Good pizza.what else can you ask for! Sometimes it is tough to have clear communication during the order process depending on who answers the phones however be patient and ensure they repeat your order back to you.
They have great pizza but the last couple times we've been disappointed in the toppings or lack there of. Gyros counts as 2 toppings but there was so little on it. There also feta cheese which I could barely taste.
Their bbq chicken pizza is one of the best. I am always happy with the food and speed at City Pizza. Fresh and delicious. The only reason they aren't a 5 star is Graffiti Market has a deep dish that is better than any other pizza in the city. Mind you, City gives you at least twice as much quantity for the same price
I eat here all the time and if you’re looking for a great deal on pizza for the price this is the place to go, plus they have Shawarma Chicken as a topping. I’ve had the wings a few times and they’re okay, nothing to write home about. Overall can’t complain.
The service staff matched my friendly energy so well and they def put effort into their hospitality. They gave me extra sauce too! Solid price and clean storefront.thank you
Pizza is barely cooked… not like I asked for it to be lightly cooked or something. Currently having to put it back into the oven for the crust to not just taste like dough. We gave this place a second try but- never again.
Typically annoying manager and employees. Firstly messed up my order and missed some items during delivery. Upon complaining tried to justify by giving some random excuses. Manager refused to attend the concern and employee hung up while I was explaining the concern. Never going back to these bunch of crooks!
Horrific service. I ordered for my family and I on SkipTheDishes where this restaurant had a deal to get a free garlic bread with cheese on orders over $35. So I selected that and placed order. Once it arrived, I see that the free item was not there. I called them up before contacting SkipTheDishes and they state “If you order bread (even if it already comes with wings like I ordered) you don’t get the free one then”, NOWHERE does it say this anywhere on SkipTheDishes App. Also the person I spoke with kept talking over me raising their voice every time I tried to speak. Horrible service. I was referred to this place today, and today will be the first and last time I ever order.
Shame on me for ordering here again. Over an hour late. Didn’t have drivers. Don’t offer delivery if you can’t deliver on time. No phone call with an update that it’s late. Food was COLD! They had to get a skip the dishes driver to deliver. Never again.
It’s the cheapest slices in town. Only giving 4 stars because my potato wedges where not fully thawed. You guys need to work on making the food you serve actually hot….
This City Pizza is terrible. The place is very dirty and definitely hasn't been swept. The pizza isn't the best either. It is very bland and the dough was undercooked the last time I was there. The service was terrible too. Very slow workers. I'd give this place a zero however the price is quite cheap
Great pizza - easy to order online - always ready on time and delicious. Good value. We always order 2 large or XL because the price difference in nominal and we love the leftovers. They list prices for 1 or 3 items - but we always load up with more! Heart shaped pizzas on V-Day are a hit - we order them and drop them off for our kids at lunch. A nice surprise from mom and dad.
Ordered 2 pizzas with plant based cheese and only one had it. Called the store and they said they'd write me down for a free one. So I called the next day, and the amount of confusion that call left me with was ridiculous. Asked them to repeat my order back to me, they didn't. They said they'd call me about it, never did. Went in an hour later to see if it was ready.the guy had no idea who I was. I wrote down my order again for him and then he tells me they're out of plant based cheese. Now I'm wondering if they tried lying about it the night before and see if they could get away with it instead of calling me and telling me they had enough for only 1 pizza. He ended up just giving me a refund. Great. I guess. The storefront was dirty.food all over the garbage bins and they were full. Hadn't been swept at all.
On the pizza side of things, I was highly unimpressed in the quality of dough, just tasted so bland and was really stretchy.
I love supporting restaurants that offer vegan options - this place, NOT it.
COLD, late pizza (1+hr). Called to check on my order and they were unfriendly and didn't give me an ETA or anything. "Extra cheese" pizzas barely had any cheese on it. Bacon strips were thinner than paper, and very scarce (this topping counts as two toppings somehow). Had to cut pizza myself because they did not cut through the crust. Just horrible. Writing this after I got the email for "tell us what you think" and after writing all this the "submit" button does nothing on their website lol. Do yourself a favour and go to any other location, as I understand it's just the Fischer Hallman one that's bad.
Barely any toppings, cheese or sauce. Was also supposed to get a cheesecake with the deal going on, but they ran out. They said they would give me one for my next order. Avoid.
I wouldn't order from here again if someone paid me to. I ordered a big family meal and opted for the garlic bread and paid extra to have cheese put on it. We ordered delivery and not only did it take almost an hour and a 1/2 but it showed up with no garlic bread. My husband asked the driver and he just shrugged and got in the car. I called the store And the guy was super rude and pretty much just said but they didn't have any garlic bread so "no customers got it" And I asked well are you going to refund me or substitute something for the money I spent for the garlic bread and he refused. He then said that someone will call me the next day and no one ever did.they stole my money. I will never order from there again and will advise everyone I know not to as well. Crooks.
