City Pizza

Pizza is not much tasty as compared to Domino's, popular but as I love the service and the price is the cheapest so I used to buy pizza.

We ordered pizza with a few sides (Wedges, Chicken wings and garlic bread).
Everything is burnt and salty, I don't care enough to call and complain I usually just learn my lesson once and never again.

Overall very good pizza for the value. I can say, the crust was crispy, delicate and light. The sausage, bacon and pepperoni were delicious, and cooked to perfection. The only thing I, personally, didn’t care for was the seasoning of the sauce itself. It was a little too “oregano” flavoured, for my liking.
Otherwise, an absolutely wonderful experience, the staff were incredible as well.

Worse hygiene I have ever seen. These guys scoop sauce with their bare hands and put it in the pizza. I bought one but threw it away

Always late, under deliver. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I ordered a jumbo size pizza, to receive the pizza with one pepperoni per slice. In what version of reality would someone order a pepperoni pizza with one pepperoni on it? Each square takes 4-5 bites, at that rate that’s more than half of the slice without the requested topping. When I called the manager Malay they advised me that this is how it is done and their mandate from head office. No where on the order form is this specified. He told me if I wanted to take it up with anyone I could call head office, and offered me a small pizza (I’m feeding several people) to make up for it.in the end, no resolution was received, no small pizza and another terrible experience at City Pizza Williamsburg. Good pizza store. Prices are reasonable and staff is very polite. Pizzas are very good size and tasty.

I’m so tired of this place thinking they can play around with your order and think it’s ok! Each time I order they either cheapen out on toppings, or for the 2nd time give me regular crust instead of cauliflower crust! Never will I ever deal with this place! If you’re out of cauliflower then call and tell me but don’t think it’s ok to send regular crust and take my money and call it a day! Crooks!

Great place. Solid pizza, amazing service, and good prices. If you like Smokey wings, this is your place.

I ordered 2 slices of pizza, 1 slice was available so, I asked cashier I will wait. Cashier told to wait 7 mins. After 10
Mins went inside the store pizza wasn’t ready, waited again 10 mins. Cashier put pizza in the bag. I didn’t open the bag and stepped out from the door and opened bag cheese wasn’t on the slice and was on the one side of pizza only other side was dry.
I went inside showed to the cashier said, you might be flipped out that’s how it happened. Cashier was unapologetic said we do all the time not sure what happened to your slice. I left slices of pizza on the counter. I had worst experience ever to this restaurant.

This is the best pizza in Huron Village! City Pizza originated in Cambridge you gotta love that!

There was a man working there (with the tattoo on his arm) who was so kind, friendly, and just had great energy. 10: 30 on a Saturday night to boot. Thanks for a great experience!

With the huge snow storm I received a call telling me the delivery driver was stuck and unable to deliver my order. I was immediately offered a refund which was reversed instantly. Situation was totally understandable and glad everyone was safe xx gail

I used to love this place. It was my go to. Not anymore. Can’t rate the food because they never delivered.

The Pizza was good. No doubt you will get similar quality in all the city pizza branches. But if you are looking for some customer service, skip this location. I promise you will get a good value even if you could drive a little bit away from this location. We had a party and hence we ordered 3 XL pizza over phone with '4 dips'. The guy over phone quoted me 45$ (37$ XL pizza promotional combo) + the cost for dips +taxes incl.they asked me 6$ for the delivery for my postal code. I was ok with that. When the pizza was delivered, I didn't get my dips. But i paid 51+tips. When i called, they said they are going to refund my cost for dips. I ordered 1 more pizza for pickup and reached the location. At the location, they said they never billed for the dips and the cost is still 45$ + delivery fee. They apologized for the wrong quote over phone. I was ok and polite, because I know the pressure of handling multiple customers. The pizza I ordered was a tandoori pizza and I requested for adding jalapenos in it. They dint add any jalapenos at all and I found they charged me for the jalapenos. When I noticed it and asked, a guy with the turban (Sorry for generalizing, I don't have any other identification) said he is gonna put jalapenos over the top. I asked him not to put, since the pizza is already cooked. Then he came to the front and just handed me 2.5$ in a rude way, as if I am giving him trouble. I then realized that I should have been rude and troubled them instead of being so soft and not arguing for all that happened. Never going to this location ever.

Amazing customer service. Had the pleasure of being served by Prachi! Prachi ensured we received fresh slices, especially with a smile. Definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for good pizza at an affordable price

Just raise your prices instead of being cheap with your meat toppings. If your product is good, customers will pay the extra. All you have managed to do with your business practices is loose a customer to a place that does it right (any where else).

We had a great experience, the food was good and delivered in a reasonable amount of time, still hot and very good. Great Job Everyone! We will certainly order again. Kelly McLean

I reviewed this restaurant not too long ago, but it turned out to be the other location on Fischer Hallman that was poor quality. Just received a pizza from this location and it's perfect. Thank you for bringing it up.
