I was honestly so scared to get a dental implant and I researched and found Cityview in Vaughan. Dr. Genna Gelfand, Melissa, the whole office made my experience 100% better. I am so glad I found them. The whole procedure was absolutely painless for me and I am so happy with everything.

As a person thats not fond dental visits, Dr Gelfand has a great bedside manner and a calming demeanor. He is incredibly knowledgeable & patient and ensures you're comfortable at all times. His staff is excellent. Melissa is thorough and works with you find the best solution and is extremely organized. I was very impressed with the level of care and service this dental office provides.

Staff is courteous. Melissa is accommodating and pleasant to deal with. Dr. Gelfand is innovative and detailed. So far I have had an A+ experience.

Today afternoon I have had surgery to place dental implants (the first appointment). I really regret now that I haven't done earlier.or maybe that i didn't know Dr. Gelfand before.

Dr. Gelfand's office and services are welcoming, professional and there is always warm atmosphere every time I visit. All my dental work, however difficult it may have been at times, has been done with ease and no worries to me. I would recommend Dr. Gelfand and his team to everyone, they are my best find!)

I had 12 implants and bridges done by Dr. Gelfand and his assistant. Dr. Gelfand is the most professional dentist I have ever met. His assistant and Melissa at front desk are very sweet and friendly, make me feel very comfortable and at ease. I am so grateful to them. Cityview Smiles is great place to get any dental work done. They are very accomodating and knowledgeable and took care of all my dental needs. Dr. Gelfand is great and really listens to his patients and their concerns as opposed to some other dental places. In addition, Melissa is great and very knowledgeable. She is always willing to go the extra mile to help out all patients. As being out of Province, I have had a great experience here in Ontario going to Cityview Smiles in Woodbridge and being a patient of Dr. Gelfand's. I would highly reccomend this place to anyone who needs to get dental work done in the future.

I’m a senior and was happy to find a dentist that did both crown and implants. Dr. Gelfand extracted my broken tooth with the least amount of pain. I shopped around and found City View the cheapest. I would highly recommend his team

The staff at Cityview Smiles have been excellent and really helped me. I was searching for a periodontist who could do the full implant and crown and i found them online. Dr. Genna Gelfand is an specialist and trains other dentists in this field. I cannot thank them enough for their work and professionalism.

Dr. Gelfand is the best dentist for my implants (I have three implants with other dentists), he is quite skill for extraction my two upper molars with absolutely no pain. After I got these two implants success from him, I am going to replace my old bridge with him. He is patient and confident. I will strongly recommmed him to my relatives and friends.

Great staff! I switched over to Dr. Gelfand thanks to a recommendation from a friend of mine and I’m so glad I did. Dr. Gelfand is very knowledgeable - he resonates confidence in his diagnosis and recommendations. My whole family goes to his clinic. Several members have had dental implants placed and couldn’t be happier with both the procedure and the outcome. You can tell he’s done this many times as he’s very quick and efficient, minimizing the time spent in the dental chair during procedures. We couldn’t be happier with this office.

Caring. Wonderful Doctor and staff. Unbelievable my whole family now goes there. Does everything I am now doing my implants. Many locations but I am going to see same Dr at Woodbridge location. Normally I see him at RichmondHill Towerhill location. If I would have seen him years prior I would have saved 15 thousand on unnecessary work. Thankyou Dr. G. % from the heart.
