Had a electrical burning smell in my new vehicle.
Beverley the service advisor was amazing from the moment i got to her booth to the time i left with comunication all the way through.
Will definitely be back at this dealership when i need work done again.

Called for an appointment given a choice of Fri 26 or Thurs Nov 25. Chose Thursday 10: 30. Arrived 10: 15 advised my appointment was for Wed 24. Waited until 12: 30 meanwhile advised twice my oil change was next. I collected my vehicle and departed with no oil change done?

My pick up was fixed and the service was well done. But unfortunately has a dent that wasn't there before.
I own a car detailing shop and REALLY know how this car is bumper to bumper. It did not have ANY scratch or mark or nothing! It always was treated with the most careful handwork.
I went to City Buick Chevrolet Cadillac because I thought you were the best. I am very angry and I don't want you to fix it because I do not trust in you anymore.

Only I write this because is the only thing that I can do now. My truck never will be the same.

To learn " not all the pick up truck have to be treated like a tractor" some people like me, loves the truck like a Bentley.

My car had a recall on it so I took it in. I found the staff to be very friendly, courteous and efficient. I waited while the work was done and I felt very safe because the the seating areas were well spaced and everyone was masked. All in all it was a very good experience!

Needed windshield replaced. Was charged $206 less than Apple Auto quoted. Service done promptly, Faruk, the service consultant was excellent. They even had my truck washed when I went to pick it up.

Staff were very friendly, my advisor Graham was wonderful! My car was making a strange noise, and I was able to drop it off in the morning, and they had everything sorted by the end of the day, and even stayed late to make sure it got done! They made everything as smooth as possible, kept in contact about updates, and generally made a stressful situation into an easy and efficient encounter!

My first visit to this location as I’ve always serviced elsewhere. ANGELO the Service Advisor was AMAZING and deserves 10 Stars! What a gentleman and made the visit quite pleasant. After my service appointment I asked for a vehicle appraisal by the sales team to see how much they could purchase my vehicle for given the increase in demand in the market. JIM BELL the Sales Representative was very kind and well mannered. Again, another 10 Stars needed here! The reason for the 2 star rating is because of the negative attitude of the sales manager who I won’t name here. The sales manager informed us of the value of the vehicle and we held off on proceeding as we were hoping for $500 more than offered. That’s okay…we weren’t disappointed in the value given…we simply didn’t want to proceed without the extra $500. He asked us what we wanted in value to hand over the keys right there and we said another $500. After a few minutes he came back and gave the same value as before which we can appreciate. We respectfully declined. When we declined he abruptly and aggressively turned away and left us with the sales rep. No “goodbye” or anything of the sort. Just a quick turn around and walked away. I just found that to be quite rude. Not a good look at all. All of that over $500. In the end, we were probably going to go back the same evening to sell it at the value given. After that negative experience however, we reached out to our original sales rep from another Chevy dealer who offered us another $1,500 on top of what the manager here gave. In the end…this really had nothing to do with the value. The value given by this dealer was quite fair (but of course for another $1,500 we would go elsewhere). Again, we wouldn’t have gone elsewhere if the attitude from the manager wasn’t so present. The attitude was more or less just quite dismissive. No hard feelings toward this great dealership or it’s personnel. ANGELO from Service was AMAZING as was JIM BELL on the Sales Team.

I just purchased a new Cadillac SUV from City. Dealing with Van was a pleasure. He was very sincere and down to earth - no pressure sale. He went over and above to get the purchase done quickly and took the time on pick up to go through all the features my new car has. He even programmed my phone prior to me leaving the lot for my safety. David in finance was get as well. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership. Go see Van - for a great buying experience.

Had cap issues on my new truck which was the service departments fault. Service manager was horrible. Service crew and the guy I bought the truck off of was great just want to say that. Service manager had no idea what was going on during the fix. Had to chase him for all the answers. Which he usually had none. Had to talk to his service crew to find out. Massive delays which I understood because of pandemic.
In end of day had to take my truck to hitch city to rectify issue. Approached him to help out on bill. Even just covering my oil change. He did nothing. This one star is only for the service manager.

My husband and I used to take our car to Dean Myers our dealer. They closed down and we needed to find a place where we could get our car serviced. Long story short my husband remembered that there was City Buick at 1900 Victoria Park. When we first brought our car there we had the pleasure in meeting Wali Siddiqui one of City Buicks service consultant. There aren't enough adjectives in this world to describe this young man! He is a great asset to City Buick. He is attentive, caring patient, kind, accommodating, compassionate and most of all very understanding. He pulls all the stops to meet the needs of the customers. Although Victoria Park is a bit of a ways from where we live, I would never look for another company to bring our car to. City Buick is the best place thus far, and it is consultants like Wali Saddiqui that makes City Buick even more greater. PLEASE PLEASE if you want a place to take your car in to get serviced, City Buick at 1900 Victoria Park Ave is the place to go. And ask for Wali Saddiqui, I promise you, you will not regret it. He is an AWESOME young man! I wish I could give City Buick and Wali 10 stars. My husband and I are very pleased and satisfied customers.

