Just wanted to point out how rude your agent was last Saturday.

Parking ticket fell under dash of my car and instead of being a reasonable person he made us pay $22. As a former city of Ottawa worker I am disgusted, and I will never park here again and you should hire more competent workers

Not the cheapest place to park, especially on a weekday during daytime however the facility is secure and in a great location. No problem getting in and out.

Clean, central and secure parking.
This is an excellent location for parking when visiting Parliament Hill.

Cheap, well-secured, sheltered parking area in the center of Ottawa.what's not to like?

There are sufficient parking spaces, the large gate is automatically opened when entering the door, and the self-service machine checks out. 2 yuan for half an hour, not far from Capitol Hill.recommend

This parking space is super safe (we left our car with all our 7 luggages), clear instruction on how to pay, and cheap! We park on saturday for about 2hours, and they only charged us 2cad

Cheap downtown parking in specific hours! Excellent way to encourage people to go out in the boring Ottawa!

Great place to park after 6 PM at very reasonable rate of just $2 overnight. Also on weekends. U can park here and have a great time on downtown streets without any worry.

This is a great heated underground parking with 2 entrances and exits on Laurier and Elgin. Within walking distance to most central businesses and commerce.
$2 after 6 pm and whole weekend is a great deal especially in winter. Heated under ground parking! (still in effect in 2023)

Free parking until March 31st was a great incentive to park there. An apology to downtown residents for the disruptive trucker convoy protests.

It's a parking lot. Nice thing is how cheap it is in evenings and weekends, and the availability light over each spot to save you driving around.

Great place to park and visit Ottawa’s downtown. Accessible walking from parliament, spark street and confederation park. May have walk long if visiting Byward market. Parking is accessible late night, elevators provides accessibility with strollers and wheelchair.

I love this lot. Central. Heated. Perfect hour, melt, clean the car and pay 2$. Or skate the rink of dreams. Park and dine somewhere on Elgin. Safe.

Good price, good location, easy to navigate. If u fancy a walking tour in downtown, this is your perfect parkade.

Very good parking. It was free on weekends in 2020, but now it is still not expensive. Still the best option for a heated undeground parking in downtown.

Used to be free and was def an incredible spot to park downtown! Within great walking distance of Rideau and Byward.

Good place to park near Parliament, Rideau Centre and downtown. Evening, nights and weekends are free for parking. Always clean and lit up.

Large lot with lots of entrances and exits. Reasonably priced and free if you’re under ~15 minutes inside.

Not sure why the FAKE STAGED picture of the GQ dude in the mask and sports car, parked against City regulations, was needed.

Went to city hall for my covid vaccine. Here is my experience with the visit. There is a lot of parking space and it is free if you are doing your vaccine. You will need to exit from p1 at Elgin street specifically to get the free parking. The inoculation center is on the ground floor. You will need your confirmation email or sms and your health card or ID. When you get in you need to register and answer few questions relater to covid symptoms then you will be sent to another person that checks your confirmation and your ID. Once done they will lead you to a nurse it is an open concept I got a nurse student called Emma she was super sweet and answered all my questions. Everyone there was very nice and very professional. Once you get the vaccine you will need to wait 15 min before you are allowed to leave. Before leaving you got to a check out window they send you a certification by email that says you got the vaccine. No videos or pictures are allowed in there. This is one of the best parking lots downtown. It is never busy on evenings and weekends despite offering free parking during those hours!
