It is Aug-3-2023 and time is 21: 03: 00 hrs, I have visited this place first time with my two kids who want to buy frosty. After we picked two frosty one for each kid we went to counter to pay. My kids are very exicited as they want to use their own debit card first time in their life. There is old age person on counter who is very impatient and started shouting and yelling at us when we asked for two seperate bills so that my both kids can use their own debit cards. And when I started teaching my kids how to debit card he started yelling at me for delay we are causing. Looking the way he is taking to me and my kids the other person behind me in the line seriously warned guy in the counter not behave like that and gave him warning that it is not appropriate behaviour. Other customers shouted at him if you cant be patient dont work at the count. This worst experience I had in canada and this Person at the count complitely spoiled my kids first experience of using the debit card, Not sure who is allowing him to work there he is not qualified to work with his mental state of mind. I will not visit this place again in my life.

The older people here have very poor customer service, very rude. They watch you like your going to steal something. When I'm in line and there's a customer infront of me, sometimes they will be nice to that customer, but as soon as I come up to the counter they are very cold and rude. Now I only go in the evenings when the younger staff is there because they are so much nicer.

Since when did Circle k stopped giving bags to customers. I walked to the store with baby to get milk and when I requested the owner for a bag he simply refused. Worst experience ever, Poor customer service.

7: 45 PM on May 15th the door was locked with customers inside and no one would unlock the door for me. Idk what kind of logic that is but management should be ashamed of themselves lol what a joke
