I went here to fix my A71. That has a common is guy did not know how to rewire a phone.
On for 2 hours could not fix it. Then I go pick it up. Cause I've had the that he couldn't fix it. Take it 5 minutes app the street and it's been fixed. Don't do business with this guy. He will most likely screw up your phone. And it only took the other guy 20 Minutes

Excellent service by the entire team! Came by yesterday to get my iphone screen fixed but the technician wasnt in. So the front desk clerk asked me to come back first thing in the morning. When I came back the next morning, I saw that he had left a note for the technician so he would know what I am coming in for. Gotta love that kind of customer service! He fixed the screen in under 30 minutes! Reasonable price! Highly recommend!

Clayton was amazing, honest, quick response. The guy at key tech computers and phones close by wanted to charge 75 to replace charging port. It just needed a good Clean!

The charging unit on my phone stopped working. Wasn't sure if it could be repaired but City Cloud Cell Phone & Computer Repair fixed it very quickly and for a great price. I will definitely be coming back here if I have phone or computer issues again. Staff are very friendly.

Came in for help recovering data from a phone with a dead screen. Clayton offered a quick, easy solution that other phone repair shops refused to offer. Service was extremely helpful and friendly. Also offered a reasonable reduction on the cost of service for trading in my broken phone.

Quick fix at an affordable price! I have a new computer that crashed. Fixed the same day that I brought it in. The lady called twice to tell me it was fixed and I picked my computer up the next day. Surprised and happy that it was a black owned business that I also supported.

Went in a few months ago to inquire about theyre pricing and if they could fix a few devices I had. Was met with rude hostility when asked simple questions. Ended up going down the street where they were more professional.

Edit* Just advising anyone reading this I was a customer looking to fix a device, not a competitor, that respose only goes to show the ignorance of the owner.

I went in with a broken screen and banged up phone, and now it looks new. Prompt and professional service.

Charged 15$ to diagnose my pc.
Could not find the problem even though he needed a week just to tell me he couldn't fix it or find the problem. Also some pieces were not put back so he gave me back my pc disassembled. I should never have brought it there.

I went in today with a iPhone screen that I was sure was hopeless! I have been struggling with it for months as I thought everything was on lockdown during COVID! He fixed it quickly and it looks like a brand new phone. He has a great set up to ensure physical distancing. THANK YOU!:)

Clayton works carefully, conscientiously and cost-effectively and is nice to chat with while waiting. He took a lot of time to help me with my problem, which was a Blackberry Dtek not charging or draining quickly. He had to try several things and although it took a while he charged very little and I got a good result. This was really great 'neighbourhood'' type service that we see very little of anymore, sadly.

Wow! I don't have a word to describe the good, fast and professional service! I brought my laptop and they said that my hard disk is gone but eventually he succeed to save it! I highly recommend you to go and use their services! Well done!

I wanna give this place five Diamond, excellent with two thumbs. 'cause i had a wonderful experience with the service, i came to fix my broken iphone's screen the other week, Clayton the service guy was very friendly, outgoing and professional, also he gave me the original screen replaced for my phone instead of BM one that i asked, just because he told me i was patiently waiting while he has to handle other customers in the middle of fixing my phone.and that was still in the reasonable waiting time since i wanted to wait at the spot for the repair.

Ipad screen replacement was terrible. Bad job on home button, the screen separated and keyboard doesn't work well. I will never do any business with this place again.

Prices appear to be good while you get good service by staff there who appear to be very knowledgeable and helpful.