I had an issue with my gear shifter and they were able to take it in right away. I appreciated the complimentary UBER lift home and back when my car was done. Great customer service with Angelo. I look forward to the next time my car needs to be serviced.

My car died on 401 on Sunday, It was towed to this dealer because it was close to my son’s. They listened to my concerns, and had me on my way fairly quickly and used my warranty. When the engine light went on after 10 min on my way, they were very helpful and apologetic. Had me on my way again very quickly.

Service is always wonderful here…they really go out of their way to make the experience painless and efficient…they are really engaged with their clients and work is always done accurately, and in most cases - fast! Only negative thing would be…I always seem to leave paying more for something that pops up when I’m there for servicing, or some service that I’ve paid for has unfortunately expired…

2 recalls not complete. Faulty jack was removed and not replaced and told to call roadside. Computer needs reprograming, I was told they were too busy I should book for another day first thing (7am) is this not a priority?
Does GM even fix recalls. I had numerous recalls on another GM vehicle that were never done, they even sent me letters! Yet a 10yr old Toyota was fixed immediately as I waited.
Maintenance guy was polite but even he seemed fed up using the same excuses with customers.

The job was completed professionally, as the WO detailed the work that was done. I felt the costs were a bit high for what tasks were done, then again the company sets the standards. The service dept.could have called me and explain the payment options that were available, then I would have been able to write a cheque instead of waiting in line at the bank for 20+ minutes.

Overall the issues, that were initially present, have been corrected except for a couple of items that really have no effect on the driving operation of the vehicle. I'll be returning, as per the WO's direction, to have a follow-up inspection done. Hopefully this will ensure all is OK for another 2-3 years.

Brought in my VW to the City Buick Service Department and was pleasantly surprised on how easy the whole experience was. Entire team was friendly and Faruk Tilly (Service Consultant) was a great help in getting my oil change and fixing an oil leak. His attention to detail with my car was very appreciated as well as following up to make sure my car is running smoothly. Referred him to the rest of my family. Definitely returning for future maintenance!

Wali was very helpful when the tank for my washer fluid cracked on my Equinox. He was very courteous and explained everything I needed to know to understand the problem. My car was repaired and ready in no time! Thank you for taking the time and explaining everything to me. It was sincerely appreciated.

Visited them yesterday for a manufacturing recall of my car, it was a free inspection. Took about an hour. They were customer friendly, specially Faruk from service dept. Normally people working on Monday looks like they are having the worst day of their life but Faruk was full of life, explained everything in a professional manner.

Hoping to not see them again anytime soon (I don't want a broken car anytime soon)

Good experience what they fixed 3 problems they fixed it well I am happy with the result but I have a rare medium in the transmission when the car is cold but something is and then the air conditioning knob works strange and it weighs me as it was fine but it is van 2020 and everything has to work well I would like to be able to fix those details but in general the work is fine

January 2021 service was great - Wali ensured my transmission was updated due to prior work for free. This dealership does stand by their work!

I bought a Chevy Cruze used from Coliseum Motors - Toronto. I was not told about serious issues related to this car.

When I scheduled a service with "Wali" at City-Buick, he is always helpful with my issues. All issues were diagnosed, and the car is repaired promptly without complaint.

Wali was very knowledgeable, professional with excellent customer service. He saved me unnecessary costs and repairs. I will definitely return to City-Buick for future services and repairs.

I went City Buick Chevrolet Cadillac GMC this morning for the first time and Wali Siddiqui, greated me by name the minute I drove up to the gate and he was so friendly, I've never experienced that at a service Centre for a dealership before, and it just kept getting better.

Wali took me to his booth, created a file for me and told me what the process would be like from start to finish. He told me that he would call me with updates as to when they started working on the car, how it was going and shortly before it would be done to give me a heads up and then call when everything was complete and he followed through on everything that he said he would do and surpassed my expectations.

It can be stressful taking your car in, especially when it's your first time going somewhere, but he really erased any tension I felt, right away.

I was so happy with his service that I had to go back and thank him and wish him the best when I went to pick up my car.

This is place is far from my house but I always come here because of the great service. My go to guy for any maintenance job for my Chevy Colorado is Wali Siddiqui. He is very friendly, knows his stuff and can explain anything that’s going on with your vehicle so you can understand what’s going on. If you are considering coming here for the first time I’d recommend Wali.

Amazing service. Service advisor Graham was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable from the beginning. I was having trouble to get my Chevy Trax to start. Other companies were not able to figure out the issue, but City took only one day to not only give a proper diagnostic but to fix it as well. My car is better than ever, and I would definitely service it again at City.

Normally the service is great, and the customer service was amazing, but today I had an appointment scheduled for 1pm and did not get my car serviced until 2.5 hours later. I was not able to pick up my car until 4: 30pm. The service here is usually timely, but today was a mess.
