Waiting for the Barton bus after ti-cat game and the bus is going so fast he doesn’t slow down or stop. Been sitting her waiting. Pay attention and slow down at stops. You completely missed and entire stop. Will be calling the city on Monday

I have really bad experience of bus. I didn't take buses on time. Buses are always late.

Drivers are idiots. They can't stay in their own lanes. They will clip your side view mirror. Drive like maniacs. King St West in Hamilton beware.

This is my first time taking public transport in Hamilton. What I noticed is that the passengers are always saying thank you to the driver. This is something you never hear in Toronto. The drivers are also polite.
But none of them could really tell when the last bus leaves the harbour. I was also sent an the wrong bus to get the air plane museum.
All in all I had a great e experience on the transit.

Not bad when its open. Why kind of gity with this population has a transportación office that clases that early even hsr customers service sucks

I forgot my bag on the #5 and one of the drivers on the #25 was really helpful in dispatching the information so I was able to get it back in less than 2 hours. He definitely went above and beyond as far as I'm concerned. Thank you HSR.

It is so nice outside in Hamilton temperature wise. The city is very beautiful on a quiet rainy nite.

I want to say my bus driver this morning Delware 5 was extremely helpful to a passenger to find the right bus and even drove her g to a shelter bus stop to stay dry while she waited.very helpful He was also pleasant when I require how much is said only 3 dollars and a smile.thanks HRS

A bus driver thought my student ID was fake so she took to the go station to see if its real or not and she told me to come get back there at the go station after 3 I go to the go station and ask for my student ID they said don't have so I was disappointed.
