I owe Jivan BIG TIME. Jivan came through for us at the last minute (seriously, the last minute; we were panicking we'd lose our dream house). We were referred to him by my sister who also used his team, and we went into this expecting to lose out on a perfect house.

We were a unique situation that made for a slightly complicated application, that other brokers were repeatedly making mistakes on. Not only did Jivan come through at the literal last minute, but he somehow did it within 2 hours. After hours, after 5pm. Other brokers took days to reply. He did this during a pandemic, when EVERYTHING takes longer to get done, especially paperwork and applications that involve multiple parties. 2 hours.

If you are on the fence about using him, just do it. I am very cynical by nature. I had no confidence he, or anyone, could somehow make this happen at the last second. And yet, he did. Someone who was a complete stranger to us, absolutely hustled to make sure we secured our dream home.
