After my basement flooded, CITYPRO came and offered to disconnect my downspout in case that was part of the problem. When it turned out the problem was elsewhere they came and reconnected it, all free of charge! I’ll definitely be calling them the next time I need their excellent services.

Dorian is a genius. These guys replaced and rerouted our eavestroughs, replaced our windows, sliding glass doors and exterior siding all around our house. The work is beautiful, and everything went smoothly with the team and all of the planning and execution. I would highly recommend CityPro Aluminum (which was actually recommended by a neighbour when I complimented their new siding).

CityPro was awesome when we needed to replace some leaky eaves and fascia replaced. Steve inspected and quoted the project, Dorian, Aaron and their crew were very professional, fast and their work was great. They also solved some pre-existing design issues with old gutters so it wouldn't cause any future issues. All in all, great work, very professional, honest & reliable, would recommend!

Without ANY hesitation, I would recommend CityPro Aluminum. After extensive research to find a company, we decided on CPA after reading their outstanding reviews on Google and HomeStars. It was one of our best decisions. Within days, Steve came out to take measurements of our house. He was down to earth and very helpful. He answered every question we had about our project. We then received an estimate from Dorian which was extremely reasonable compared to other companies. After accepting the quote, Dorian was fantastic to deal with through email. He was very accommodating in terms of scheduling our project around our upcoming vacation. The day of the install for our new evestroughs, the crew showed up on time and we’re well organized. It was a team of four. Before starting the project, the lead introduced himself and took us for a walk around our house explaining every part of their work. We appreciated him taking this time. In terms of the quality of the work, it was fantastic. I will admit that I can be extremely picky and even I was impressed with the final result. It appeared the team took great pride in their work which was evident throughout the project. No shortcuts were taken. The team left our place extremely neat and tidy. The next two days it rained heavily and our evestrough worked perfectly. It’s nice not to have water falling into our driveway. We have other contractors currently working at our house and even they commented on the workmanship of CPA. My neighbour and I were getting mice in through our soffit, so Dorian's team closed it up and gave us new eaves and downspouts. The work is excellent and they went the extra mile by adding caulking to any holes they found in the existing structure that could be letting in mice. The team was also professional and efficient!

We contacted several companies looking for siding for the front of our house and they were either not available, didn't show up or were extremely expensive. First time meeting the owner Dorian, I felt an instant trust and did not hesitate deciding that he would do the aluminium work.

The dormer had to be protected and the job was more challenging then usual due to previous issues affecting that part of the roof. Whereby most would walk away, Dorian said he would take care of it. True to his word he did.

The finished work is intricate and most beautiful compared to other homes in my neighbourhood. They kept the design of the dormer true to it’s original design back 117 years ago. My grandparents would have approved! I’m really happy with the best workmanship, that I could ever have imagined.

This is the second time we have used Dorian and his team for working around the outside of our home. We asked them back this time because they did such a great job with our eves and downspouts, two years before. This time they replaced our fascia, soffits, and freeze boards along with adding more vent holes for better attic air circulation. Every item they worked on looks much better, not only is everything a lot cleaner looking, but all the lines are a lot straighter than before. CityPro just completed replacing eaves, soffit and fascia on three sides of my house as well as recapping the porch covering. They were fast to quote, start and complete the job and had everything done within 3 days of my requesting a quote. I was impressed.

Their price was fair for the quality of work and their attention for the details that others might cut corners on to save time. There was even one detail I noticed that they did which another contractor I previously had quote the job told me was impossible, I didn't even ask them about it - they just did it because it was the right thing to do to make it look good.

I was very fortunate that my soffit and fascia fell apart due to the recent windstorm because I learned it was not done correctly, and the original company refused to come back and secure it back into place. CityPro quoted me a price, was available next day, and the work was done exceptionally well - in fact, it looks so much better than the original and was much more aesthetically pleasing. I will not hesitate to call them in the future, and I highly recommend them as a reputable company.
