City Gate Suites Short Term Rentals

Stayed with them for about 3 months. Well furnished and maintained property with a nice layout, parking for two cars and storage room with the parking. Management support is responsive and helpful is there are any issues related to the property.

As a Senior Leasimg Manager for a very large company I am disgusted in the Customer Service.

1. This company treats you lime trash if you do not have or hold a credit card as a debit Visa is apparently not good enough.

2. Even after explaining that each I divided person may have different circumstances they were still very ignorant and not well trained on customer service.

3. This place is very racist and should not be used!

I stayed for 2 years while I searched for a new place to live. My unit was on the 20th floor facing south where I had a nice view of the lake, especially nice from the balcony. It was bright with lots of floor-to-ceiling windows and equipped with all I needed for my stay. The amenities were exceptional; the building was well-managed; and was in a convenient location, within walking distance of parks, eateries, grocery stores, medical clinics, a pharmacy, and more, including Square One.

Maryam and Jessica in the office were amazing! They were always receptive and quick to respond. They replaced the spare bed with a work desk and chair for me so I could continue to work remotely and providing the use of a locker really made my life easier.

I wouldn't hesitate to rental with them again!

We were newcomers in Canada. Everybody knows how it is difficult to find a place to live in Canada when you don't have a credit story. City Gate Suites was our decision. We thought to live in their marvellous 2-bedroom suite just 1 month, but we enjoyed it so much that our staying extended to 9 months. The suite has everything you need: WiFi, furniture, towels, utensils. There are pool and gym in the building. Everything is perfect when you cooperate with City Gate Suites.

Very dirty! We had to stay there for 30 days, good luck. Place is dirty and needs to be renovated and updated, water pressure is week. Shower are missing hand held ajastement, very uncomfortable all together.

We were landing in Canada as newcomers and we came across the difficulty of renting a place without any credit history or without being in Canada.
Then we found City Gate Suites that offered fully furnished apartments all-inclusive. They even had kitchenware which was amazing.
The apartment was very good, in a great location in Mississauga and had a great view as well.
Overall, our experience was excellent and I highly recommend City Gate for hassle-free short-term renting.
They really took the pressure off us being new immigrants and they let us focus on settling down first and finish all the initial errands as new immigrants.
The place is also very clean and high quality.
Jessica was supervising our stay and made our stay more pleasant by caring to our needs and concerns.
The price of the suites are also very attractive considering they are inclusive and fully furnished with kitchenware.

This is the best place you can stay for short-term rentals.
I have been frequenting canada for a couple of years now to visit family and i used to spend so much money on rental apartments it was crazy. Some of the apartments end up not looking like described and dirty BUT NOT CITY GATE SUITES! OMG this place was so clean and smelled fresh.the bathroom was super clean, sheets clean, floors, kitchen all clean.the view is amazing as well. The agent Maryam was super helpful with the booking process.i was worried before booking because it was the cheapest option i had but it turned out to be the best i ever stayed at.its close to all the amenities you need- there is a starbucks within the same building downstairs, a pharmacy just beside, a small grocery store just beside and like 10mins walk from square one mall. SUPER SUPER PLACE

Rented apartment for a one and half months. City Gate support was very helpful and answered all questions.

Book a stay with them if you don’t mind:
- Dirty condos (photos attached).
- Chasing them for over a month to get your deposit refund.
- Unprofessional and unfriendly staff with zero customer service. Rather their arrogant attitude doesn’t chance even after repeated mistakes.

Great Customer service. Very pleasant people. Great building with excellent amenities, staff and convenient location. Only little thing was the furniture could do with an upgrade. Otherwise a very good experience overall and we stayed for 2 months.

It was a pleasure to live in 4065 Brickstone mews, which was well managed. It is with a lot of good memories, our first ones in Canada, and a heavy heart that we had to leave and settle in a place we could call home. The apartment provided us with all the necessities required for a family to easily settle in. The night view is breathtaking. The property is well kept and proximity to the city centre made it very convenient. We thank the team at city gate suites wholeheartedly for the support and providing us a place to stay that was close to squareone mall and other important locations.

