperson who is knowledgeable, attentive, responsive and also can guide you to get the best option match with your budget! She will take care of you if you might have any issues or questions after your delivery!
My whole experience has been amazing

Great management at this location. Alyssa is one of the floor managers and she handled our issue with orders so great. I was worried when our order was canceled somehow on their system and they didnt have the tile We wanted anymore. Alyssa took care of everything in a very professional manner and very time efficient. We got the original tile ordered very quick. I highly recommend this location

Working with Alyssa is always a great experience. She is so knowledgeable and helpful throughout any project start to finish. When ever I send a client to Alyssa I know they are in great hands! With her great eye for design and details for any project I throw her way.

Horrible customer service! You’d think when you purchase close to $30,000 worth of stone, they’d at least ask you if you want the two slabs to be book ends or not book ends. Manager called back and basically tells me “That’s normally how it’s done, can you live with it? Cause there’s nothing I can do”. Will definitely not be recommending them to anyone. Buyer beware!

I am building a custom home in Mississauga. I have very little design sense and was terrified at the thought of choosing tile for 7 bathrooms, a laundry room and a mudroom! The home will be my ‘forever home’ so the choices had to he right and timeless.

Working with Alyssa made the process feel easy. She listened and guided me through each decision. She proposed options and I leaned heavily on her for her professional opinion. To complicate matters all my selections were made during COVID lockdown. Alyssa met with me many times via Zoom and sent me countless samples. She had endless patience especially with one bathroom that I took an extra long time to decide on.

Alyssa was also super organized. Products arrived on time and she had a plan to obtain the tiles that were out of stock. The tile should be laid in the next few weeks and I can’t wait to see the beautifully selected CIOT tile in each room.

An amazing experience

My husband and I just finished up our new home renovations and could not have done it without the help of Alex from the Ciot team. The experience from start to finish was everything you could ask for! If you’re looking for quality products and some design direction I would highly recommend making a visit to see her.

I’m a general contractor and owner of Lark Developments and I had to take 5 minutes out of my day to write a review praising Ciot and their wonderful staff. The store is well organized and adapted exceptionally well for all COVID restrictions. My sales rep Magdalena always goes out of her way even with the most complicated orders. I really appreciate all the hard work from the Ciot team, and highly recommend them to everyone.

I was fortunate to have Alex as my sales associate at Ciot. She was extremely patient kind and highly professional. She recommended many excellent tile options for our renovation and was always willing to offer me different options as my designs evolved. She returned my emails promptly and when I had an issue with deliveries or returns she assisted me in resolving them. I really enjoyed working with Alex and I look forward to working with her again.

I have dealt with multiple sales rep from Ciot, it has been nothing but problems and lack of communication. They are unreliable and do not take responsibility for their errors. We had to go and pick up a part of our order because they said it was missed at delivery (which we were not informed about, we had to find out about these items were missing on our own), the wait to time to pick up items is ONE HOUR. Unfortunately, we didn't have enough material to complete our project so we had to go back and pick up more items, another HOUR of waiting. This is one poorly operated business.

There is no better place, quality of tile and service can’t be beat, all the way from my sales rep Magdelena to the workers at the order desk. Very helpful!

As we are renovating our new house, we needed several types of tiles. All tiles we found in Ciot were of high quality and look stylish. Alyssa was very helpful in finding and matching them, as well as with the order and shipping. I am pleased with my experience!

Our Interior Designer sent me to visit Amanda Butera to select the tiles and slabs for our new home. Amanda’s passion for the material and knowledge made it easy to make our final decision. We were greeted by the cheerful receptionist followed by Amanda with a cheerful and positive attitude. We will definitely be back to ciot again!

I love working with Laura Potkidis, who helps me with advanced searches and exceeds both my clients and my expectations.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Everyone understands that businesses are running under covid restrictions, but you'd think it would make businesses more focused on their customer service.we had the most disrespectful experience retrieving an order. I received a message saying my order was READY for pick up, yet when I had my worker go there to pick up the order it was not ready and he was left waiting for a very long time wasting everyone's time, with not one person trying to help him. Just because he does not speak English well he was treated as a second grade citizen and not helped like the other customers, I'm appalled at how they handled this situation - blatant racist behavior. I'd advise going somewhere else - there are many other suppliers with far better customer service.

I have been working with Lori for some time now. She is excellent! Her knowledge and assistance is second to none. She is my go-to person at CIOT and I can always rely on her expertise and friendly assistance.

I mistakenly went to the wrong Ciot location for my meeting with Lauren. It still worked out because Lauren was able to direct me over the phone, to different products that worked beautifully from the ‘vision’ pictures I had sent her ahead of time. She really knew her stuff and Ciot has a great selection.

