City South Pizza

Too much masala in oven baked masala fish. I tried same from another location and it was just awesome (City South Pizza, 7939 Lundy's Ln, Niagara Falls, ON L2H 1H1). This location chicken wings was also not up to expectations, seemed dry and stale: (

I just recently brought 2 large xl pizzas. Nicely well-made good quantities and quality.they also offer great menus for family and single people.

Usually order pizza from Cottrell location, first time tried their pizza

Not properly cooked, no taste
Cottrell location is far better

Worst pizza I've ever had. The pizza sauce tasted stale and there was a bad smell from the pizza. Avoid at all cost.

Today, I ordered Indian style tandoori paneer pizza. Best quality and taste. Literally, I Loved it!

Very delicious pizza, I ordered first time it's really good in taste, they put proper topping on it and very soft base. Specifically thnks to Manmeet who make this pizza thnks alot

Veggie pizza was burned, when we called, a replacement was sent but was not the same pizza we originally ordered. We decided not to bother calling them again.

There is no option to give less than one star. No respect for customer’s time. The owner said “Trust us for One last time” and still the pizza came after 1hours 15 minutes. It was very cold. And the owner said the driver took three different deliveries at same time. That’s not customer problem. Hire more drivers so that customers can get fresh and warm pizza.

Come on $27 for large pizza!
And they don’t let their customers use rest room. What a great customer service. And she said owner don’t allow customers to use washroom.

The pizza was really good but the oven baked fish was not good at all i ate at Cottrell location and it was awesome at that time and sometimes the base of pizza looks burnt I believe they put boxes on top of pizza oven to keep them hot but
That things keeps continues cooking process

Ordered Indian style chicken wings from them. Wings were fabulous and tasty. Highly recommended.

Today, I visit the city south pizza I order small cheese pizza it was so delicious and quality was too good i was 5 out 5 toooo yummy I will recommend to my friends and relative to visit the store. I also like the customer service.

Ordered pizza delivery. Did not come.

Called them 20+ times, nobody pick up.

Finally they called me 3 hours later saying they don't do delivery.

Stayed hungry and had to order food from somewhere else 3 hours later.

If you make the mistake in accepting delivery order then at least call back to tell us or pick up the phone. Very disappointed.

No doubt Pizza is delicious, but they always have issues with taking the order. Requested toppings didn’t include green pepper, but I found on pizza, I don’t like that.

I don’t know how their server’s work they talk and let the other person know that they were busy in talks and didn’t realise there’s a pizza to pickup i called at 8: 35pm today for the pickup and i got my pizza at 9: 40 can i know the reason what took an hour to make a pickup pizza! Seriously I don’t wanna use the bad words for them but this is not the way to attend the customers I myself work in a restaurant nd i know how it is important to save even a one customer…so please its my rqst to the owner of this store please look upon on ur person working in the store.

Ordered pizza for delivery, 3 hours later got called and was told delivery is not available. Unprofessional

I ordered 1 pound of baked fish yesterday. The box itself felt lighter and when i kept it on the measuring scale, it was literally 8.6 ounces. I called them several times but nobody replied. Never coming back anyway.
