Doesn't matter what you tell them, they gonna make something on their own. Spoiled my XL pizza with their ginger garlic flavor & absolutely no customer service.

It feels like they think we are getting pizza for free from them.

Better remain hungry than going to this place.

Rude staff, they don’t know how to take order and they are adding extra topping from their side. Without asking anything to customer.

Finally back with a new review! Today I tried out, City South Pizza which is a popular pizza joint known for their desi style pizzas

Since I am addicted to spices, I tried out their Tandoori chicken paneer pizza and the name literally made me drool The pizza itself had a great South Asian taste to it and those peppers on top only improved the experience However, the crust was a bit hard which was a let down and it took a long time for my pizza to arrive despite living so close to the eatery.

Despite the criticism, their small pizza’s portion was more than enough for one person. I also had their salted fries which I have to admit were incredible

The fish was all burnt and too much salt. The pieces had very little fish and over cooked. Very poor quality! They raised the price by three dollars from two years ago when the quality was much better. You would expect the quality to be better but it is actually worse. When I complained the person was denying and did not accept. I will be never go back again.

Not friendly, no sense of customer service, poor service, no communication skills. A lot better options in the area. These guys don’t know how to talk to their customes. Will never ever go to this store.i advise you all the same. Save your money and order a better pizza somewhere else like pizza hub!

I had heard great reviews about this pizza store from a friend and was excited to order for the first time. But the excitement soon faded away and turned into a horrible experience. Crust was very hard and pizza was overcooked. What a waste of money!

Best pizza I have ever had. No other place holds a candle to city south. Me and my boyfriend drive all the way from Newmarket just for their pizza. 5/5 every time.

They are very professional and the taste of pizza is good.we tried veg tanduri paneer pizza which was awesome. They maintain the same taste every time like any other big brands.

Pizza was great, perfect crust and cheese, done just right. I don't understand the bad reviews saying staff was rude or that it's overpriced, that was not my experience at all, the guy who took my order and payment was very polite and helpful. The pizza was very reasonably priced. About $11 including tax for 2 topping small pizza. Very reasonable in my opinion. And they have specials at even better price. For me, it was a great experience all around.

Pizza was so delicious and fresh. Service is so fast and a guy who serve us is also very good and patient. We were there almost at closing time still he assist us properly.

I ordered half and half pizza from City south yesterday. Butter chicken base with half veg nourished by extra spices and other half chicken as standard. I would like to say the Pizza joint didn't disappointed on any front. The Pizza was well cooked. The makers kept the choices well distributed. Not a meat on the veg part and not a chilly jumped on to chicken. The Cheese were melted exactly as much they should be. It was a nice savory experience.

I would recommend foodies to give it a chance. I missed a fresh delicacy as I ordered it where there was no sitting arrangements. Try to go and have it as soon as it leave Oven ;). Fresh pizzas from this pizza chain would be a great taste.

I was looking for quickbites so I went this place $4 garlic bread with cheese they make with hotdog bun and garlic powder and sauce and added cheese which is not worth at all. Owner should eat personal pan pizza at pizza hut at same price. Never go again

Pizza is good but 23$ for a large three toppings now due to “inflation? ” Com’on man. Grab a pizza still has 2 large pizzas 3 toppings each for 20$ cash! I like the pizza here, but I won’t be coming back due to the ridiculous increase in price.

Price may be you won't like but pizza you will love for sure, heavy loaded indian style tandoori pizzazz

Wow, honestly best in Town

I saw them making my pizza. The lady was making all the stuff without changing gloves between veg and non veg…It didn’t bother me as I am non-vegetarian.

Moreover, They were not wearing any caps to prevent hair to go in the food. I talked with the manager (Guy with Beard and specs) regarding this. He mentioned it gets really hot in the kitchen and he worked in Australia without caps to prevent hair falling in the food…

Please take precautions when ordering.

These guys owe me a pizza. How can you mess up a large pizza with cheese on it. Im left speechless

Never want to order pizza from this place, they have their own flexible place, if you ask them why is this so costly then immediately then they immigrated down the price, even the price shown in the picture is much lesser then the actual price, not a good place to order.

I like their pizza. They provide Indian taste to Indian customers. Rate is also reasonable.
Their staff is soft spoken and helpful.

I ordered a large pizza with extra pepperoni and pineapples
What I got was burnt pizza with two pepperoni on each slice and 3-4 pineapples on each slice. The pizza was stale.which is weird since I places the order when they opened and cold. I'm just disappointed since my 4 year old was asking for pizza and it wasn't good at all.
I have had City South Pizza in Brampton for the first time ever and it was amazing. Thinking I would get the same value from this location. I was wrong.

It happen lot of time they make pizza wrong. I ask easy on cheese but they too much. I walk in there for order i told customer service girl make sure easy on cheese but they never understand. When i came to collect my pizza i ask her again did you put less cheese she said yes Luckily i checked pizza. Then i ask her its too much cheese. She said by mistake i made it then i ask why you lie to me yes its easy on cheese. Then i wait another 20 min. Thats really horrible service. I am not going any more

best part is the employees are very polite and respective and food was amazing

Worst customer service.

They kept me staying outside in freezing cold even though I had my mask on it. None of the employee had mask on their face.