Had an amazing experience with Ciot from the moment we walked into the showroom and were greeted by our sales rep. Jason B was super knowledgeable about all the products and options and was very helpful with any concerns we had. His customer service was impeccable and he was easy to get in contact with if ever we needed him. The tile for our main floor and bathroom are breathtaking and we're so thankful for Jason B's recommendations. We will definitely be recommending Ciot/Jason to anyone who is interested in renos.

Well I had arranged for a pick up date with the sales staff. However, they failed to inform me of the changed date once the supposedly "confirmed" date for pick up was already full. There sales team seem pretentious but the warehouse guy made the pick-up happen regardless of the change. So for that I gave a 3 star instead of 1.

Wonderful service from Magdalena. She was helpful in showing me all my options and was reachable with questions. Very cheerful and a pleasure to have her as my salesperson.

As a designer, I have specified tile and slabs from Ciot Vaughan location for over 10 years. My sales rep Raffaele has always been so professional, accommodating with a breath of knowledge about all the products. During my recent client meeting at the showroom we were able to easily solidify our tile and slab selections.

After visiting a few stone retailers, I've found the one! Mid-December my partner and I were almost done renovating our house, and left our fireplace for last.

The showroom manager stepped in to help me with a last minute appointment. He walked us through the Slab Showroom to find the perfect material, and even contacted me once we’d finished our project to ensure everything had met our standards.

We could not be happier with the finished product, and can’t wait to visit again in the Spring to find some quality pieces for our cottage. Would definitely recommend to all my friends.

I have been going to Ciot for several years for anything I require with respect to tiling. I’ve worked on dozens of projects big and small, and I know that I can count on Alyssa to anticipate my needs. I trust her wholeheartedly, she has an innate understanding of my style and preferences, and she is an absolute pleasure to work with. She always takes the uniqueness of each project into account, presents me with various options, and often works within tight budgets and timelines. I’m truly appreciative of Ciot and Alyssa, and they have never let me down. Their customer service is unsurpassed, and I consider them an integral part of my business operations. I recommend them without any reservations.

I had a terrible experience with Ciot. I was renovating my kitchen and searching for two pieces of marble for counter. My contractor suggested Ciot.
I took vacation hours to go there for the first time and arrived approximately 4pm. They asked if I have appointment and I told they I just want to take a look of their marble sections. It took them about 20mins to find a sales to show me the marbles. When I was looking and taking photos, the sales was extremely inpatient, keep telling me they are closing soon, when they were at least 20mins before 5pm. Very unprofessional. My vacation hours were completed wasted.
I did not give up on them and called to book appointment and took all day vacation to go to the store planning to decide on the marbles.
I was VERY SHOCKED when the sales told me I CANNOT choose the pieces of marble I like. (So shocked I confirmed 3 times with the sales, and he was very certain about it.) Because I'm only buying two pieces (I guess I'm a super small customer to them) they will not ask employee to move the marbles for me to see. I can only choose the type of marble and they can only pick from the very first one, even though I don't like the patterns on the first piece.
I'm spending over 30K on my new kitchen and you are telling me I cannot even choose the marble I like? All I can do is run with luck and hope I can get the pieces I like? If I don't who will repay me the reno money?
I searched online, and there are no stores have that policy. I understand if you want me to pick two pieces within same batch, but telling me I have absolutely no choices is unreasonable.
I told this to my contractor, he told me he never had the same experience. He and his customers were open to pick the marbles they like. I don't understand why am I being treated differently.
I eventually got the marble somewhere else with the pattern I like. I will never again go to Ciot for future purchases. I also told me experience to my contractor.

My wife and I had a great experience getting tiles from Ciot. Alyssa V.was extremely helpful and spent a lot of time helping us pick tiles for 3 bathrooms, front and side foyers. We would definitely recommend.

This warehouse offers the excellent variety of natural and manmade stones and tiles.
They have beautiful collection of tiles and slabs suitable for kitchen, bathrooms showers, fireplace walls and any where else you need, indoor or outdoor.
Most of their salespersons are knowledgeable and helpful. We had a very great experience there.
Definitely will go back for our next projects.

I am in the process of building my own home and recently purchased almost all of my tiles from Ciot in Vaughan. Before choosing my tiles, I had been to lots tile places. Ciot has a beautiful selection, no doubt, but the reason I ended up purchasing almost everything from here was because of the customer service.

I worked with Alex for months (seriously months) prior to making my final selections. Not only is Alex extremely patient and kind, she has a great eye for colour and design. She was able to walk me through the daunting process of making selections when there are many many options. And, she understood that I needed to think about my selections before purchasing. She does not push to make a sale, which in my opinion, is the reason she made the sale with me. She was willing to walk me through the showroom on multiple occasions and I never felt like I was bothering her. She made the process so easy.

