Friendly staffs, profesional and skilled doctors, great hygienists. My parent had implant with Dr. Gelfand, and I had filling and wisdom teeth removal with Dr. Choi, we are so happy with the result. Definitely recommend!

A clean environment was basic.

I was touched by the kind Korean doctor's touch.

Even though it is far from Etobicoke, there is enough reason to visit this place. ^^

My wife was seen by Dr. Choi. She is pain for few days. We didn't know what to do. Luckily we were able to talk to Dr. Choi. He asked her to come to office that evening and treated her on the same day. He was very skillful and kind. He explained before the procedure made her comfortable! Would love to come and see him again!
Staff is very nice and dental office is very clean!

I had three crowns done here for my front teeth. Cityview Smiles dental staffs were amazingly supportive abd kind. Dr Choi was caring and so gentle. I used to be a dental chicken but I am so glad that I found the place that I can go whenever I have a dental issue. Thanks!

Very bad experience: implant tooth cannot be touched by the bottom natural tooth and Dr. Gelfand could not fix and basically said it is not his mistake.

Had a toothache for 4 years, with no help from several other dentists including a specialist. Dr Gelfand was the first to try filling replacement and suggested root canal if that didnt solve the problem. It did need a root canal, which gave immediate relief. I am very grateful for the care.

Amazing doctor! So lucky to have found him. Happy with my implants and new partial denture. Highly recommended.

I am really impressed with Dr. Gelfand and thoroughly happy I went to see him for two extractions and implants. There was no pain during the procedure and I felt great the next day. The after care is excellent. Great experience. Highly recommend.

I have done two times implant with Dr. Gelfand, the first time it was very good and I felt very comfortable, then after that I continued with him do the second implant now every thing is done, however the second implant there is a little uncomfortable, I am thinking it may be due to the gum is under recover, so I have to wait for a few week see how it is going, I feel a little sore when I chewing and when biting.

Dr. Gelfand combines in a rare way professionalism and kindness. I had to recently do an implant and even if it was before holidays, during Covid restrictions, and on a very busy schedule, he did it on the same evening. No issues after the surgery. Very happy with his work. BTW, this is my second implant performed by Dr. Gelfand. You cannot go wrong with him!

I brought my mother to see Dr. Gelfand for a second opinion on a badly damaged tooth. Dr. Gelfand took his time to explain to her all of the options available to her with a great amount of patience. This consultation allowed her to make the best decision.

They are so respectful and friendly especially the receptionist is the cutest person in the world. The dentist is so helpful and he explains everything very well. To be honest, whenever I have any dental problems or requests I will go there again.

Dr. Gelfang extracted my front tooth and post implant right after. Swelling is minimum and I slept very well of the night. Able to perform light work the following day. No pain drugs need either. Amazing! Thanks Dr. Gelfang.

Highly experienced dentist with reasonable and affordable prices. Staff were kind and professional. I extracted all of my wisdom teeth, an additional two teeth and installed a mini plate on the same day. Barely felt any pain afterwards. I honestly thought I was going to be in so much pain but Dr. Gefland did an excellent job. Would definitely recommend him to all my friends and family.

Was looking for new dentist came here after one bad experience, this office cares only about money and what ur insurance covers, everytime My sons visit was over Dr Gelfand ran out to go on computer to check coverage lol I was astounded, I’ve never seen this in any office especially when I gave Kat the receptionist all my information on my insurance prior to going and my insurance covers full coverage, Very money hungry! So got all the X Rays from previous dentist sent over took 2 months to, this office, they didn’t look at dates of x Rays! And gave my sons fillings that were not needed because Kat receptionist or Dr Gelfand did not look at date of x Rays and gave fillings from the old x Rays I was in disbelief, my son experienced a lot of pain after for a month back n forth to the office because of pain after a month it eases off btw my sons never experienced pain at any office after a filling, I was already upset at this, so now my son goes for a cleaning and Kat calls me to say I owe them $25 because it was a month prior to the cleaning! So let me get this right, she’s a receptionist? Besides never answering the phone, tell me what it is that you exactly do? You don’t check the dates of cleaning, you don’t answer the phone, you don’t even check the date of the x Rays and let the doctor give my sons 3 fillings that weren’t necessary! Or is that the Sr Gelfands fault? Who knows? At this point I’m raged! I think it’s your responsibility to check my last cleaning or the last x Rays u had not mine! I have never in 20 years been asked by any dentistry office that I owed 25 dollars for the polish, my point is be very careful because the receptionist Kat doesn’t know what she is doing and doesn’t care she smiles, but it very fake, not very nice! The other receptionist from other office was pleasant don’t remember her name. So They did 3 fillings on my son that weren’t necessary by reading the wrong x Rays! And u have the nerve to call me and want 25 dollars for polish because u didn’t check the last cleaning date when it’s your job! To check x Ray dates and cleaning dates, it’s your job Kat isn’t that your job? That’s why your there! ! Save yourself from pain and misery be careful! Where’s the dentist that care and are good without trying to scam u for a dollar or giving unnecessary fillings and providing you with good work! Hopefully the next dentist and receptionist are on tact and do basic things like looking at dates of last appointment or dates of x Rays! My son also said that dre Gelfand was rough with him while doing fillings that weren’t necessary and I believe all the pain he endured was because he is not very professional, who doesn’t read dates on x rays! What does that say about a dentist who doesn’t read the x Rays dates! Also Please stop answering to people that they’re name is not in your office when given bad reviews, accept that your office screwed up! People have better things to do than to write a comment for nothing What a joke!

Amazing caring staff. I posted a review at Woodbridge location. Having 4 on 4 implants. This was a shock to me after surgery. I received a call to see how I was doing never expected that. Shows how devoted they are to your well being. I wish I would have known Dr. G years before would have saved 15 thousand on unnecessary and failed treatment.