We stayed from November 2021 to May 2022. We love the place, also the people from citygates are very much kind and quick to respond. We highly recommend the place.

The City Gate suites provided me with a very nice 1BR Condo in the center of Mississauga for a month. The process of booking, obtaining access to checking out was very simple. During my stay I needed a desk to work from and they sent over a maintenance person with a desk and chair to accomodate my needs. Overall very satisfied with their services.

The best rental experience I've ever had. Everything went to service and the rental was outstanding. The process to rent was clear and transparent, my questions were addressed promptly and in great detail, everything to facilitate ease and access was embedded in the process, most of all the flexibility to accommodate special requests was outstanding.

We stayed in the rental much longer than originally planned because of the pandemic. Unprompted, we received rental concessions which were very welcome.

The condo was well kept, in a beautiful location with stunning views and equipped with everything we needed. Wherever an issue came up in our condo, it was addressed promptly and remedied within 24 hours, often much less.

Maryam especially provided outstanding service for which my family and I are grateful.

I was trying to find a place to stay near the celebration square area of Mississauga while I was waiting for my work visa to be processed. I would not have selected this place originally, because it is not on airbnb, etc, but the sales team called me a few times and made an offer for a price that was very reasonable. Everything about this experience was 5 stars. Key pickup and payment was easy. The room was beautiful. It probably had one of the best views in all of the greater toronto area. It was clean, well stocked, and the building had all kinds of interesting additions (e.g, a media room, yoga room, pool, large gym, a private walk-way, etc, etc). I only had one issue: I could not close my bedroom window. I wrote to the company and they sent somebody immediately and this person quietly and effectively fixed it.

Moreover, I returned my car rental because I found that the location meant that I didn't need a car! There are cafes everywhere, grocery stores, steps away from Square One, etc. You couldn't ask for a better location.

I travel a lot. I stay in a lot of hotels, airbnbs, etc. I would rank this as the best stay I may have ever had, internationally. Bravo, bravo, bravo!

I travelled to Toronto for my sons medical treatment and didn't know what I am getting into, but speaking to their representative Maryam Atcha gqve me a sense of satisfaction and it sure paid off entirely. I had initially booked the suite at 75 eglington for 2 months and ended up staying here for 6 months and on a very personal note would like to THANK the entire team @ CITY GATES for the brilliant job they're doing.

Except for a couple of hiccups and the lounge sofa needing an update, we had a very comfortable one month long stay at the Parkside Village TH. During the first week, with temperatures running in the mid-30’s Celsius, the air conditioning broke down and it took slightly longer than necessary to fix it but the management later provided a rent credit to compensate which was appreciated. Midway, there was a misunderstanding with sales team about extending our stay by two weeks but Kenneth intervened on the very last day and we were able to stay on. We would highly recommend City Gate Suites because of the pleasant overall experience.

Even though we didn't end up renting a short term rental with City Gates, Maryam Atcha was very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. Exceptional customer service. Thank you very much Maryam.

Needed a short term rental due to our house renovations. Truly enjoyed our stay here. Maryam from city gates made our stay easy and convenient. She is super helpful and made the transition easy.

I needed a temporary place in Mississauga (relocated from a different country). Came across CityGates and was thoroughly impressed by the professional and extremely fast /seamless service they provided. The location of the apartment was extremely central (downtown Mississauga) and close (walking distance) to almost every possible amenity you could think of OR need (i.e. Service Ontario, grocery & food outlets, banks, mobile providers, shoppers etc.)

