We have used the services of Cirrus Consulting, specifically Cameron Bryant, twice in the past couple of years for leases for our dental practice. Although we were hesitant both times to spend the money, we are very glad that we did.
Our first experience was to negotiate our current lease extension, with a very unreasonable landlord. As we could not make any headway, we enlisted the services of Cirrus. It took some time, but Cameron was able to not only achieve more favourable lease terms, but also saved us enough money in rent to pay for their services…. And then some.
Our second time using Cirrus was to negotiate a new lease at a different location. Cameron was again able to obtain us favourable lease terms, and once again save use more than enough money over the term of the lease to pay for their services.
