Got the 5 class intro offer. Worth every penny. The staff is warm and welcoming, the patrons are friendly and the instructors are encouraging; they are also knowledgeable about the respective dances in terms of history too. Some instructors were low-Key philosophical about the art of dancing too.

Went with a group of 8 people yesterday for a bachelorette and we did a heels type class but in sneakers. Can't recommend it enough! Definitely ask for Deidre. She was so accommodating and let us pick the song ahead of time. We did Crazy in Love since it was for a Bach. She was so patient and encouraging and the choreography was so much fun! She even went above and beyond by going over the time to make sure we got a good clip of the whole dance.

Clean facilities, but it was quite busy with lots of children/parents on Saturdays.
We attended a beginner aerial silks drop in class. There were 7 of us, and we took turns sharing the silks throughout the class.

Amazing staff, clean and modern studio space, inclusive, fun and beginner friendly classes! I've tried multiple hip-hop classes here and had a blast, all the instructors were awesome!

I went here a couple of times for a Nia class and the building is just wonderful- very spacious with high ceilings and nice clean washrooms.

Good space to store your boots and coats.
Street parking in front - not sure how that works during the week, but it was great on Sunday.

I bought 5 classes (intro pass) that expires within 20 days of purchase, I had a class booked and emailed them to cancel, they let me know I could reschedule, which was great, but after being sick for a whole week I emailed to ask if I could get an extension to finish the remaining classes since I was unable to attend while being sick and they agreed, but with a $20 fee. This was very disappointing, especially since they have an email from before when I mentioned I was sick. It's too bad because I was planning on continuing to attend after the 5 intro classes, because the classes are fun, but this didn't sit well with me, there was no level of understanding or compassion for my situation.