Even after the sale, she helped me choose grout colours and organized the delivery of a few last minute items. As a customer, I really appreciate this, as often, once the sale is completed there is no attention to customer service.

Other places that I have been to "nickel and dime" even if you are spending good money, you practically have to beg them to waive delivery charges or to give a better price for large orders. Again, another reason Alex will keep me coming back to Ciot for my future projects.

Ciot in Vaughan has excellent customer service, fair prices, and can provide amazing design advice! Alex, I am looking forward to working with you again and I would not hesitate to recommend you to friends or family in the future.

Wait here hours to pick up, they don’t have enough staff, shouldn’t be taking many orders if they can’t handle. Get more staff, garbage service, never had service this bad before. Don’t waste time here, there are many other places to buy tile of any kind and size. Very unorganized, unprofessional service. They don’t care about others time.

Magdalena was a wonderful support through our process of selecting tile. She was super helpful in helping us find the right tiles and combinations that worked for us. What truly stood out was that she put so much extra care in ensuring that the marble delivered to us was consistent with what we were expecting to get (despite the natural variations that you'd typically get with a natural stone). A very positive experience!

We chose a stone and the sales rep tagged it. We were waiting for delivery for 2 weeks. When we asked about it they said it sold out! We tried to talked with manager or supervisor but nobody replied to us. At the end of day we found out they sold that slab to a big builder company. And they cheated on us. They are lier. They wasted our time for one month and even didn't say sorry.

Worst company ever if you are working on a project with specific timelines. The company has since over promised and under delivered the last three times I have dealt with them. The sales associate gives you a date that your product is supposedly coming in on a truck from Montreal but when you go to the pick up center.it either never came in or apparently they need 3 days to offload the truck in order for you to get it. They need to manage expectations and give realistic timelines to their clients. If they tell you it will be here on Monday then it would be safe to assume you can pick it up the next day. Instead they claim they have tonnes of back orders and delays they're dealing with that you have to wait 3 days after it arrives to pick up. I N S A N E. Sad to see a company with a beautiful selection of product lines display the worst customer service and operations I have ever experienced. I wish I could give this business a zero rating!

Went to return a product that was unopened in perfect condition and was told that it was none refundable. Nothing was discussed at time of sale nor was it clear on the back of the receipt for their return policy. Sales associate handled the situation very poorly basically walking away saying he doesn't make the rules. Spent over a thousand dollars at the time of sale. Will not be shopping there anymore. A paying customer needs to be aware of return policy and exchange at the time of sale with either verbal or a stamp confirmation like everyone else does.

We ordered tiles 3 weeks ago but still haven't received them. When we called again this week, the sales person said our tiles were finally ready for pick up so we drove all the way to Vaughan to only find out that the tiles actually never made it to the warehouse. There have been no apologies or explanations from anyone at Ciot. For some reason, the sales person is apparently "unavailable" most of times when we call and never returns our calls despite us leaving multiple messages to call us back. They already incurred so much stress and a financial loss on our side. I will never consider Ciot again and will share the worst customer experience I've ever had with everyone around me.

Nice showroom. We selected a tile and wanted to order it but where in a hurry and they were busy so I thought I'd call it in later to request a pick up. I called and was told the sales person was busy and would call me back in a few minutes. That was about 3 weeks ago I never heard back. I was going to order a fair bit of rather pricey tile. Unfortunate.

I had the best customer service. The young girl frist day there was nice got us help and as she was doing that the CEO took us to the back to start looking at stone. As I am from up north I appreciated the fast service. I would recamend this business to all my family and friends. Very pleasant shopping experience.

My parents and I visited Ciot because we were both looking for new counter tops. We had the pleasure of being shown around and educated by Alyssa. She was very knowledgeable, patient and friendly - taking the time to show us all of the granite and quartzite slabs that would meet our needs. The showroom is beautiful and has a huge selection of tile and some flooring options. We did visit several other granite businesses in the area that day and none came near to having the customer service and selection that Ciot did. I would highly recommend using this company!

From the moment we walked in we were welcomed and taken care of immediately. Great service and knowledgeable staff offer their expert advice and samples of your liking. Would definitely recommend visting their showroom.

Our contractor asked us to visit three different tile places for our bathroom renovation. We hate tile shopping and find it so difficult to select the right tiles. We went to two prior stores before visiting CIOT and we were so disappointed as there was virtually no customer service at their competitors. Upon arriving at CIOT's fantastic showroom we were connected with Alex Lafarciola. She is amazing! She immediately shined with personality and asked all the right questions about our project. She then was full of suggestions based on what we told her. She listened to our budget and the colors we required. She made us aware of everything we needed to know about the tiles we selected.
