Maricel helped me track my package being shipped back overseas. After the clothing company refused to give any updates and to get my refund back, Maricel did everything she could to make sure that I was refunded back. Her communication and customer service is the best! Thank you!

Ridiculous service… they delivered a package at 5am and it was stolen by 8am… don’t hire them to deliver anything you don’t want stolen.

Had ordered off Temu and received a notice that the delivery person was unable to deliver my package and that a delivery notice card was left, however there was no notice card left anywhere. Now I can't get my package till I get that notice card. This is the second time I've had issues where I've had to go to the post office to pick up my package. Not impressed!

Great friendly staff. My coat that cost $90 is lost. My tracking number says it was delivered to Citilogistics. The store I bought it from says they haven't received it either. So it has be be at Citilogistics. I was told someone would call me Monday and it's Friday, no one has called.
I bought my coat November 12th 2022. The coat arrived at Citilogistics on December 12th 2022 and it is now January 27th 2023. I'm very worried to say the least.

Thank you to Maricel & Bruce who made my package come earlier, I told them I needed it a day earlier because I had to catch a flight and they made it happen with constant updates and communication!

I had applied for a job as a courier driver, and received a phone call for an interview from the the most unprofessional individual ever. Seemed like a racist Karen. Not giving me a chance to speak and hanging up 10 seconds into the call on me as I had politely said pardon I didn’t hear what you stated when she hangs up the phone on me saying I’m not cut for the position very professional!

Very great customer service! My package couldn’t be delivered on the estimated date due to poor weather conditions. The team apologized, explained the circumstances, and was open to any further concerns. So rare to get this type of service when online shopping these days! So amazing, thanks Maricel:)

It was an okay but an awkward experience. Was told to drop off the package for returning here, dropped it at the door. Package was not protected or anything and could've easily been stolen by someone. Nothing against the people running the place but having a proper, protected drop off area is a little more professional.

The customer service that I received was so amazing I just had to leave a review. Maricel Mandoza at Citilogistics Inc.went above and beyond by sending a detailed email to Canada Post, regards to my complaint. Canada Post would"t issue a refund, because they said the item was delivered. Maricel checked my tracking number and verified that package was not delivered at this location. Canada Post received verification from Citilogistics Inc, my refund was issued immediately.

Talked to a Customer Service Representive and I can say the experiance was great. Talked about my order and discussed about my confusión regarding the delivery of my order and all my questions where answered in a professional matter.
