Super slow gas pumps. Probably the slowest I have ever seen in my life. It’s like all the pumps have an enlarged prostate! Maybe they should try some flomax!
But they have beer
So there’s that.
Update 2023. So now they have “upgraded “ the gas pumps so the payment system is now just as slow as the gas pumping. And I actually think they dialled the pump speed back again! It will take you a solid 10 minutes to pump 50 litres. Might as well get an ev and charge it. Probably would be faster! Also if I head “cookie for a dollar” one more time I might lose it!

I visit here often and most of the time sukriti deals with me I like the service in this store very much. They are always polite and welcoming I love coming here

I have recently moved to the area, and even with it being later in the evening jahnavi went above and beyond and helped me and my kids with cooking one of their frozen pizzas in their oven as all my stuff was packed. Very great customer service!

I have been in Thamesford for 1 year 4 months and this is the best convenience store I have ever been to, very friendly staff, always greet you with a smile, very convenient to have LCBO and beer service! And they make great cookies! Sandeep and Manpreet are very helpful and a delight to see when I visit, keep up the good work girls! I just wish they served Samosas.

Today I went to get gas and collect my lotto winnings. There was definitely miscommunication as I wanted my free plays with no encore, but the person redrew all my winning tickets. Again, this was miscommunication that could have easily been fixed and apologized for on both sides. My gas was $68 and after she scanned the tickets my gas was $50, so I said sorry I want to pay for my gas and collect my winnings in the cash. She gets upset and says I should have said that, however, I have always been asked if I wanted to use them for my purchase or collect the winnings as the gas station and olg are separate. She gets upset and tells me she mixed everything up and threw my tickets out. Another employee comes over after seeing this happen. It gets fixed and I apologize and explain I didn’t know as I have never had that happen before at any other location. Next, the person says your total is $114 (my gas $68). I said there must have been miscommunication because I only have gas and then I am collecting my winnings in cash.we discover that the person thought I wanted to replay all my winning tickets… I said there has been a mistake and from my past job experience working at Petro, I know you can scan the tickets to cancel them. As this was miscommunication and not the customers fault or responsibility to pay $50 in lottery tickets. She smirks and says there is nothing I can do, the total is $114. The employee beside hears this and says that they have to cancel them because that’s ridiculous. Then I say thank you and apologize just to be polite. The person working looks at me and says I should have known to communicate and that I have been taking up too much of their time. I have worked in customer service jobs for years and own my own business. I understand mistakes happen, but this was not on me and their lack of understanding was projected on the customer. It is never okay to tell a paying customer that they are taking up too much time, when in reality their mistake was taking up my time as well. Very unprofessional and incredibly disrespectful.

They have fuel and gas pumps.open 7/ 24 hours.

Pay at the pump wasn't working, then they had a huge line to deal with inside and they weren't very friendly. Was not impressed.

I frequent this store quite often. Since the man with the sweet mustache has left, customer service is way down.