Due to Covid - our stay had to be extended and the team took care of that without any issue (s). They also have a maint.person on standby to service the apartment if required (who immediately comes when called for). Maryam is fantastic! Always a pleasure speaking with her. I was working from home and requested a work desk in advance which was also arranged by them. I would recommend the team to look into upgrading the bed (s) though - were not as comfortable as they could have been (our stay was 6 months+ (to be transparent - I am comparing it to another short-term rental provider "Premiere Suites" with whom we had to stay with for 2 months before moving to CityGates). But that would be my only constructive recommendation to the team (not a negative point!). Kudos to the team and would definitely recommend them.

It was a lovely experience staying at City gates apartment for 1.5 month. Maryam has been super helpful throughout; super responsive and cooperative. A big thanks to her for going out of the way to help us each time we needed. A cozy condo apartment set in a strategic location (approx. 2km to Square One mall), ideal for short stays of 1-6 months. Fully furnished, from furniture to utensils, and cleaning supplies, so that you do not need to spend a dime on home furnishings. Our property manager Mariam was very friendly, prompt, and would quickly resolve any issues we had. I would highly recommend this place for short stays. Also, one could never get enough of the splendid views from the apartment!

We travelled to Canada during the Covid times and stayed in one of the fully furnished apartments rented by City gate suites. Everything from getting the keys, parking the car, entering the apartment and living there for a month was an exceptionally good experience. All the instructions were properly explained and handed over to us before our stay. The apartment was Covid cleaned and well maintained, key pickup and dropoff was contactless.

We would highly recommend the services and apartments provided by City Gate Suites for anyone coming to the GTA. Kudos to the management for making it an excellent experience for me and my family.

Service was very professional.location and the condo was wonderful. The only thing bothered us was that the place was extremely dusty due to construction nearby and had to deal to tons of fruit flies.

My family and I had an unforgettable experience. The suites is very spacious, location is excellent and it’s a walking distance from restaurants, Spa, square one and most especially several Parks. My kids loved it there. The staffs were very nice most especially Maryam Atcha. She gave me a very great deal that most rental apartments wouldn’t give. She was amazing, a real professional and she responded to our needs at anytime. One of the staffs went as far as doing groceries shopping for Us. I’ll recommend them at anytime. Our stay was very smooth, the concierge was very friendly. Except the area of the building was very noisy, small cars driving like maniacs, making very unsafe and noisy driving. The neighbors were always slaming the doors hard! The condo's main door was not insulated properly, so it let lots of cool air in, this should be fixed so it protects the heat from escaping. The staff from City Gate was very helpful in processing our stay there smoothly! Thank you Maryam At cha for your help.

Stayed on a business trip. The Apartment 1801-3985 (Pinnacle) was good and at very good location near Mississauga. Sales person specially Maryam very helpful. Whatever is the issue the person Maryam is always available for help.

The whole process of booking the suite, stay at the suite and check out was extremely smooth. The suite itself was kept in pristine condition. There was no instance where we had to adjust as everything was as expected. Little things like the dishwasher liquid, paper towel, laundry detergent were already kept for first use which is really helpful.

The customer service was excellent from beginning to end. The place where we stayed was nearby to almost all basic amenities like grocery, restaurants, medical clinic etc.

I would highly recommend City Gate Suites for anyone looking for short term stay.

We highly recommend using this company for short term rentals. The entire booking experience was straight forward and responses to enquires were almost immediate. Once we picked up the keys to the building and suite, and figured out how to find our parking in the underground space allotted to the suite, the rest of the check in was quite easy. The suite is adequate for one person or a couple, and equipped with the necessary essentials. Not fancy but adequate.

The building at Grand Park Drive was possibly one of the quietest in the Square One area, well managed with friendly staff. The elevators are quick.

We would use City Gate suites again without hesitation.

The service is excellent and management are very cooperative. We had to extend so many times and they have been more than accommodating to our situation.

Great people. Very polite and responsive to all of our needs and wants. The apartment was very nice and clean. The only thing I would advice to City Gate Suites is to change their matresses. It didn't bother me enough to give then any rating less than 5 stars. I will definitely go back to them again next year when I'm in Toronto.