Pizza is great, prices great, panzos and other sides are also great. If you're looking for maritime-style garlic fingers, their "cheese bread" is pretty close and hits the spot - not to be confused with their garlic bread.
Ordered 2 XL pizza last night from this location. The Pizza base was uncooked and cold. I would term this pizza as rubber pizza. It was so difficult to chew and swallow. Secondly, The toppings were so less than compared to other Pizza stores like 1 mushroom and one slice. The cheese taste so weird and oily in mouth.very disappointed with the Sunday dinner. I wont recommend until the quality improves,
PS - tried 1st time after moving to Kitchener, Hands down
We went last night and the person working was carelessly dealing with the food, the pizza was not done well. The toppings were falling off from the dough. He didn’t add the sauce for the wings as well. The girl who worked there the first time I went was really nice and she baked the pizza well as well.
Usually amaxing and always get a from there but tonight, the garlic bread barely had any garlic on it. Just toasted bread. Disappointed and was a waste of money
The best pizza you can get in the town. The super crispy thin crust pizza’s are my personal favourite from this location. If you’re here don’t forget to try their pepperoni and sausage pizza it’s super awesome. The staff and the owners are really nice and you won’t face any issues on your arrival. They have the cheapest and best delivery service available for you.
This location has forgotten/lost our orders, sent undercooked doughy pizza and generally offered poor customer service. An hour and a half wait for delivery and they lost my order. Again.
Always a delight! Friendly courteous. Made exactly how you ask. When you are a regular like I am they make you feel very valuable as a customer Personal and work with you deciding. The price point is great as well as the taste just as you would imagine it could be. So nice to get what you want and make my family as easedas I am. I do think that it is the perfect blend all aspects Keep up the great quality. Out of 10 I would give 15 if possible. They go that extra that makes it a true pleasure.
When they first opened this location, we ordered from here quite often and were quite pleased with it. But with every order since, it has gotten progressively skimpier with the toppings and frankly, tasteless and boring. Tonight might have been our last 2nd Chance. (actually 3rd or 4th)
Good pizza for a great price. Be prepared to wait a bit longer than the automatic 15 minutes they quote you on Friday/Saturday nights. Always had a positive experience.
Thank you city pizza for the worst pizza I've ever had in my life. I asked for extra sauce and recieved none. So glad you could have a good laugh at my expense. I used to enjoy city pizza. I will never order this again.
Refused to take order at 9: 40p, told because they close at 10.won't bother returning at any times anymore. Will include image that happens to have the employee that decided to close before close.
Best value pizza in the whole city. The Kitchener City Pizza doesn't have much to say for itself, but this pizza place is excellent - great prices, fast, and delicious!
Made me wrong pizza. They offered to correct it but I didn't want to wait another 15 mins . I just asked for a refund and went to Dominos instead ready when I got there
Terrible service, made a substitution on the order without any knowledge of such a substitution and when I called to find out why, sorry I told you was the only awnser, if I knew I would have ordered from somewhere else that had what I wanted in the first place. Sorry but never buy from them again. And hopefully you dont either. Thanks but customer service matters
Stumbled upon City Pizza while needing a quick walk-in pizza order. Found our new favourite, reasonably priced pizza. The crust is truly amazing and it wasn't burnt unlike a consistently burnt crust at a pizza place at Highland Hills Mall! Really nice and helpful employees.
It's hard not to have a good experience going to here, slices are only a 99 cents and they're twice the size of normal pizza slices. It's greasy pizza but can't complain for the price
Decent pizza at a great price. Not where you'll go for something special, but perfect for that Friday evening after a long week when you're just drained and need something quick and easy.
Best value for your money in the city. The pizza is always good and the prices are great. The city pizza franchise around here is the best. Even slices for that matter. 99 cents is unheard of these days.
Good pizza, good service. The few times iv gone here the pizza was fresh and tasty. Service is quick and there are tables to eat at which could be a little cleaner, other then that, good quality food.
This location is the worst City Pizza by far. I like the franchise and prices or otherwise I would have given it a one out of five. I know you get what you pay for but three pieces of pepperoni per slice is just sad
Had worst experience of ever. Ordered pizza for delivery on 1: 40pm and now it's 3: 24pm I did not get my delivery. I called them on 3: 20 and they are like "oh I just saw your order, it will take 45 minutes to get ready". No sign of apology or anything.
I have been ordering pizza from them for months now, but about a month ago the pizza taste has been very bad. The sauce tastes really salty and just not good.
