Wouldn’t take my complaint by talking to me. I had to use the website. Hard to find it and use it.

Bylaw is no help. Barb in the licensing dept is the biggest C I have ever dealt with.

Such a terrible experience today.
First of, the lady in the reception was not very nice and her behavior was quite aggressive and rude. And she tried to get rid of me when I told her; “I called in earlier today and the person I was talking to on the phone asked me to just walk in to the city. ” She answered me back by saying”no we do not except any walk in. ”
Her tone was full of anger. And then, finally she got me some else to help my with my paperwork, and then they ask me to wait just two minutes. It’s been 30 minutes and no one is helping me until this moment.
This is how they serve public in the city of Thorold. What a shame.

After all, our municipal government supports and values your need for attention at the expense of other's sanity.

No one ever picks up the phone calls, & no one responds to voice messages. Calling them is always a waste of time!
