We had an issue with a fire alarm speaker in our unit for years that the previous property management company was unable to address. But the new PM Halyna Kozak with City Towers got it done! She was understanding, sympathetic and committed to solving the issue. She communicated clearly and frequently with updates for us and managed the contractor closely, doing multiple visits and coming up with a phased plan to fix. Very grateful for Halyna and her persistence!

I have been knowing Aleks, the property manager at City towers, for over a year now, and I am absolutely delighted with their services. Aleks and his team are incredibly professional and responsive, always addressing my inquiries and concerns promptly. Our building is well-maintained, and I couldn't ask for a better property management company. I highly recommend Aleks and City towers for anyone looking for top-notch property management services in Toronto. They truly deserve five stars.

I must compliment the City Towers Management for the remarkable effort they put into this property. Julia Gentosh and Oksana Viter are hands-on and attentive to keeping this property to a high standard of Quality Living and Lifestyle. Also, I take this opportunity to thank the rest of the team, from the Housekeeping, Maintenance to the Security Staff for their Professionalism and for the Awesome Job they do on a daily basis… Well Done Everyone and Keep up the good work!

Must leave a review from this account as the property managers at my building left me fearing for my safety. Horrific experience, avoid their condos at all costs. The property managers on site at their condos are disrespectful, dismissive, illogical, evasive, angry, and have zero customer service skills or competencies. I will be moving from my condo for my safety and peace of mind.

Have lived here at Onyx condo since building opened and management has always been accommodating and responsive to any inquiry or request we have had. Have always been happy with the management team.

When we had a flood in the building, I live in Burlington, our property manager Halyna acted promptly and professionally, demonstrating her commitment to the residents and the building as a whole. The whole team responded very quickly to my concerns and my questions about how to resolve issues with insurance. Thank you, Halyna and Citytowers for your exceptional service and care:)

I am amazed that they are able to get away with treating their tenants the way they do. Incredibly unprofessional and astonishingly disrespectful.

I would hope that people who choose not to follow regulations from the government would at least be wise enough not to disrespect those who line their pockets. Apparently not.

Perhaps if they would do the bare minimum and treat people with a modicum of respect, we wouldn’t have to leave such negative reviews. But here we are.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I look forward to reading your laughable semi-automated response, lying to our faces about trying to make adjustments based on our feedback.

On behalf of my family as we are and have been residents in Paradigm condo I want to really acknowledge and thank the property management. There are 3 very large condos in this complex with a lot of responsibility and time and time again under stressful times I am sure Halyna and her team strive to do a excellent job. Great customer service! The management team at The Fly were very attentive and knew what I wanted, especially Mrs. Rose Reales. She answered all my questions and helped me with any concern I had, her and the other members of the team showed great leadership and professionalism.
