We had a 16th bday party with circusbus and it was just perfect! The responses were very quick, the driver was very nice and helpful and finally the bus it self was above my teen expectations.so I definitely recommend Circusbus for your party

Me and dozens of others had our return trip cancelled with no explanation or help. Left stranded and no word from the company. I'll be expecting a refund of sorts but I doubt they will care.

This company has no consideration, regard, or respect, they decided to park their very loud party bus right in the middle of a residential neighbourhood and party for hours in the early hours of the morning. Have some respect. Will be filing a noise complaint with the city

Now that my family of 21 is home after an unexpected extended stay in the Dominican, I wanted to express my family's and my gratitude for your quick work and assistance with the delay we experienced.

Being a manager of a customer service team, I understand that a lot goes on behind the scenes in order to assist for the unexpected. Dave made it such a smooth transition for my end amongst the chaos that was happening around us.

I will be recommending Circusbus where I can, and look out for an email from me next year as our family trips are an annual thing!

MUST TRY EXPERIENCE! Had an absolute amazing time on the circus bus this weekend for me and my brothers 20th. The bus is so sick and the speakers are perfect, all 25 of us fit and there was more then enough room for a couple more. Kwang was an amazing driver as well as very nice and accommodated all of our needs and requests. Honestly the price is definitely worth it and i would take this school bus over a limo any day!

UPDATE: June 23rd 2023, another service in the books and another great experience! This time Dave helped me book and my driver Kwang got us where we needed to go safely! Great time, great service as always>

Truly stellar experience beginning to end. Have used this company numerous times, but their new CB PLUS buses are crazy!
From our very first quote, Circusbus was friendly, professional and easy to work with, and all of our guests were incredibly pleased with the experience. The booking process was easy, and our booking rep Joe made recommendations about which service type would best meet our needs (Pub crawls are an awesome value), and our driver Melissa was fun and easy going, and made the experience feel special for everyone onboard. Can't believe I never left these guys a review sooner, they really are the best in the biz!

Went with a group of ladies to a concert on the circus bus. It was such fun! Driver was super accommodating and patient with a bus full of women! Lol. And on top of that, I left my jacket on the bus and they were super helpful with getting it back to me. Top notch service!

Incredible service, and staff are so easy to mange the day with. Arranged everything for us and all we had to do is ask for what we wanted and it was done. Driver was fantastic as well. Overall amazing options for a fun day/night out for any occasion. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I reserved this party bus for a birthday and overall, it was an amazing experience. The company was very cooperative and our bus driver Brenda was so accommodating. The bus was decorated very nicely and made the entire experience more enjoyable.

I had the honour of booking a multi-stop event with Circusbus on Thursday May 11th. The bus was absolutely stunning and clean. The speakers were amazing and loud. My driver Kwang was amazing! Everyone in my party loved him and his service. He always picked us up to the exact minute with no delays. He was wonderful and extremely accommodating. My entire experience from the moment of booking with Circusbus was incredible. I will recommend this company to everyone I know and I cannot wait to book again with you guys next year!

It was my wife's 40th birthday! For the cost, it wasn't a great ride way too bumpy and loud, overall experience wasn't good. Driver was rude and drove too fast, showed up in the wrong place. I got charged an extra fee, which was refunded but shouldn't of had to deal with. Was told by Dave that he will look at refunding me $100 as he offered a credit that I would never use. Didn't hear back from him. Very disappointed and do not recommend. There are better transportation services out there.

TERRIBLE! HORRIBLE! Cancelled on me on the day of my event! And didn't feel sorry about it. Don’t book with them. They will disappoint you.

Had an amazing experience with circus bus! I booked their bus for my friend’s bachelorette in Toronto and Dave was super helpful and awesome to deal with. Our driver was Ronda and she was amazing, she drove us around Toronto and even made a stop for a bathroom break! The bus itself was perfect for what we needed everyone had so much fun! Would definitely use them again!

My friends and I had an amazing time doing a pub crawl with the circus bus in Whitby! It was my second time at a circus bus event and I have had a blast both times. Brenda our bus driver was incredibly nice and accommodating to our needs. Highly recommend the circus bus!

I decided to spend my 22nd birthday on a party bus and this was the right company to go with! Dave was very helpful and patient when booking my reservation with me. My bus driver Vrtik was the best! He checked up on us during our ride and made sure we were having fun. I definitely recommend him as your driver!

What an amazing experience! I've never done an escape room let alone one on a bus. We took 4 kids and 3 adults and had an amazing time! Well organized and very well planned. I will definitely book another event.

Our trip with Circusbus was AMAZING! We had Brenda as our driver for the evening and she was super friendly and accommodating, and she went above and beyond to help make our evening special! She showed up early, evening though it was snowing and we are out of town, and she was patient with us while we kept running off the bus to get people or things that were left at the house or the bar. The bus was a sight to see, to say the least! The colours are vibrant and beautiful, and the black lights make traveling driving after dark epic! The speakers inside the bus are easy to connect to via bluetooth and the sound quality was better than I was expecting just because it was a school bus. Dave, the manager, was stellar to communicate and work with to organize the entire evening. He was always very pleasant to speak with and got back to my calls/emails promptly! I will 100% be booking with Circusbus again:)