For payment they can let people in. But people can't stay inside for 5 mins in freezing cold.

People work at this store are very friendly and offer excellent service for the customers. I have enjoyed their great pizza. Was in a hurry but they have served in the shortest time possible.

Worst pizza and service! Gave us the stale and rotten pizza. Would recommend you all to stick with popular pizza or pizza hub.
Their people/organisation need to polish their Customer service skills.

Best Indian style pizza in the area, never got any disappointment from this location, helpful and friendly staff, just mentioning one incident from today: one customer came there and ordered a pizza for takeout while I was there, one of the staff members asked him to wait outside once he ordered, to follow the covid guidelines but that customer started using abusive words to the staff, please guys they are doing their best and providing excellent services in this pandemic, so please be respectful to the staff, and thank you city south staff, pizza was awesome as always:)

Ordered some pizza yesterday night. They don't wear masks or use gloves. I'm not going to be ordering here again - neither do I recommend purchasing food here.

I've been a fan of city south pizza for a while. The pizza from this branch is up to mark as well. To the owner: a lot of items that you offer on your menu aren't available through uber eats for whatever reason. Please do take a look into that.

They do not wear masks while making the food or communicating with the customers. Do not eat or order from here.

Ordered Mozrilla sticks & pizza. We were told as per our order we will be delivered 9 sticks but only got 6. Their Pizza tastes good but lack of attention to every order gives them 3 stars from me. Plus they only have 'Garlic' as an option for dipping sauce (which is half the quantity of packaged sauce and you have to pay per dippping; they include 1 at no cost).
Next time I order, I will assess and update my review.

I ordered pizza from Humber college branch. It was the worst pizza i ever had. Such a bad quality pizza.
The corners were totally burnt and no taste of jalapeno. Very unsatisfactory

Very tasty pizza. I suggest you pick your own toppings if you go there. It was less expensive for me to purchase 1 large with 4 toppings of my choice, than it was for 1 large with pre-selected toppings (Canadian, Deluxe, etc.). Not sure if that was a mistake or what, but the pizza was delicious, so 5 stars.

Went there today and noted that the only employee in the store was not wearing a mask. When I questioned her she said she had breathing problems and it got too hot where the ovens were. I would think that they should not have a person who is not wearing a mask being in charge of the actual cooking and packaging of food. She was also only wearing one glove while preparing the food.

Worst pizza. Tasteless. If someone looking for Indian style pizza then don’t go there. Worst City South location. Brampton locations are good but this one is not even near around.

Great pizza! BANG for the Buck. My man, Suraj has been brilliant in polite customer service, dealing and preparing the order. Highly Recommended.

Peperation station is very dirty, sauce all over the back cover. Ingredients not covered.very unhygienic place.

Tried almost all the Indian style pizza spots; but this one is undeniably the best with the right amount of cheese and ‘oh-so delicious’ tandoori paneer pizza. A must try!

I Ordered a poutine. It Was terrible. The worst i ever tried, the poutine sauce was taste less, it not worth it.

I found so many small pieces of hair in my pizza and when i called the lady she had so much attitude, highly unprofessional and filthy i highly suggest ordering from somewhere else

City South is the one of those pizzas which i really like. I genuinely order from city South a lot. Talking about the staff, the girl with spectacles dealt with me when I ordered pizza. She was well organized and had a huge smile on her face that can make someone's day. She was so determined in her work and did it like a pro. I personally believe she can uplift the workplace whom so ever she works with.

Asked for a topping on the pizza and tells me they don’t have it after they’ve baked the pizza.

Also should consider better hygiene, don’t touch the computer or the mouse with gloves on and wash your hands if you sneeze.

If you get the girl on the phone. She doesn't know the menu and will continue to argue with you when she gets your orders incorrect

I've got food items twice from this establishment

Both times I got wings they were undercooked.

Both times I got garlic bread with cheese I simply got bread with garlic dip and butter on top without cheese.

Mozzarella sticks are ok tho.

Heard a lot about them but didn’t get a chance. Got a Indian style veggie pizza on a Saturday night and received the best service I guess. Loved the make and taste of the pizza!

I love city south pizza. But this branch is not worth. Pizza put less toppings as compared to other branches n othr branches offer me free dip even with medium pizza n they offered none even wid extra large pizza

They have a wide range of pizza with good quality and sizes. The prices are reasonable. They even offer fusion pizza options including butter chicken pizza. Ordered amritsari fish fry from here and the taste was disappointing. The customer service is good but the seating is limited.

I’ve never had such a bad pizza slice in my life. Went here for lunch with a friend because there wasn’t really much else to choose from during the Humber motorcycle training program. The pizza slices we were served should’ve been thrown out WEEKS AGO. I’m telling you the slices were almost as bad as two week old moldy bread. Not sure how this place is in business considering the stale slabs of pizza we got. Absolutely awful. Would give zero stars if it was an option. Seriously the most disgusting pizza I’ve ever tasted. As a walk in customer STAY AWAY.

Zero customer service: the girl at the counter didn’t even say hi to me. I walked and said hi and didn’t reply even. Then i ordered Fish and mozza sticks.

Fish was tasty but mozza sticks were average, plus too less in quantity for 5$.

Two stars are for fish.

Otherwise customer service is zero.
