Circle Taxi

Tonight I took the cab and I said on the app that I was at the movie theatre and tonight the cab driver said he had no idea and that the lady was from another town that I talked to and there app is from another town.the owner needs to listen to the drivers of what they are telling them also tonight they have 2 drivers in.

Drivers are really grea! But be prepared to wait forever! Even if you booke a week before it may not show up.not the drivers fault.

Have made me late for work on several occasions. Not reliable. Have used them for over a year daily?

Horrible dispatch service! Dispatch is done from overseas - seriously!? !? Got a taxi from Whitby to Lakeridge Health and then tried to order one when leaving the hospital. We were told that they don’t pick up in Ajax! Ordered through the app, and sure enough a taxi arrived (after about a 30 minute wait). Tried to order a taxi today to go to the hospital again and was told it would be a 1.5 hour wait. Taxi showed up about 10 minutes later. Our drivers were excellent but the dispatch/ordering process was ridiculous. Avoid this place if you can.

Horrible treatment of people with disabilities. I’m a PSW and was arranging a taxi for my client to get to an appointment. I called two hours in advance to set up the pick-up time. I also made it clear it was for a doctors appointment.

5 minutes before the pick-up time, I called again just to confirm they’re on their way. The lady that answered said “oh we never found a taxi driver, no one is coming” I asked her why wouldn’t she call me back to notify me of this because if I hadn’t called a second time, we would’ve just been waiting for a taxi that never showed and wouldn’t know what was going on.

She was very rude on the phone and I absolutely felt by her tone that she didn’t want to take my request because it’s someone with a disability.

Great service, quick to come. Very convenient with kids (when car seats are not available)

We ordered a taxi to the airport, we understood it was $115 over the phone but were told it is $150 on the way. Also, older van that was very uncomfortable ride.had to turn back after leaving as he forgot the machine for Interac payment. When we returned, we got a Airport Taxi who charged $110 and we asked him to use 407, he added $30 and it was new ride and very comfortable. First and last time

They picked us up for a game with our service dog being pampered with attention. Kudos to your driver.

Friendly, quick response and safe drivers SUPPORT them, after Uber.cab drivers need the business (if know legit) & pay cash! Have relative as a cab driver up north and its a tough job

I called asked to be picked up and was told they were too busy. I mentioned how close I was to their headquarters and was hung up on. Don't rely on the people

Long process of calling for a cab, the Press One & Wait pattern. Three times I waited on hold to be the next caller and three times u was cut off! Finally pressed 2 forfor customer service, another wait an a very abrupt woman said they were running 45 mins but I had an appt. She said couldn’t guarantee anything. If I’d got through the first time, 45 mins would have been ok. I cancelled and deleted the contact. Never again.

The driver I had was courteous and chatty that's what I like. I don't like being locked up in a back seat without talking

I called this business for a ride because Uber was unresponsive, asked for 40 dollars upfront.

Probably the worst taxi company you can order from. Never in my life have I paid so much to get somewhere. They don’t disclose their rates anywhere, and charge like 10 cents ever couple seconds. I paid the same price for one way, that I do going double the distance at every other company. Even Uber is never that expensive. Like $30 to get 10km? No. That’s ridiculous.
I would never recommend them, this is just a scam company who doesn’t care about their customers.
Literally order from anywhere else.

I use circle taxi for booking for travel to pearson or VIA in Oshawa and they have never let me down. On time consistently. Thank you!

I only use them when in oshawa, other cabs use there GPS and cost more, even when you tell them how to go
