Fantastic and expert service; the front office staff is congenial and accommodating, the hygienists are candid and thorough, and the dentists are dedicated to providing the best possible dental care.

Great service, good follow up. Amazingly professional, gentle dental hygienist! Just don’t like the open plan supposedly modern looking dental cubicle set up with No privacy when you’re sitting with your mouth open and everyone passing by listening to your conversations! Bring back the pandemic curtains if you must!

I switch from my old dentist to City gate dentist, Im glad I did they're amazing and friendly.

Unfortunately, had to wait a 1/2 hour. However, once I got into my appointment it made up for the wait. The dental hygienist was the best I have had in my 50 years of dental work. Very professional and knowledgeable. Helpful with great tips for improving my dental routine. Dentist also excellent. Service great. Highly recommended.

Our young son has been a patient at Citigate Dental since we moved here in 2017. They have been great with him, relating to him in age appropriate ways as he has grown from 8 years to a typical teen boy.

The front desk staff is very polite and efficient.
Dr. Arora is getting to the bottom of a bad situation caused at another dental office. Her kind sincerity was refreshing.

I had to switch dentist recently and was nervous as my previous dentist was mine for over 10 years. This place is amazing! The hours are what's best. Weekends is so important to be opened. The receptionist is amazing as well and so are all the other staff members I have had to deal with.

My last visit didn't go very well. I am doing Invisalign. I went to get my next trays. Waited there just over an hour and did not get in, disappointing. I got the trays at the front desk, so that was a wasted 65 minutes for no reason. They apologized, but it was still a disappointing outcome.

I have noticed scheduling appointments has become hard lately too. My dentist only goes there some Wednesdays and Saturdays now, I think 6 days a month. Invisalign requires checkups about every 2 months. This appointment and next appointment were pushed longer due to limited availability and closed the May holiday weekend.

I broke a tooth early in the morning. I went online and asked for an appointment when available. I had a call right away and I was fixed up and out of the office right away

No words to describe Citigate Dental! It is an amazing clinic. All of the staff are super generous, patient, and offer fantastic service. The receptionists are very welcoming and professional and fulfill all your needs. Citigate Dental is very accommodating when it comes to answering phone calls and questions. Dr. Arora and the hygienists are exceptional at what they do. HIGHLY recommended!

Super great service! I had my wisdom teeth extraction done by Dr. Arora twice, both last-minute. The office was great at accommodating me and the reception was always friendly. The extractions went smoothly and healed perfectly, and they were fantastic at helping me stay relaxed throughout. They also checked-up on me in the days following and gave me the chance to get it checked again when I was concerned about swelling.

Best to use this establishments as a back up to your real dentist. If you put your trust in this office you will be disappointed and left with half the job done and excuses to why they can't finish.
Takes 2x the trips to get 1 job done if your lucky otherwise youll be left with asking yourself why you ever went there.

Wow! Simply wow. A very modern state of the art office, bright and open concept. Location is excellent and very convenient patient friendly working hours. Complimentary tea/coffee, space and iPads for kids to play, music and movies in the operatories for the patients to watch etc. The entire team led by Dr. Arora and office manager Janey is super caring and professional. All of my visits have gone super good and comfortable. Highly recommended!

They are great here. Did my sons teeth so fast and they are cheaper then more places. Very clean as well. ALL staff are so nice. My son was shy and scared but after the second time he was all good to go. Take your kids for sure. I will always take me son here.

I have problems with my teeth, with a concern I visited Citigate Dental at Barrhaven, The dentist who attended me was Dr Razia Arora. She is very professional and she.takes very good care of her patients, marvelous bed side manners, will listen to your concerns, then does the synopsis of your situation and will let you understand your condition, with a lot of concern that you don't loose your teeth her priority will be to save them, takes X-rays and explain you the problems by showing you the X- Rays I had seen other doctors bas well but what an experience with this doctor, I hope any one should try her, what a positive attitude for helping her patients WOW

Love going here! I took my toddler for his first checkup earlier this year and they made it so fun for him, even during Covid! Everything is sterilized and clean, and they even have TVs on the ceiling so you can watch your fav show during your cleaning. 10/10 recommend!

All staff were were very thorough, knowledgeable, friendly and took time to explain things and answer questions. The office was very clean and they have been great with my young children as well.

What a pleasant experience being at the clinic. The hygienist Randeep was absolutely amazing. Very patient and kind. Dr Arora is great at what she does. People at the front desk were very soft spoken and considerate.

My experience with my dental hygienist during my cleaning was great! I really appreciated being distracted from the overall dental experience with Breaking Bad on Netflix.

On December 29,2020 my dentist's office was closed for the holidays. I needed to see a dentist and got an appointment with Citigate Dental. Dr. Dhaliwal provided professional care taking the time to explain the problem and my options. I am happy with the excellent service I received.

The Citigate Dental is my favourite Dental. They provide fantastic service with superior treatment skills. They are friendly and flexible. They are considerate of patients like family members. My three wisdom teeth and one big lousy tooth needed to pull out, seven decayed teeth needed to be treated, my studies were busy, and I had three complicated insurance policies. Health, time and money, I don't want to lose any of them. By the way, my English is not good. The Desk clerk helps me book the flexible time and contact the insurance company to save my time. Dr. Arora is an experienced and highly skilled doctor. I ate lots of stuff before my surgery, and I don't want to rebook another schedule. It's a hazardous situation. Dr. Razia Arora will take the risk for me. Her skills are very high and quick. I was very comfortable and no pain during the surgery. There aren't infected or inflamed after surgery. I enjoy it. I finally get a chance to sleep well. By the way, to save my time, Arora and Anne etc, helped me with the operation cause them to go home at 8 p.m. Last year. I very much appreciate it.

The staff are great, but they need to get themselves organized at the front desk. It's a mess and it shouldn't take 15 minutes to book your next appointment.

Excellent service! Last week we went for our annual family checkup and cleaning. As usual Dr. Arora our dentist, hygienist Alex and front desk receptionist Lori-Ann were just amazing. They are such thorough professional and perfectionist. Alex made my five year old comfortable and at ease throughout the cleaning process. He is so happy with the whole experience that he wants to go back again

I lost part of a tooth, but due to Covid 19 was not able to see my dentist, Dr Avneet. When I called I was told that as soon as they are allowed to open, they will set up an appointment for me asap. True to their word, I was seen on the second day after they were allowed to open. As always, I was looked after with utmost professionalism and like usual felt at ease because of the pleasant atmosphere. I greatly appreciated all the safety measures that were in place and Dr. Avneet, I cannot possibly thank you enough for your time and effort, my tooth is now perfect!

Not happy with their service.
I was taken in 30 mins after my appointment. What should have been a 30 min appointment ended up being 1.5 hour long.

I like this dental office! I moved recently in the neighbourhood and looked for a dentist. Found Citigate Dental on the web. Convenient location and hours. They work Saturdays and do direct billing. Professional and friendly doctors and staff. All my family like this office.

I had a toothache and requested an appointment on Monday. I got a callback and was seen by the dentist the next morning. They are friendly and quick to respond. I always have excellent service at Citigate Dental.

It is quite spacious dental care situated in the middle of the main Barrhaven market. Parking is no issue. I went there 5 times and not even once my appointment got cancelled or rescheduled. I would say it is one of the well managed dental care in city.

My best wishes to staff, I would never consider any other dental care in Ottawa.
