I did my Oath ceremony on Tuesday 7th November 2023. Can anyone tell me when i will get the E certificate?

I applied for citizenship back in 2020 and submitted all documents for the waiving the citizenship test and it has been over three years no officer called me to interview me or gave me an update on my file. I emailed them and filed the we man forms but no one replied to any of those except for sending automated message. It is really devastating waiting for three years and having no luck to get in touch with them

They called me and promised to call back, they never did, after a month I tried to call back they will respond to calls, they are working with lackadaisical attitude.

Security guards were good, you have to go on time don't open doors if you arrived earlier

The phone line doesn't even work. Even if you call the other centers it puts you to a machine that basically keeps you in a loop and prevents you from getting any help.

Reach 15 minutes before, it takes about 1 hr 30 min for citizenship exam and interview, so buy parking ticket according, $9 parking ticket covers 2 hr or more.
Reception security is helpful and friendly.
During exam proper instructions are given.
Citizenship officers are humble.

Overall a good Canadian experience!
